My first time in this store did not disappoint. I’ve held off for years just to see if the hype would die down before I went. It didn’t, and now I see why. The employees were fantastic! The selection is amazing! I love the shower jellies! They’re so much fun. I love that they are environmentally friendly and don’t test on animals. My new fave is the Co-Mingle body scrub. I have dry skin in the winter but this is super moisturizing. 10/10 recommend.

The sea salt ones, are to die for for price of years my sking tighten and feels great, I feel so young about ten years, it's a very good brand, four hundred for every, if you hate sickness and dirty skin get these soap, sea salt ones premium is a high standard cleanse I feel healthy and clean!

I only get this luxury when I get lucky and find them on vacations and well, I got lucky! I love this place. I love the bath bombs, the soaps, the lotions, the shave creams, the shampoo/conditioner bars and everything in between. My only complaint is choosing which scents are too difficult because I cannot afford to buy them all every time I visit and I always have to limit myself to what I'm going to purchase. I'm so sad the closest store to me is a 3.5 hour drive away because I simply love walking inside to the smells of this store and wish I could visit as often as possible! If you're sleeping on this store, you're missing out on some things that belong in your home bathroom with you, giving you spa like feels with every bath you enjoy with their products!

Got stuff from them for kid for Christmas..after I drove the 3 hrs home I realized it was moldy..I contacted store and they said they were going to mail a replacement...that was 3 months ago... guess I won't be supporting lush..

I went to Lush to pick some stuff out for my birthday and the employees there were incredibly helpful and kind while I shopped. I wish I had gotten the names of the woman and young gentleman that helped me, they're customer service game was fantastic! Thank you guys again for the wonderful service and awesome products.

I went to a lush Birthday. It was worth it. We made a bath bomb and had a facial. The employees were very nice. Personally Luarn was very nice I love her they should give her a raise!!! 👌🎉🎁Her blue hair is the best!💓

Last Thursday was the first time shopping at LUSH. I was welcomed to the store as I entered and was helped by the very kind and knowledgeable staff.For the past decade I have been working towards using more natural products and LUSH has what I’ve been looking for.I purchased the ‘Wasabi Shan Kui’ shampoo and the ‘Power’ conditioner and I was given a sample of their ‘Curl Power hair moisturizer’. I’ve used them once and I can already feel a difference in my hair. So thrilled! I will definitely be back.

Visited a few days ago and had a wonderful experience! I didn’t get her name but the employee with peachy-pinkish hair was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products, and the company itself! She explained how the charity pot lotion profits are donated, and we talked about the ethical sourcing that lush uses. I would absolutely recommend this store and I hope that her manager knows that she is doing an amazing job!

Great products, I love what they stand for and how they go about running their business with quality products!Update April 2023;Unfortunately hours aren't posted. I was following the hours thru here saying the store closes at 8pm I show up 10 minutes before 7pm with the doors locked and lights all on inside.. not sure why the hours listed here are until 8pm if they are closed even before 7pm?Not sure if it's a Google thing or it's the Individual Lush store?Just be weary of coming to visit after 6pm I guess.

Love lush! The workers are incredibly friendly and super helpful. Their products, while higher priced, are amazing and feel nice. I have to give it 4 stars because it is an awful long wait to get into the store. I'm very happy to see they're taking COVID seriously but it took away from some more of our shopping because we had to wait. But overall would recommend and I will be stopping by again!

The woman working at this LUSH really helped me by explaining the various products and letting me smell/try some of them. I don’t remember her name, but she was also from Chicago and she had good tattoos on her arms. She is a diligent employee who deserves a shout out for doing a good job even when management isn’t watching. She wasn’t dull or looking at her phone (as many employees seem to be, bored or annoyed you are there) . She was engaging and excited about the products she was selling. Anyway, I’m super excited for the products she helped me choose. I love LUSH and I’m glad I was able to come here and have this experience.

There was a very helpful employee that helped me get products that matched my skin, even recommended what she liked best, and what she thought would suit me. This location is filled with attentive, optimistic employees that are always willing to help find the perfect product. My husband is more of a LUSH person than I am (nothing personal... I just don't use fancy products often) - But he comes back here frequently for very specific things often. He is a bit picky, so I know the products must be amazing for him to keep coming back! Add to the fact, the entire store always smells incredible every time I step in... it's always worth a stop inside to browse and sniff.

Off the bat Lush has, hands down, the best employees. They are super knowledgeable about the products, ingredients, and scent profiles. The employees are are willing to answer questions or suggest a product that you may be unfamiliar with. The store itself is always clean and smells absolutely AMAZING! The range of products provides a little something for everyone and leaves your skin feeling refreshed rather than weighted down by chemicals and harsh ingredients. The pricing is reasonable for the quality you are getting when you purchase something from Lush.

Can’t get more than two sample they say there is a limit and they’re small less dime size of product. How am supposed to test out shampoo conditioner body was or anything... so I come in multiple times to get a decent amount to even get one proper useful sample out of it. Most the product sticks to the sides of the container cause of the minimum product they give. If you come back for samples they’re extremely rude about it or ask why. I’ve been turned down samples and I’m a paying costumer? I literally watch them give other people samples after saying no. When I’m trying to buy items it’s nice to have help but they literally hover over you even when you tell them no it’s okay your only looking they still try to sell you things. I feel maybe cause the store is so tiny and I feel over lapped so it’s kinda hard to have personal space. But still I feel like should be about to shop with a hassle.

As always, Lush is fantastic! We found some great items for myself, love the shampoo bars, "dirty" body spray was a hit with myself and my wife and I can remember the scent I got for the body soap bar, but I love using it. My wife got a few items she knows and loves, and she got more henna hair dye, which she has been using for about 3 years and always gets compliments on.

Stopped in to buy a nice set as a Christmas gift. I was the only customer. A bossy woman met me at the door. She told me to get my mask on properly then began spraying my hands with disinfectant then informed me that if I wanted to smell any products I'd have to do it through my mask. She then perkily asked what I'd be buying today. I said nothing and left as I don't need to be treated like that. Lush isn't the only place that sells bath bombs. Trying to support business but some really need to close until covid ends if they are that worried about it.

I really love Lush, not so much this location. It's very small with usually about 6 works standing at every corner. They seem really nice, I just wish they wouldn't hover you and ask a million questions. "have you been to Lush before?" "whats your favorite product" "have you tried this or this or this" "tell me, whats your favorite thing about this product" The questions are ENDLESS. My mom and I were just trying to smell a couple things without getting asked a million questions, the guy practically followed us around the store. I get it's their job, but if I said I've already been here then just let us look in peace. We left the store and I didn't buy anything. I'm not sure if I really want to return to this location or just stick to online..

I bought a great face scrub here! My only complaint is something in the store set of my asthma and the staff helping us arughed saying everythings all natural. Just because its all natural doesn't mean I can't be allergic to it.

I have been here a few times. Recently I went in for two face masks. The lady who helped me was very nice and very educated about the products.The most recent visit I came in for a couple more products. I got a sample of one (not a very ample amount), but the ladies were very nice.
