I find target more expensive compared to Walmart but the quality is better.overall target has more healthy options in snacks and foods. I bought a sleeper sofa from target last time and it broke in 2 weeks. The return process was easy. Excellent sofa in comfort as it had firm seats and if it hadn't broken ,I would have brought another.losts of clearance going on right now ( Oct 15) but inflation has increased prices everywhere. Staff is polite and helpful.

This has always been our neighborhood Target store. Overall, I usually enjoy shopping here, mostly just for fun. If I need something, it is usually stocked. There are definitely times the store seems wiped out and disorganized though, and that can be frustrating. Sometimes there aren't enough check-out lanes open, but I do self check-out when I only have a few items. I like the new Cartwheel app feature for coupons.

A pretty good Target. Really good selection of clothes. Staff were really knowledgeable and helpful when I needed something specific. Dressing rooms were clean, well maintained, and I'd even say felt kind of classy. They also had those cool backwards-close umbrellas that are hard to find!

Store is a mess. Employees are incredibly slow at the registers. Takes far too long for them to scan items. I mean 20 seconds between scans on easy things scan and bag up. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to scan 20 items! Other employee are not friendly when you come across them in the store. They ignore you when you are trying to find things. I am very dissapointed in Target. They have become a slightly upscale and I mean very slightly upscale Wal-Mart.

Went to purchase products for a friend. I saw price, took what I need and went to self service check out . After checked out, I noticed price is wrong so I went back to the shelf. Saw price, checked , took picture, went to customer service. Stood there for awhile because they are all talking. They noticed me but continued talking. Finally one person walked to cash register and asked if I have any return. I said “ no, but I just bought these products but they are wrong price. I have picture to show of location/price.” She said “let me check and I could do a return.” Another employees at the back who is standing against the wall said “ It must be a wrong price because that shelf is always wrong.” So the 1st person took her word and told me “sorry nothing I can do.” I left right after this.Do you see issues here?1. They only care about their conversation and don’t want to accommodate a customer AT ALL.2. Don’t even take time to check on a product and blame on whoever that manage a shelf. She only took a word from another person and seem like just want me to get out of their way.3. The store is a mess of every products on floor, in between shelf, in cart, etc. I understand products might put in with the wrong price but should at least make some effort to look like want to help a customer.It’s at least $40 a piece wrong price but I have no interested to deal with some employees who show no interest to help customer. Imagine in the opposite of you have a high price value product and customers buy them in the $40 cheaper price, how much loss you will have when you have employees who doesn’t pay attention to items when they put on the shelf.This target is the worst in customer service in the area that’s why I avoid it as much as I can.Management might want to reevaluate their employees’s job and responsibility especially in customer service department.

There was a really rude customer near the fitting rooms. She was being rude to the teenage boy working and rude to her husband. The teenage employee took it well. By rude I mean yelling and filled with sarcasm.Then the lady was rude to me and yelled at me. I couldn’t help but to say something. I also have ptsd and don’t handle stress well. Rude lady then got the manager involved.The manager talked to the employee and I didn’t notice because I went into flashbacks. They snapped me outta of it when the manager and employee both got my attention and apologized for the lady. I don’t remember the rest of the conversation because my ptsd was acting up. But they were really nice and helpful.The manager was a young dark haired tiny girl. And the employee was a teenage boy skinny with blonde hair.The deserve a raise for the way they handled that and helped me calm down after.Thank you for dealing with it so well.

To the young man working in electronics tonight around 5:15-5:45pm I am so very proud of you. I had to witness a woman treat you with horrible disrespect and attitude which was completely unwarranted and inappropriate. Your kindness and grace and willingness to help her was outstanding. What a true gentleman and hard worker. I'm so sorry you probably deal with people like her often but just know it doesn't go unseen and very appreciated by others.

This girl Heather that works there was trying to get us in trouble for using things that said TRY ME on them. She called other managers telling them we were ripping open boxes and we were just looking at them. In my opinion that is very unprofessional and uncalled for because we weren’t doing anything wrong. The lady working in the isle was being really nice and didn’t care that we were trying things on and wasn’t complaining about anything we were doing.

Great Target! Never had any problems. Well stocked. Clean.The Starbucks in there :/ not the best. The last time I was there they didn’t know how to use (scan) my FREE Starbucks birthday drink!!! Seems pretty basic to me but … they ended up charging me! So annoying!!!! Coupon is only good for your actual birthday. Come on man!

Went inside Target today for the first time in a while. (Have been doing pickup which has really been great.) I was amazed at the changes. The produce section was amazing. My only disappointment was that I wasn't going straight home so couldn't buy anything needing refrigeration. Very nice improvements!

Check your orders when doing pick ups!!! They have messed up and or forgotten things in my drive up orders on 3 different occasions in the past month!!! Whoever is in charge of fulfillment and the drive ups do better!!!

I actually never go into the store. My wife orders online and I do "curb-side" pickup. I will say that the young people are almost always super friendly. Even when they aren't, they still say "Thank you"

Unfortunately, we had a really rude employee experience at customer service when trying to exchange diapers at the Target near Jordan Creek. We took our business elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way!

Clothes thrown everywhere, had to dig through heaps to find my size, only to find the dressing rooms all closed. Decided to use the restroom on the way out, since I couldn’t buy anything without trying on. No toilet paper, had to reach under to the stall next to me, since the paper from my stall was all over the floor and trailed out the restroom door.

It was once a great store. Merchandise is not priced, products are out of date, expiration dates, in one case on a dairy item, expired in December of 2022. Should I go on? Management doesn't care so employees don't care. A poorly run location.

Employees were not helpful with finding items and when I did find everything on my own my freezer items melted waiting to checkout. Everyone I encountered seemed to be moving at sloth speeds. I will not be returning to this location again.

I really appreciate Target's policy requiring all shoppers to wear masks. My wife and I are seniors and she has an existing condition that makes her more vulnerable. The staff were all very friendly and helped me find the items I was looking for. The cashier at the checkout counter was very friendly and helped brighten my day.

New to area went to this store. The store layout is confusing. Why mess with a good thing. Checking out took way to long. The cashier weren’t familiar with what order cartwheel, gift cards. The store was packed there wasn’t enough cashiers. Carts were left inside the front doors causing more chaos. Difficult for customers to navigate through. It wasn’t a shining moment for Target.

The supposed "team manager" was very rude and was talking down to my mother while we were attempting to check out last Saturday. I have never been so appalled by an attitude in my life! Then, while we were checking out, the two employees proceeded to ignore my mother and I and talk about their plans for the rest of the day!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! I normally don't have an issue with target but if this is how they are going to treat their customers I will take a hard pass! Will not be going back to this target anytime soon!

We placed an online order today, not understanding how to do curbside pickup, so we choose the "pickup" option and called the store when we got there. Tommy was quick to give me an ear full about how I ordered incorrectly and I'd need to come in to collect my order. I Apologize profusely, and simply asked him to return the order, since we weren't comfortable coming in the store with skyrocketing COVID cases. I had my two young kids with me and don't want to risk exposure.Once I requested the return of my order, he then agreed to bring them to my car. He then gave me a 3 minute lecture at my car about how I need to download the app, etc, ETC. My kids were worried about why he was talking to me in that tone... And I just wanted to get out of there.We felt that he was not a good representation of the customer service level you strive for.

Target has changed over the years and not in a good way. I used to be a loyal Target shopping and slowing that is decreasing as well. The cashiers don't always remember to give you credit for bringing your own bags which is frustrating to have to remind them, especially when they then become annoyed. I am finding deals to order online and pick up in store with a better price which means I really have no reason to actually "shop in store" is I save money this way. The rule of no Target gift cards being allowed to purchase other entertainment or food cards is beyond frustrating. Target took the cash without a problem, and then restricts what I can spend my card on, very disappointing.

We love this target. They have the greatest selection of a ton of different items. Things can be a little pricey but for the most part, they're of better quality. It definitely feels more like a mall since they're revamped all of the targets but I love it and so does my family!

Do not use their mobile services at Target. They are a third party vendor. Also, my wife and I tried to get phones a week ago and there was a $200 gift card with new number or upgrade. We were told that the next day the would end, but a better deal was offered, including: buy one get one half off iPhones and $150 gift card per phone. Well..that's not actually what happened. Between my wife and I there were four trips to this Target. That takes time, money, miles, and gas. We still do not have new phones and we have been told one thing and another and another and another by multiple people. It has still not been resolved. My impression of Target has done way down because of this. My wife and I have spent hours trying to get this handled and it has been a nightmare!I highly recommend not getting your phone at Target. Ever.

Great location for a quick stop. The Mrs. was in need of some new clothes for a funeral we were driving to and this was right off the interstate. We were in and out and back on the road after she found what she wanted. Definitely recommend this location for your quick stops or even if you were going for more than a few things. Enjoy

Love their bakery section! I had them make a personalized cake for me, and they were able to make is exactly how I asked! The cake looked beautiful and taste just a good as it looked! I will definitely be ordering my cakes from the Target bakery in the future!
