Very very rude workers! Called to ask about a sale and she kept repeating herself”you can come in and see”! All I asked was do you guys have a sale going on! She was so rude and hung up the phone. And everytime we go in they have the dirtiest looks there!

Poor service. We waited at the jewelry counter and clicked the button for service, and someone came by and asked if we needed something, and we said yeah, but they just clicked the button off and then left. So we clicked the button again, and she asked another person if they needed help, again walked by us and shut off the button and walked away.

Ross is a great store to find something nice on a budget. I love to come here and find something cute. They have a bunch of stuff for home decor, clothing, purses, shoes and even toys. Stop in and see what you can find!

Today july 9 in the afternoon and plenty previous times Asian girl with glasses is always rude and smart talks when you have questions. I’m not racist. My girlfriend is Asian. Just she should show better customer service than being rude to them.

1 cashier and a crazy long line, poor girl. Where the heck is the manager or the assistant manager or anybody else?. Probably lacking off in the office, they should be upfront assisting.Wow I went next door to Marshalls and believe it or not better quality better prices and they have employees I was in and out so quick I recommend Marshalls next door much more organized bigger store and cleaner

Visited the store the evening of 11/15, snowy day, only 2 other customers in the store. Two cashiers, one watching her phone with head phones in, the other wandering off talking on her cell phone. My husband asked for assistance with something and was essentially told no. I asked separate from him and had a completely different answer, when asked why they wouldn't assist my husband they couldn't get their story straight. When asked for a supervisor or if they had surveys on the receipt we were told to go ask Five Below or Marshalls because they would not provide either. We abandoned our full cart and took our business to Marshalls. That may be a big reason that Marshalls was full of customers and Ross had 2. Very disappointing experience as we are avid Ross shoppers but will not tolerate the discrimination and lack of basic respect.

Horrible customer service. The fitting room has a sign to ask to get access to restroom. My 3 year old needed to go, and the associate just said sorry we dont have a working bathroom! As she watched my daughter boucing around saying she needs to go!

This store is nasty and junky. The manager is rude nose all stuck in the air. Did not speak or ask did I need help or nothing. The cashier was rude. Never again will I be back in the store or any of your stores. Will let family friends and colleagues know about this experience and do not do business with them.

I found a few good items and deals here. The cashier Friday morning was void of customer service skills. I purchased two glass fall themed tall goblets and she bagged it. I asked if she had paper to wrap the glass items she pulled a few out and said I have these. Yes, wrap them please to protect it from damaged. She didn't comprehend it or more likely didn't care and I wrapped the items myself.

Was in Ross looking at chairs and rugs and the manger tells us to not “park it” on the furniture. Because my husband and I sat on it to see if we liked it. He said he didn’t want kids breaking his furniture. Even tho we are grown adults. I placed all my items down and left. It’s bad enough they only ever have one cashier and a line. But don’t be rude on top of it!!!!!!!!!!!

Great prices and inexpensive items all across the board. However, they have 6 registers and 1 register open EVERYTIME.Come early to beat the line or prepare for a 10-15 minute checkout wait time

Just like the Merle Hay Mall location, this is just another one of the overstock stores where they sell overstock, or out-of-season items, at discounted prices.Sometimes you can find a nice little gem in here at a very reasonable price, other times you're just searching through garbage that other stores couldn't sell.What's the stop if you're in the area, but not worth going out of your way for.

This Ross had a lot of merchandise, which often isn't true for Ross. The cashier was friendly and quick. Not a long line. More organized than other stores.

I could have loved this place if I wasn't fat they cater to the skinny people im a big man 6ft 260 so I could buy gym shorts or shoes thats all in my size 2-3x I seen three hangers with the tag saying there was supposed to be 2x cloths but no actual cloths

Understaffed and very poor customer service. Ross Dress is similar to Burlington's and Gordmans, but those two stores have alot better customer service and not just one checkout lane. I won't be back. This was the 3rd time with bad service.

This store is always almost empty it seems like. There are also messy areas inside. It’s almost like a thrift store or DAV of Tj Maxx’s unwanted items. Limited name brand items that are decent enough to buy. You’re better off going to TJ’s..

Visit store at West Des Moines to do a return. Store Manager was at register ready to assist. He vererify that item matches upc on receipt. Tells me the upc on the item doesnot match receipt. I pointed out the item in receipt he still says is not the same number. Item had a tag with same upc numbers but with 4 or 5 ceros at the end. Description on receipt stated item was sterling silver but item was actually gold. Not against checking, I my self work on retail. What was frustating was his lack of knowledge on his store products. I dont have control has a customer of errors on his computer system. Is His/associates responsability to monitor his merchandise. I totally understand human error. What I didnot like was his fast asumption that the item was not his product. He then told me to make sure when making purchases at his store to check upc # on the items match with upc on receipt and that descriptions are acurate. Confuse.... 🤔🤔 what I am supost to do??? Who do I call if descriptions are not acurate? Human error are common, I do understand but stores most have a way to monitor any discrepancies so your customers dont go thru situations like this one. I will no longer sponsor ross store.
