I visited this Walgreens store for getting a Passport Photo, during the day.JUNIPER helped me out on this. She was very polite, professional, patient and had a very pleasant attitude.The first time, the photo did not meet all the Checks for US passport. She was patient and kind enough to capture my photo for a second time, and this time it satisfied all the checks.There were quite a few customers waiting for the passport photos, but she never lost her cool. She was focused and very patient.Great Customer service ! Great Attitude !Thanks Juniper !

Listen up customers and corporate! The staff here, whether in the store or at the pharmacy, do a wonderful job. It is not the cashier's fault that there is not enough staffing. It is not the pharmacist's fault that you have to wait a bit to have your prescription filled. They are overworked and understaffed and definitely do not get a long enough break to recharge themselves.Corporate needs to address this and take care of their employees!

This Walgreens is the worst. They constantly are running out of medication that takes several days to get in. Once they do get medications in, they close shortly after or have computer issues. The hours are the worst as well, they close 8pm and 6pm and sometimes these hours differ as well. I have been here for 4 years and with Walgreens in general my entire life, but the next time I need a refill I will be switching.

Going on 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through. The car currently being waited on hasn’t moved the whole time. I’m assuming that ONE person is running BOTH the drive through and in-store pickup. As this hasn’t been the first time. Seriously get it figured out. This is ridiculous.

My insurance prefers Walgreens or CVS.... when I try to transfer the prescription to this pharmacy takes a whole day to transfer or it is not transferred at all. probably trying CVS next time....

I appreciate the convenience of this store but the pharmacy staff just ignores you at the counter while they carry on personal conversations. Pharma clients are often hurting and could benefit from a welcome, how can I help. Instead, once you get their attention, they tell you to wait while they keep talking to other worker about weekend plans etc. No empathy here.July 2022 update, just can’t rationalize shopping at Walgreens again as their individual employees are deciding if and when to allow purchase of birth control and condoms based on their personal religious views - with company approval.Goodbye Walgreens.May 2024 tried again in hopes of improvement. Asked where to find Melatonin, common sleep aid. Worker said “somewhere near pharmacy”. Asked at pharmacy counter and they said “mixed in by brand with vitamins”, I checked and definitely not. Went to Hy Vee instead.

I’ve had great experiences with the pharmacy & the store is clean. The pharmacy team members are very kind and helpful. They even call us with info on our prescriptions at times and other Walgreens we’ve used in the area don’t. They are also open when they say they’ll be open. Another issue we’ve had with other Walgreens. It’s our preferred Walgreens!

I was told I could return my product to this location for FedEx and had a code. They said “we’ve never been able to figure out our printer”. Now I have to drive to a FedEx miles away. Don’t show yourselves as a FedEx drop off unless you have the capability of taking the drop offs that you say you can online. Probably just collecting royalties from FedEx without providing the full services.

Do not use this pharmacy. Automated calls telling me my prescriptions are ready when only half of them were? Is it so hard for the techs to manually call patients and let them know there’s not something in stock? I could have switched pharmacies the entire day before my clinic closed, if they were to have informed me they did not have the medication I literally needed in order to breathe properly…Not everyone checks the website or app for this info.

Used to be a great store. A lot of great people left they still have some wonderful people like Mary and Alice, Tracy and some of their pharmacists and tech. In 10 years I have been there to shop regularly. I have always had fierce loyalty to Walgreens. The staff has always been friendly. Today 6/22/22 was an absolute awful experience at the check out. I have never been disrespected as a customer like that and humiliated by their cashier. I hope new management comes in and the good people who remain are surrounded by good people.

Be prepared for several frustrating phone calls to this pharmacy when you are dealing with prescriptions. They seem disorganized and don't take getting meds filled, seriously. I'm changing pharmacies.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. A totally disorganized, inefficient pharmacy. It is like they don't care about the well-being of customers at all! They cannot keep anything straight. My life has definitely been endangered from the lack of keeping accurate records. Never using Walgreens again!!!

I came yesterday and they couldn’t accept a credit payment (I wasn’t informed until I went to check out) so I said I would come back when I could use my HSA card. Today, I called and asked if I could use a credit payment and they told me I could so I came to the store. When I came in I asked again if I could use a credit payment before gathering my items. They confirmed that I could. I got all my items and went to check out only to be told their credit line was still down. I explained that I called and just confirmed before shopping and they apologized for the misinformation.The reason it’s two stars instead of one is one of the cashiers was very kind and searched the back stock for a product I couldn’t even end up buying.

Whatever you do, do NOT use the pharmacy here. They can't seem to fill a prescription correctly. Instead of 90 pills we got 5. This is a common medication that needs to be taken daily and they never have it in stock. When we called they lied and said they told me I could have 29 more. This isn't the first time this has happened. They didn't offer to go get them at another Walgreens and when they finally admitted they had 29 more in the store they wouldn't deliver them to us. The pharmacy manager has no customer service skills. Seriously, go to another pharmacy.

I've been with this store for over a year but with Walgreens for approximately 15 years. Not once has my prescription pick-up ever been correct over the course of any given month. I spoken with the pharmacy manager twice, the store manager twice, corporate once,w put me in touch with a district manager, who left a voicemail saying he travels a lot and hard to get ahold of so he'll call me back and never has. I just received a text my prescription is ready - It's at the wrong store!!!. Either they forget a prescription, or I get a text saying it's ready and it's not, or it's at the wrong store, or for some reason it comes from the Arizona mail pharmacy which- I have never used. I don't really use my mailbox so I have no idea that my prescriptions setting in an unsecured mailbox. The store is approximately a 70-mile round trip from my house. Both the store manager and the pharmacy manager have been extremely rude like this is somehow my fault. I always call them in advance and we always go through all of my prescriptions. The Save A Trip doesn't work for me because I have other prescriptions I have to go to the store and pick up. Walgreens is now offering free delivery to your home, I went online to try and set that up and it automatically defaulted to another store after verifying my address and card information three times in a row. I'm on not big on posting complaints, but something or someone needs to change or be changed at this store.

My husband went to the pharmacy drive through to pick up my meds after I confirmed with a phone call prior to, that it was ready.The tech assured me it would be filled and ready.When my husband arrived they gave him 5/90 pills.Told him to go somewhere else to get the rest!I called and spent 20 min on hold before a tech answered the phone only to be hung up on.Then I called back, spoke with the store mgr. who then had the pharmacy mgr call me back. She too hung up (Kayla). So I called back and had a conversation with her.She told me they only give 5 pills when they can't fill the full script and explained that the tech told my husband he can go somewhere else to get the rest OR get the rest of whatever they had left in the store.The latter was never told to my husband, yet she adamantly said it was! THEN, I asked her if she had more pills, why wouldn't she just give all of what she had left to me?Again,she said my husband was told options. I said okay I want the rest, please deliver it. She said NOPE! What? Nope? A pharmacist?! I went and picked up the 29 pills but am short 56 and they don't care.I even told Kayla, the pharmacist I would be transferring my Rx's because this is the 3rd time I have been without meds. They don't seem to care! Very poor service and could care less about you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The pharmacy is always short staffed. You will show up to pick up a prescription and they will have a sign in the window saying that there is no pharmacist on duty. The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 8PM and they always randomly close early without any warning or notification leaving your prescription.

Very slow. You will also get a phone call saying a refill is ready to pick up. On occasion when you go to pick up they have not even started to fill it and ask you to come back in 15-20 min. Not much fun after waiting 20 min in line.

Horrible customer service at this store, and based on other reviews I’m glad I don’t use their pharmacy, sounds like that service is just as bad. Walked in the store at 9:45 pm for some OTC medicine. Was pleasantly greeted with “We close in 10 minutes.” Was in and out in less than 3 minutes but will remember the terrible attitude of that cashier for much longer. I don’t work retail but I work in local government and if my phone rings at 4:29 and I get off at 4:30 I’m going to treat that 4:29 caller the same as someone who called at 10:29 in the morning because I WORK UNTIL 4:30 and that’s how you SHOULD treat people. I recommend going to Hy-vee on Mills over this place they are 24 hours anyway.

From the couple times I've been here, I was totally satisfied. I don't go here for medication, I mostly go to grab a few things on the way home. For being mainly convenience stuff, it's pretty reasonably priced. They accept Google Wallet and you can put your Walgreens Reward card into your Wallet. Nice touch!

Went to turn in prescription for my 4 yr old. Said it was gana take 20 min , came back 1 hour later and wasnt done , said insurance had to go through, it was already on file , they just hadn't made hers yet. And still waited 20 more mins. When I got home her medicine was dripping they didnt close it right !

I got some poster photos printed off and and a few had some odd lines in them. They reprinted them no problem and got them fixed! Great custom service!

This was my favorite one but I just found out that the pharmacy don't answer it on phone as I was on call for about an hour and it says that they are talking to some other peson on the phone. After 30 minutes I drove to this location when phone was still active and found out all the people were off the phone where my phone was still on hold. The person pickup call right after I piccked up and went home. I think this people does runs scams. I just hate to now call. They don't care whose calling and seriousness of the call.

Don't go to this one for photos. Went in there yesterday and waited fifteen minutes for someone to help me get passport photos. No one could help. Go to the one on Grand and EP True Parkway for passport photos.

Pharmacy cannot get themselves together. You basically have to stand and wait for your perscriptions to be completed. They will ask when you want it completed and never have it completed, even hours after the time you requested.
