I'm planning our gender reveal party and found that I could get so much more at Party City for a cheaper price than Amazon. They had such a great selection for gender reveal decorations and baby shower decorations as well! Everyone working was quick to help and I had multiple workers come up to me and ask if I was finding everything okay and asked if they could help at all. A great place for all your party needs with helpful employees!

The times that I have set out to find the costume or decor for any themed situation - party city has really came in for the save- as long as you've got a pretty penny to spend- they really do have quite the selection!!

Staff is always helpful and their balloon packages are very reasonably priced! I don't always find what I need there with regards to themes, but I am able to get most of the things, and they offer better selection than other places! I usually get the number bouquet!

Four stars because they are a little cluttered and your wait in line can be longer. Aside from that, the bathrooms are clean and they TONS of party favors! We went on 2-1-2020 around 3:00pm. There were a lot of people getting balloons for Super Bowl Sunday.Prices are reasonable and we would happily return.

I liked the selection of things and thought it was actually reasonably priced for the majority. The only issues I had was they appeared to be having computer issues which caused a long wait, I do not fault them this, but they handled it poorly by bickering with each other for a minute or two in front of us before acknowledging or explaining what was happening. Some items also seemed to be marked wrong and it was not handled professionally when I said something.

The staff was very helpful! I needed a specific color of balloons and they gave me a special price on them since that color didn’t come in a premade package. I would definitely go back to them for any of my party needs!

Party City the goat fr!! The lady working was so helpful. Did her job amazingly. She was so sweet. We were being a bit louder than usual in the store. And she treated us with pure kindness and did nothing but help.

We found everything we needed plus things we didn't know we wanted...lol. We were shopping for a graduation party and there were a lot of choices. It's a well stocked store.We had fun in the candy aisle with all the different kinds of candy that we don't find at a regular store.The workers were happy and friendly which made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Will not go back. I ordered balloons for a baby shower & was offered free delivery since my order was large enough. I specifically asked my sales clerk how long the latex balloon bouquets would last. I was told that if they were delivered the night before, they would last through the shower which was 10-12am. He even suggested I pay extra for the “boost”. Well, balloons did not make it & were on the floor by 5:30am. I called the store as soon as they opened @ 8am & spoke to a manager who told me they could not replace them nor offer a refund but they could offer my 1/2 my next order? Well, I find that terrible customer service. I would not have bought the balloons if I knew they would last such a short time & the employees should know that.

Long line waiting to check our as we had to wait for almost 1 hour to get our balloons to find out we couldn’t get them blown up until 2 hours later due to short of staff. Should have put up a sign to let customers know at least. Waste of time coming there. They do have a lot of selection and option though for sure.

3/25 update: I called the number provided in the reply and was issued a refund, so upgrading my review from a 1 to a 4. Would rather have had better balloons, but all the people I dealt with were very nice.I bought $100 of latex balloons for my mom's 75th birthday and Party City delivered. The entire transaction was completed on the phone and all the employees I interacted with were very nice. However, about 30% of the balloons had deflated to the point they were laying on the floor in less than 12 hours of being delivered. Within 24 hours, all 75 balloons were on the ground. When I called to complain, I was informed the issue was because the balloons are latex and I had to buy some 'conditioner' to get more float time. I've never seen latex balloons last for such a short amount of time. [In fact, I just got balloons (from HyVee) for my birthday and more than 36 hours later, all 48 balloons are still on the ceiling]. When I called to complain, they were polite, but insisted I had to come into the store to get a refund, which I was unable to do since I had to leave town that day.

Great experience! Filled our balloons for birthday party and even let us pick them up 20 minutes before the store opened! Had an issue with a few of the balloons called and made sure everything was taken care of in plenty of time. Amy and Nicole did a great job! Will use them again for sure

Make sure you read the fine print when u get balloons blown up with helium by Party City. I went in Friday at 2 pm and got $30 worth of balloons filled for a party Saturday the next day at noon. Let me tell u that at 10:30 am on Saturday these balloons were at 12 inches off the ground. I was going to call and see why the balloons were already pretty deflated and I read the fine print where it states BALLOONS ARE ONLY GUARANTEED TO FLOAT FOR 18 HOURS . I wish I would have known this before spending $30 . Went to Dollar Tree spent half as much and balloons still floating full force.

Good for getting party supplies. One of my kids wanted a Pokemon birthday party and this is one of the only local places with specific party supplies like that. They have many more. Prices seem about average for the products sold here. Checkout takes a little time depending when you go.

Great price. They were put of white pearl up front and an associate went to the back to find more to complete my order. Balloons all made it to the show which is rare and lasted the weekend. I recommend the high flow for maximum value.

The store is great. We got exactly what we were looking for for our son's graduation party. I got up to the register and PAM was extremely rude. She was upset because an item I wanted to purchase didn't have a sku number. She demanded that I go get a different one. I went back to get a different product to be nice. I brought all of them back as they didn't have sku numbers on any, to save her the headache later if needed. I handed them to her and she said nope let's go take all those back and get a sku number. I handed them to her and said you can, I don't work here. She was very rude. Didn't thank us for spending money to pay her paycheck in which she shouldn't have a job if she is going to be that disrespectful to her customers. The lady next to pam apologized for pam's behavior and thanked us for coming in. I get it is busy but don't be rude to your customers, it is not their fault that an item in your store isn't marked correctly. I would recommend getting Pam a job behind a desk and not in front of customers.
