Absolutely one of the best stays we've had in a while across the country. Friendly owners willing to help get our vehicles dug out of the drifting snow from the recent storms. Motel is a bit older but we had no issues staying here! Clean rooms, hot water, good heat and no bugs! Check in at the truck stop out front. We will definitely pick here for our next stay when stopping in the area.

Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Making my housing situation livable instead of a nightmare. Went out of their way to help when vehicle wouldn't start and always willing to go the extra mile to help where ever they can. I work late and don't get time away for lunch to pay right on time, but they knew I'd be there when I said right after work to settle up. Very fair price and being honest better than anywhere around.I've down a lot of traveling over the years and for what you save with a good clean nights sleep without a courtesy breakfast it's well worth it. They own the local truck stop and the gas prices are down right best around. And plans are in the works for even better available offerings and getting back into the swing after all this coronavirus.I'm giving them the best rating for friendliness, helpfulness, great out of the way yet right off i35!Housekeeper was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything and there when we hadn't even thought of it yet.Maintenance is kept up and quick to come if anything needs a touch up.Close to everywhere!Come find out for yourself. You'll be pleasantly surprised and money left in your pocket!

Horrible rooms dirty bed curtains falling down. Bad smell must and lobby should be open to get keys not go to gas station.Not a good place to stay. Needs cleaned up and better customer service.Rooms: Horrible the bed was dirty curtains falling and smell musty

Wonderful affordable place for peace and tranquility! Management and staff are very kind people. Big double rooms, clean and cozy, good refrigerator, microwave and internet. Very good accessibility from the spacious parking, no stairs. I had to stay a good number of days while closing on a house in the area and the stay was awesome!

Clean, quite, and comfortable. A very nostalgic motel. We both remember staying at similar places when younger. Not much to look at but a great place to stay for the road weary traveler. No semi's but they can park close by. The entire staff welcomed us and were willing to help make our stay pleasant. We will stay here again.

Best value for the price! For 29.99 plus tax i think the Circle S Motel is an unbeatable deal! Ive paid over 60 dollars for a hotel that didnt even have a microwave or fridge in it and its standard here! Another bonus is they allow pets for a very affordable fee as well :) They were kind enough to even wave it for me since my pup is a trained service dog. The rooms are comfortable and i enjoy the retro look of the room and motel. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful! Love the housekeeping lady and the gront desk lady too! I would absolutely stay here again and i hope this place continues to receive business.

Pleasantly Surprised!!We almost passed this little Gem up, we needed to stay one night out of necessity but stayed 3 weeks because we hated to leave.! This place truly is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. I was a little worried at first because it has been aroumd for a while ( but hey hugh hefner was around forever and people loved him Right?)so i was a little nervous maybe we would spot a critter, but honestly 100% cleanest place we have ever been. Don't judge this book by its cover. The decor reminded me of fun times traveling as a child, and the staff and other guests were amazing. Very, very kind and understanding and work very hard at making sure the guests are comfortable and happy. Everybody is really nice and my family and i are honestly sad to leave. We had to stay 1 night and ended up choosimg to stay 3 weeks because we liked it so much. Stop here and check it out you wont regret it.

Nice,clean room. I was so glad they had big truck parking. I was able to get my laundry done and order food and get it delivered. The lady at the desk,Kelly, was really nice and walked me around to show me where my room was and the guest laundry. Thank you so much..It was super quiet too.

i rented a room in february for a couple of weeks and decided to stay a while. its such a calm peaceful place with a parklike atmosphere if you look out the window. they stress on keeping it sanitizeed for virus stuff and work really hard on daily housekeeping and any customer needs. actually, the employees go out of their way in providing solutions for whatever unusual requests a customer might have. there is a laundry room, and free wifi, parking provided right outside the room window so you can keep an eye on your car and they also have a store/gas station within walking distance for simple needs, like beverages and food. employees are known by name and anything you might need is provided by such a personable staff. its also pet friendly. it is a little hard to see the interstate exit for williams, but you will be glad you did!

Went on a solo tour across Midwest staying exclusively at motels and small family-owned inns, and this has been one of the nicest motels during my trip so far. Do not expect much from the amenities and your room for the price of less than 30 bucks a night but the staff is very friendly and nice. Shout out to the "hot housekeeper" from Des Moines

I have enjoyed my stay here in this motel several times. Definitely a motel with hotel quality. Shout out to the owners because they have really gone out of their way to make sure this place feels like home away from home. Cozy and comfortable is what they should rename this motel. Owner owns several businesses on site. Note on locked motel door directs customer to dial a 515 area code number for customer assistance. Room is barely adequate. I'm not sure there was coffee there, which for me is a must. Bed was okay for sleeping.

This is the worst motel, nothing was cleaned at all but the beds were made. Full of hairs. The room is by loud freeway and smoke comes in from other rooms or down hallway. I know its cheap but its not a good deal at all! Wifi is hardly strong enough, I cant wait to leave.

I stay in motels constantly! and i can honestly say this was the single BEST experience with a motel overall!! i only wish these guys were the ones who were nationwide! VERY clean room super quiet, GREAT price!... just an unbelievable bargain!
