They’ll make you bring your fuel card inside before fueling, make sure you get it back after. Apparently, charging you is all that matters, not giving the card back. It’s easy to forget about the card , because almost none of the truck stops in the Mid West and East would do this to truckers. Refused to send a picture of it, no fuel for the trucker.

Stopped to get something to eat and use the restroom. The bathroom was disgusting, trash everywhere, toilets were rancid. No way was I going to buy any food here. If the employees can't keep an area the customer can see clean, im not gonna trust that they keep food prep areas clean

Not clean and the bathrooms are purposely not marked to cause customers to mistakenly go through the store! (Bathrooms are opposite direction of merchandise.) When I made the suggestion to put up a sign marking where bathrooms were because every single person that came through the door made the same mistake and had to ask or turn around, both employees said that they had a sign, but that the owner made them take it down! Crazy. Not recommended! Friendly staff otherwise, but because of pettiness by the owner, only 1 star. Won’t be coming here again.

Stopped to gas up and use the restroom. The restroom was dirty, was out of hand soap and there were no paper towels. When I informed the clerk there were no paper towels she quickly and rudely informed me “yup, we don’t put them in there anymore because people flush them down the toilet. unless you want to pay my $1,000 plumbing bill” off putting response as I am a traveler and have no idea what issues you have going on. I told her that she obviously dislikes being informed of the missing towels so often that maybe a sign would be a good idea so she’s not annoyed and her guests aren’t offput by her apparent annoyance. She then abruptly told me how she had a sign and people kept pulling it down…. I don’t know what’s going on here but as a traveling station your ‘ongoing’ issues are new to us. If you have to replace a sign each day to avoid conflict, then that seems like a small gesture to incorporate.Based upon the rude clerk and unkept bathroom I don’t recommend you stop here. Just use the BP across the street.P.s. I travel from Mi to Ia often to visit family. I won’t be back to this Casey’s.

If you're driving through the Midwest but aren't from there, you may not be familiar with Casey's. It's a typical (clean) gas station with a secret known to locals: it has awesome pizza. You can buy it by the slice, or you can order a whole pizza from a Casey's store you'll be visiting in thirty minutes. I like the taco pizza, but that's tough to eat in a car. At any rate, I think you'll like this place.

Today I was getting a diesel for my truck, and I ordered 12 chicken wings. I came to the register to pay for wings and Linda-manager she wants to charge me for 16 instead of 12. I told her that I got 12 wings and always pay for 12… she started screaming and yelling at me and told me to pay for 16. Got a receipt from lady that works in the kitchen, for 12 wings, came back to Linda again and she throws my wings in the trash can. I also made some videos… I hope Linda gets fired, she doesn’t deserve to work there!!!

The convenient store is large and has many food and beverage options. The bathrooms were clean and had high flow hand air dryers. I would come back again if I needed gas in the area!

7:30 am. Stopped to get gas in our motor home and we’re towing an SUV behind the motor home which makes us about 55 feet in length. There were cars parked in both outside lanes. We waited about 15 minutes for one of them to move so we could pump our gas from that outside pump as we cannot take any of the inside lanes or we would be blocking other customers. After waiting about 15 minutes, we figured something was funny because no one was coming out of the convenience part of the store to get back in their cars so I walked inside the store and inquired if anyone owned either of the cars taking up the spaces in the outside lanes. The girl working the register, (her name was possibly Erica with blue hair), told me the one car was hers. Her boyfriend was sitting at a table eating and visiting with her. I asked her if she could be so kind to move her car so we could use the pump. I explained our predicament with the length of the motor home and tow vehicle. She said, “No, you can use the other outside lane”. I said it was also taken and we really needed to hurry as we were blocking other cars. I then asked her if she could allow her boyfriend to move her car. She said “NO”! She said that she’d move it in about another 5 minutes or so when her manager came in. I said I really don’t understand this. Why an employee would take one of the pump lanes up and prevent customers from using them. The other end lane finally opened up and we drove over to that one. Erica finally got in her car to leave so I assumed the manager was back. I walked back into the store and explained to Erica’s manager, Lydia, the situation. She defended the employee and told me that in fact they have their employees park in the outside lanes on the night shift. I even explained our situation with the motor home and she became very adamant in defending their actions. I told her I was going to do a review on them and she finally said she was sorry. Bad service!

We were staying nearby and it was the evening of the fourth of July and all the eateries were either closed or super busy so we stopped in to get a take out pizza. The gal who made our pizza wore gloves and was very friendly and accommodating. She had our pizza done in around ten minutes and it was delicious! Prices were reasonable and they even carry local beers and wine!

Not a bad stop, we needed a 10 on our way for Denver, had them cook us a pizza with everything on it, was really good, actually amazing, glad we stopped here instead of the kum and go down the road. Parking lot was super clean as well as inside the store.

Cheap gas and great pizza are the cornerstone of a great nation! The employees at my local Casey's are polite and caring people, who obviously take a lot of pride in their store. I only wish they had kept the Barbecue Beef pizza on the menu...that stuff is amazing!Also, good prices on the coldest beverages around are another plus!

Have stopped at this location many times, but this will be our last visit. Walked into the women’s bathroom and the first two stalls were baaaadddd. Went to see if the last handicap stall was free and a lady was stuck in there without toilet paper. I told her I’d ask an employee to bring some. I see two young male employees laughing by the drink fountains and when I tell him there is a woman stuck and the bathrooms could not be used for the 8 women waiting for the bathroom, he says “I’m sorry, I’m the only one working the register. I’ll get there as soon as I can.” Between all the women in the bathroom waiting, we found something for the woman to use and 6 out of 8 of us left before getting gas, spoke with our hard earned money, and took our business to another gas station where we could use a bathroom. Won’t be back.

Just got scammed. I prepaid in cash and she said “ok it all set for you.” I went to pump gas, hit unleaded, started pumping and it automatically was pumping premium! $2.90 compared to 2.25. Seriously got hustled and the bathrooms were very dirty!

Clean store and restrooms. We had planned to get breakfast pizza, but my husband saw the employee use the restroom and exit without washing his hands. When he spoke with the manager about it, she was dismissive and defensive. We got breakfast in the attached restaurant - with excellent customer service.

placed an online order at 12am for a pizza, drove all the way to the store from amana and they were closed. entire lot pitch black, doors locked. person behind register so there was SOMEONE there, they just couldn’t even bother calling me to let me know they weren’t open.

I noticed this place after I already had gas so I didn't stop at it. I did notice the awesome tall totem pole at the corner if the gas station but I was not not able to turn around or take a picture of it. This is a neat roadside attraction my kids enjoyed.

I was passing through and called ahead to order a gluten free pizza. Traci just went above and beyond to make sure she was providing the safest non-cross-contamination environment possible for me. It is difficult to come across someone that is knowledgable and caring. Thank you so much!

Men’s and Women’s restrooms both absolutely nasty. Dirty floors and walls. Some Toilets full and unflushed and others clogged. Walls literally had streaks of filth running down them below the hand dryers.
