I like the update inside the building. The staff are friendly. What I do not like is the ready to eat salads in the deli are next to the raw chicken wings and bacon. That is definitely a health violation and when I called to inquire they told me that everything they do is within the parameters of the health department. And I know that raw food cannot be next to ready to eat food in any cooler situation.

Great small town grocery store - staff are friendly and helpful, and really good selection. Do they have everything? No. Do they charge a bit more than a giant store? Yes. But it's all worth it for the convenience of a local store! I always have a pleasant experience!

Home town grocers are far better then the chain stores. However each has pros and cons. I just cant find a negative about this store. Prices are very reasonable and the cuts of meat are nice. Our two top of round steaks were really good. Fresh as well. We will be back each time were in town

Ordered cupcakes for my sister birthday. They were really nice in the bakery and had no problem with me paying for it over the phone since I live a few hours away. They'll have them ready for her tomorrow on her birthday. Really nice guy took my order. Thank you for making my sister's birthday a good day. You're awesome!. Thank you she loved them ❤️

Great, very clean independent grocery store. Was shopping for some mexican food ingredients that i didnt find, but came away with some fresh ground beef and makings for chili and dried beans and pork hocks for some unreal bean soup!

Meat and produce has improved in quality. Prices could be more competitive. Excellent chicken at the deli. Beer, wine, and liquor selection is good.

Brothers market us just a necessity in a small town. Products are priced high be a use there is no competition. Many items I can pay 50-60 percent lower in price if I go to any store 20 min east in iowa city. However, without the market things would require more planning.

Very nice, clean, friendly local grocery store with a decent selection of products. I really like the Shullsburg Creamery Marble Jack Longhorn cheese they carry which has a little zip to it.

I hate that this is the only grocery store in my town. Food is always spoiled or mouldy. If you shop here make sure to inspect any perishables you have before purchasing.

They don't attempt to enforce their mask rules. In a small town like this with a large elderly population, that's REALLY dangerous.
