I picked up my FedEx package from the store yesterday, and it was in this condition. It's disappointing that Walgreens allows their staff to handle packages like this. I won't be having any more packages delivered to this store.

Today the pharmacist from this WDM Walgreens filled one of my prescriptions with the super cheap drugs made in India. The last time a pharmacist did such a switch, which was a Walgreens in Denver, the pills made in India nearly killed me. I was sick with headaches, dizziness and weakness. Once I stopped taking those pills, which was 2 or 3, it took me a week to recover. The Indian pills were poison to me!!! If I want cheap, toxic prescriptions that put my life at risk, I can have my prescriptions filled at the large, warehouse discount store chains that only provide foreign- made prescription drugs. Like the cheap-o pharmacies around, Walgreens pulls unethical switches, (done without prior notification to customers and with their consent or knowledge), only to make money!!! They charge customers and their insurance carriers premium drug prices, then fill prescriptions with cheap, foreign substitutes that can do harm to customers. I AM DONE!!! NEVER USING WALGREENS AGAIN!!!! Walgreens and the creepy pharmacist I had to deal with today can go to he-l!!

The short stature woman cashier was one of the rudest people I’ve ever meant! The gentleman was amazing but then she interrupted our conversation and now I never want to go to Walgreens ever again for anything else other than prescriptions!

I was treated very rudely by the assistant manager while trying to return a couple of cosmetic items that I had purchased the evening before that I decided didn't work for me. Store policy is that they are returnable but she very loudly and rudely informed me that even though it is store policy she does not agree with it and taking back "used" items keeps her from getting a salary. I've shopped at this store for more than 23 years and have never been treated so badly. I won't be back to that store. I have other options closer to my home. Management needs to look closely at who they have representing their store.

I always have a terrible experience with a particular pharmacy employee when I call to ask questions about my medications. She’s incredibly condescending and rude and I never cease to be judged by her for my questions. They also don’t fill necessary prescriptions on time! They’ll contact a doctors office, be contacted back and then NOT fill the prescription until they’re asked a week later where it is! This has happened to me at least 3 times since January. I’m switching pharmacies, never again will I deal with this place.

After photo machines not able to print my pictures I was told to return the next night to meet with more knowledgeable employee. I returned to be argued with by a lady that basically called me a liar. She said I was not told to return the next night and she was insistent I was not told that. I know it’s hard to find good help and this store is a great example . Shop elsewhere!!

Just watched the store manager follow a customer around the store and accuse her of putting something in her bag. When the manager confronted the employee, in front of many customers, her associates told her that the customer did not put the item in her bag but the store manager would not drop the item. All the yelling in front of the employees and customers turned very vile and even hate language. The customer did not have anything in her bag and the managers actions lead to maybe 10 people yelling at the poor lady who had an employee vouch for her. What an unreal situation. Myself and a couple other customers put our items back and left the store. This walgreens is poorly managed.

I think it is extremely rude to serve your customers with an automated response system. I want a quick option to speak to a human instead of clicking a thousand buttons so that your computer can communicate with me. I deserve the respect of customer service. I respect walgreens as a company but I do not respect your neglect for people. I deserve proper assistance over the phone. Get a clue.

The woman who gave me my covid shot left the needle hanging from my arm after I told her I have a tendency to faint when getting shots because of the way the needle feels under my skin. I don't want to go back for my second shot if she's going to do that again. I told her so she could be aware and help prevent me from fainting. Why did she do that?

Pharmacist Cecile and Pharm Tech Ken are the 2 reasons why this pharmacy is the best in town. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and, most importantly, have genuine compassion for their customers. The staff will also make calls to physicians and/or insurance companies to help find alternative medications. These guys are the. Very BEST!!

The guy cashier was very nasty and rude I need it to get my mother some vitamins and this Walgreens was the closest to home I kept putting my number in so I can buy 1 and get the other free and As I kept putting my number in he kept saying put it in again , and again ,and again at my 4 tried he laugh and put my items to the side and callled the next guest and never explain to me why wasn’t my number wasn’t working and apparently the cashier next to him found it funny too She was already having an issue with a costumer not explaining to him about him receiving he’s receipt as well you have the nastiest cashiers ever please don’t visit this walgreens very disgusting cashiers!!

This location desperately needs to redo their parking lot! I work nearby and I’m driving through that lot fairly often and the potholes and cracks in the cement are terrible on my car’s tires. It also makes this Walgreens an eye sore to the public and the neighborhood. It’s been this way for many years. Please fix ASAP.

I think this is one of the best Walgreens location that I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and I get checked out in a timely manner! Some medications I looked for was very low on stock so hopefully they are able to restock soon

Went to store to grab last minute item. Cashier/manager followed me around like I was stealing. Gave the other cashier the item I was going to purchase and walked out. Rude and obviously judgemental.

We had a pretty bad experience at the Walgreens photo department today. The associate was very rude and we never had such an experience at any other Walgreen stores. I guess his name is Kent. Never visiting this store again.

I'm muslim women i went to the store just 15 minutes a go the cashier she speak to me in a racist way i just go to photo center to ask about the manager they told me he's busy i left the store and i call the store and i asked to speak to a manager i explain what's goin on and he just told me he's will follow up but he seem he just want to hang up the phone he just don't care really poor management
