I really like having Dollar General in my town and the staff there are very nice and pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the stock is in the isles and it is hard to get to want you need and sometimes hard to find what you are looking for. Sometimes my favorite items are not on the shelf but sitting in the isles not unpacked. They need to reorganize because the store is too small and difficult to go down isles with carts. Also they need more help Thank you..

Store is getting better! It used to be so dirty and empty shelves! I can't believe they have carpet but no vacuum! I know because I asked them! Maybe the new manager brought one in from home lol!

Went in today after it had been closed to due being "short staffed" and almost every single isle was blocked with a big cart with stuff on it. I wasnt able to find the item I came in for. An employee blocked my path and saw that they had and just walked away. No one was nice or even helpful. They just watched me and several other customers struggle to get to isles and get our stuff.

This place is horribly overstocked. Merchandise is stacked everywhere. The aisles are blocked. Good luck with a cart, shopping. The fire marshal should shut this place down until cleanup is done. Corporate needs to intervene. The manager is not doing their job

It's usually a mess in there. Stuff that is sitting blocking isles that need to be stocked on shelves. was going to grab milk there but decided not to when I opened door to grab it smelled of old sour milk and mildew. harder to get threw isles with your cart as well. Only reason I still go is convenience and prices are good.

Floor is filthy. Boxes and carts sitting around in the aisles no matter what time of the day or night i go in. Seems overstalked...as if there isnt enough room to put things away or maybe not a back work area???? Clothing outside even in not so nice weather. Dirty windows. Unfriendly staff. General feeling of....take it or leave it cuz we dont care. Went in this afternoon and a delivery was being counted right infront of the entry making it hard to even get in.

Watched a manager throw a temper tantrum because an elderly woman left her items at the check out and left cause the system crashed and the elderly woman didn't want to wait. She (the old woman) wasn't rude or have an attitude but the manager got mad and started throwing stuff and rammed the cart back it place and talking bad about the old woman. Very unnecessary and unprofessional. Reflects very poorly on the store.

For me two weeks ago is like 20 yrs past. My memory isn't what it once was. But we have alwaysbeen treated well at your storewe live in West Union and preferdriving 8 miles to your store forthe simple reason of how we aretreated by your employees andthat means much to us.Kattia & Jack Whitewolf

Usually has what I went in for. However tonight and hour before closing floors were "mopped" and no wet floor signs anywhere. Mopped is a stretch....it was mud wiped around being tracked everywhere! The place is FILTHY. The floor needs a good scrub and a wax job!

I visit weekly only because I do not live near a Wal-Mart. Isles are ALWAYS a mess. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But the actual store and overcrowding of stuff makes it a mess. Staff would get 5 stars!!!!!

Colton at the checkout counter was so courteous and friendly to everyone. Such a nice environment when the employee makes eye contact and smiles at the customer as he does. I will go back!

A lot of useful items but the clerk didn't say hello was a little stuck-up he needs to learn public skills. Otherwise a very good store

Most cluttered Dollar General I've been in! Can't navigate the aisles easily with a cart, and usually have to ask a clerk where things are at - if you can find one!

I have shopped there numerous times. All in all a good store. It seems like a few of the works spend more time standing around talking and letting others do the work.

Luckily I found what I was looking for but the store was a disaster - clutter in almost every aisle, one completely blocked, shelves in disarray! Perhaps this location need more staff!

Not much of a variety, refrigerators need to be colder, and electronics sometimes are defective. Also the are no afrocentric products in stock.

Isles are tiny and many have product sitting in the way. Most other area stores are soo much nicer
