My dog doesn’t look up to par at all. When I picked her up the stylist even said she was moving a lot and she did her best. I understand my puppy is young and energetic but I don’t think that’s an excuse whatsoever. I’m bringing to an establishment where professionals are working, I’m not saying she should look perfect but I expect her to look way better than the way she did when I picked her up. Very disappointed and didn’t feel like I owed the amount of money I paid.

I walk in and get my 75lb dogs nails trimmed…….they are Always courteous and have a smile. They treat my dog and my daughter’s new puppy awesomely.

Not only did they shave my labordoodle too short her tail doesn't match and she doesn't even look like a labordoodle anymore. There are spots longer then others. When we tried to call them to address the issue you can't even get a person in the grooming department. When my husband picked her up she has been acting depressed since. I expected it too look a lot better for almost 100.00 dollars. Never going back their again and anyone with a labordoodle shouldn't either!!

I am shocked they have a 5 star rating. After sharing the following experience with a number of friends I kept hearing that they have heard similar experiences from others. My dog was groomed three times at this location. The first two times I was happy with the experience, enough so, that I booked his 3rd appointment when I picked him up. I booked what I was told was the first grooming slot of the morning. When I dropped him off I was again told he was the first appointment (by the person grooming him). My dog is very small (6 pounds) and I don’t like leaving him there more than 3-4 hours. After 3 hours I called to check on his appointment and after being on a lengthy hold the person got back on the phone to tell me it would be another 45 minutes because of the appointments ahead of him (after being told he was the first appt at drop off). When he was finally ready after 45 minutes I couldn’t get him out of there fast enough. His groomer didn’t even bother to talk to me (let alone apologize) even though her table is right by the counter (and she was there). I had paid for the grooming package that included the spa package. When I got him home to take a look at his cut it was the WORST cut he has ever had. She didn’t even complete the nail grinding - the most important part of his appointment. Needless to say I will NEVER be back!

Melanie went above and beyond to groom my dog. It took awhile but she worked on the matting in his hair so he wouldn't have to be completely shaved. Her customer Service was excellent.

Only 4 because there was $10 charge on the bill, to a total of $70 before tax and tip on my Aussiedoodle. However, she did a great job and loved how she came out. Definitely going again with the same gal. Great job!

My Cavachon was a happy boy when I came to pick him up and he looked great. I also like that the salon has a separate entrance and you don't have to walk all the way through the store to get to it!

Well there was too many customers at one time all dogs were in cages I felt like they rushed with my dog she was still shedding so bad I had to take her home and brush her myself for an hour and I payed extra for them to do that
