Our family is a frequent visitor to Jimmy Johns. Lately, we've been stopping by your Jordan Creek location and interacting with Nathan. He is awesome!! He makes the experience so personal by creating small talk while he gets the drinks ready and receipts printed, etc. He's so kind and also keeps the line moving. He makes the experience more than a transaction. We think he's awesome and a perfect example of someone who puts effort that other's wouldn't into making your Jimmy John's visit a memorable visit every time we go. The quality of the sandwiches are always great and the efficiency of your team at this location is top notch. Thank you!

This Jimmy John’s is painfully slow most of the time. I ordered from them before and their delivery times vary wildly. They say they have one driver, I get it. But what gets me is the attitude on the phone. If I had been a jackass on the phone, a little bad attitude my way would have been deserved. But all I asked was an ETA. The first time I had to call, the lady hung up on me. And today when I called the gentleman said he “can’t teleport the sandwich to me”. I was just asking for an ETA because I was at work and was expecting a rush.I’ve never never been prompted to leave a review about anything before. I know customer service sucks, but there is a line. When a person is waiting over an hour for a cold cut sandwich to be delivered down the street (I don’t live or work that far from this location), and gets a rude response TWICE to a polite inquiry, there’s a problem.On the flip side, the delivery drivers are usually kind when they arrive and empathetic. I don’t know what the deal is with the people on the phone.

Couldn't find the building because I only provided the address not the building name??? Are we living back in the 90s?? Do we not have Google maps?? Never received food or an apology and apparently its not their fault they can't anything, never ordering again.

Incorrect toppings multiple times including missing proteins.This location also always has online ordering disabled and at the very best, 50/50 of the time they don’t answer their phone so there is zero way to use promo codes or coupons to save money on your incorrectly made sandwich unless you go into the store to order

I love Jimmy John's, always have. I've given this location the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to disappoint, time and time again. I don't understand why it's so hard to get an order right, but they don't, and then it never shows up and when it does it's completely wrong. Get it together.

I ordered a Country club unwich today and the gentleman who prepared it did an excellent job. The meat was well distributed and it was wrapped perfectly. Excellent service for sure.Parking: Ample parking.

They are slow!!! SO SLOW!! I am talking 25 minutes for a sandwich to be delivered less than a mile away! Also, the delivery drivers NEVER include napkins when requested and they don't bother to call to let you know they delivered your food. **Update**Don't bother customizing your sandwich either, it just won't happen. I had hoped that they would improve since this is a new location however it just seems to be getting worse!

Staff is extremely rude and is so slow. I keep giving them another chance to redeem themselves, but every delivery takes 1+ hour. Orders are never right even when I go in person. I have never had so many issues with a Jimmy Johns.

I am quick to criticize and should be equally fast to compliment. the OWNER has done us all well and put a new new GM and AGM. They have made this experience old news so I am removing the old review and old star rating. The new GM and AGM are all about the customer 👌 🙌 this is my favorite JJ's again. Thank you 😊 to the owner for listening to your customers. I will see you all for lunch today!!!! Awesome 👌 staff now!!

Honestly the best Jimmy Johns in west Des Moines and Des Moines id say. Staff was really friendly and are easy to work with when ordering. Other than that they may be a little understaffed overall 5 stars

My sandwich looked disgusting. I could see imprints where fingers had pushed into the dry bread and the whole thing looked like it had been sat on. Asked for napkins... no napkins. Asked for Mayo packets.... no Mayo packets.

Slow. Sandwich took over an hour to make. Took them an hour to also deliver it. granted, during the busy time. but I'd assume they still be somewhat quick. go somewhere else for a quick lunch

I tried getting food 2 nights in a row. They closed at 8:15 the first night even though it said 9pm.I called the next morning and asked if they were closing early again and the lady said no were open til 9pm…It’s 8:30 and I could not order food again for the second night because they wanted to close early.
