I’ve always loved Menchie’s it’s way better than most froyo stores.There’s a great selection of toppings. The cookie dough bites are actually real too!I wish the flavors rotated more. I haven’t been there in a couple years, but most of the flavors are the same.The indoor area is super cute and fun.

I’ve been here twice and it took me a while to figure out the concept but I figured it out and made a waffle bowl full of tasty yogurt as a whole lot of sweetness. If your looking for a sugar rush Menchie’s is the place to go. I normally don’t eat much sweets but it was hard to resist.

Always surprised by how cheap it is. If you go small it’s like $2. If you go big like $6 max I’ve paid and it was overflowing. Such good yogurt and really good toppings. They switch a few of the toppings often which we enjoy. This is a regular spot for us and has been for years! The best!!

Very dirty could not get to door without stepping in smashed food dried yogurt on concrete. Party room benches filthy.2 girls chatting we were not greeted. Uniforms OMG very very short shorts being worn.never ask for our rewards had to ask for spoons they were to busy talking to each other. For just opening thought it would be much cleanerState inspector needs to visit.Has really gone down hill in the last 5 years.

Not impressed. The frozen yogurt was good but the place was a mess. The yogurt machines needed to be wiped down, the “toppings bar” area definitely needed to be wiped down. The mochi was stale and did not taste like actual mochi. There were toppings that didn’t belong in other bins. The two boys “working” were just talking and being on their phones. In sweatpants. Very unprofessional. No greeting no nothing. This was the first Menchie’s I’ve ever been to and based off of this one I would not recommend or return. 👎🏽 Disappointing.

Visited Menchie’s the night of August 30th and the place was a total mess. Most of the dispensers were out of yogurt and some had yogurt spilling over the sides. The staff was visiting with friends and didn’t seem to care about the customers. We will not visit this store again!

3 years later... service was better when adults were working, but I don't see adults anymore.. Noone greets or says thank you, no restocking of flavors, toppings or syrups, and no cleaning. Still very disappointed. (4/23/23)Very disappointed in this location the past few months. The selections are fewer and fewer and what is offered is mostly gone an hour before close and not restocked. The staff starts closing procedures very early so we get the feeling that we are imposing by coming in at night. There is never any water to buy, half of the lights are already turned out and staff is more focused on closing down than serving and stocking for the steady flow of customers I'm watching walk in and leave with mostly empty cups, like mine was.

3 stars for the fro-yo…. Lost two because the girls who work there are not friendly at all. I asked the girl to scan my barcode in the app because last time I was there and she asked for my phone number I never received my points. She got upset because I asked for my barcode to be scanned. The taller girl is NEVER friendly whenever I go into the store. I’ve been a Menchie’s customer for years, to the point I have the key chain as well. I love this place, but you need new workers who like to help people and have less of an attitude! No offense, but I’d rather drive all the way to the ingersoll store for the customer service at this point!

The flavor assortment was good. There were a couple of flavors down and the chocolate was runny. Prices are what I expect at weigh your own places. I appreciate that they had taster cups out so you could sample before committing. The garbage were full and only a couple of people were on, so staffing was a little light. It was busy when we were there. Lots of families, which I love to see.

Great yogurt! A little pricey but fun for the whole family. Make your own allows you to spend only a little ($3-$4) or more like $5 to $6.

We go here often. It's a good place for fro-yo. The only suggestion I would have for them would be to vary the vegan options. It's always the same fruit-based options, even though there are many other (including chocolate) options for vegetarians.

My family went today. My daughter wanted the boba but hasn’t ever had it before. I asked if she could try one. No. I told the workers I would PAY for one boba bead. No. Terrible customer service, in my opinion.

Has good flavors for people with allergies with low cross contamination. Also has yummy creamy dairy flavors like marshmallow and Oreo. Lots of toppings and sauces. Pay by weight. Feels healthier than other shops.

Absolutely delicious! I love that there is a no sugar added option. I have dietary restrictions and appreciate that I can go out for a little treat. My husband and I both live Menchie's.

I like being able to try the ice cream before you make your selection so you know what you are getting. I also really like being able to add on any topping I want and as much or as little as I want. I always think blizzards have to much mix ins. I love the chocolate covered strawberries but they weigh a good amount and make the price jump a bit.

I've recently started going here because I work near them. This place serves amazing desserts. The service is great and the employees are very kind! I enjoy coming here before and after work and even with peer, I highly recommend this place!!

I love menchie's! I have been getting their froyo for years. They have such a nice environment and workers. My order is always takes the cake batter ice cream, strawberry boba, and marshmallow topping.

After enjoying Menchie's for several years, decided to try a Menchie's cake for Mother's Day. We were not disappointed! We went with a layer of white cake, layer of German chocolate Menchie's, layer of cheese cake squares, caramel sauce, and a layer of toasted marshmallow Menchie's on top. Very rich and yummy. It was a big hit with everyone.

It you like fro-yo with toppings and a great kid friendly atmosphere, you'll like this. Just remember it is going to be way more cash than dairy queen. It is cool to create your own mix though!

Wonderful venue and reasonable prices. I treated myself and three guests for the price of $13. They have a wide variety of toppings and flavors. They even have non dairy options.
