Just had the best experience ever at LensCrafters at the Valley West Mall in West Des Moines. Amy, Sara, and Tanya were amazingly patient, professional, and wonderful in helping me find and select just the right glasses. They were just as wonderful a week later when I came to get my new glasses. They made sure the new pair were adjusted perfectly to my imperfect face. I can’t say enough good things about these three professionals, or LensCrafters. They will definitely get my business in the future, and I’ll be sure to sing their praises to everyone I know!!!!

Our salesperson was Andrew #745299. He is exceptional!! He took his time to explain different options for my new bifocals. He helped me pick out various options for my frames. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lenscrafters is very lucky to have such a dedicated and professional employee!!

Lens crafters has been my go to for years. Their eye clinic fixed a prescription that my old eye doctor had been messing up my whole life. Today I spoke with Brianna to order contacts and she was so helpful and kind. They have a great selection of frames as well. I've never had a bad experience here, their service is top notch every time!

Ian at Valley West is awesome! He is friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. I tend to have problems with my glasses alignment due to the prescription and he always listens to resolve any issues. Sarah is also fantastic; I always try to visit the store when either or both of them are working.

Last week I took my elderly mother to LensCrafters at Valley West Mall to pick out glasses. Ian was so patient and helpful. She left with two pair of glasses and one pair of sunglasses that she loves! Ian is the best at adjusting glasses and she is thrilled with her purchases. I can’t recommend Ian enough…he has a great attitude and is great at his job. We will be back to purchase glasses again in the future.

I usually Never do reviews, but I just Had to. This is my first time getting glasses and I was So nervous. I had Heard about LensCrafters and decided- why not? When I walked Into the store I was Immediately greeted by everyone on the floor working. One in particular was Ian. Ian made sure to stay with me the entire time I was Shamelessly trying out every frame in the store (you have to clean them after you touch them because of Covid) and Ian didn’t complain once. He actually picked out quite a few frames for me. He also asked me what my hobbies were, what I did for work and my day to day life. He told me this would help determine what kind of lenses would work best. I truly Understood so much better what goes into picking out glasses! I finally Decided on a frame and then we went to a station and started to pick the lenses. I am an avid hiker and I am Always outside. Ian thought that transitions (the ones where they change into sunglasses) would be a good fit for me. The measurements and process was painless and I got to know how everything worked. I cannot Wait for my glasses to come in, they’re going to be amazing! I would 10/10 recommend Valley West Mall LensCrafters to my friends and family- and I would refer for them to talk with Ian. He was fantastic!

I went in to LensCrafters to have them adjust some glasses for me. I had purchased them online and did not purchase them through them. Mandy was so helpful and friendly about the whole thing. Took the time to fit them perfectly to my face, and clean them. Exceptional service. When I have need glasses with my Rx this year I will go to this location with their exceptional customer service.

Miranda and Ian were so courteous, patient, and helpful. Miranda took her time reviewing the options for my daughter’s glasses to make sure we got the best options, for the best price. I truly appreciate her cheerful, funny attitude while helping us choose a frame for my daughter. In addition to the time taken helping my daughter, she also helped me with a pair of glasses that I previously purchased from my their location. I spoke with Miranda about a defect on the lenses, I wanted to get an understanding of what was wrong with them and how to avoid it happening again. After looking them over and speaking with Ian (assistant manager), they agreed to replace my lenses free of charge!!! This level of customer service goes so far above anything I ever expected. I’ll be a LensCrafters customer for as long as they’ll have me! Thank you again for your help!

I was given excellent service on my visit to Lens Crafters. Employee, Ian, helped me pick out my glasses by seeing how they fit my face and the style that looked best. He also informed me of a certain kind of contacts that were perfect for those with astigmatism. He used them himself & it was a game changer! I also was able to get a sample of my RX for myself & they worked perfectly. It was the 2nd time in years I was able to see super clear with contacts.
