Been out of fountain Root Beer all week. Mentioned this to the cashier each time. Today I suggested if its going to be out a while that maybe they should put a sign on it. Lady climbing on the wall chimed in and rudely said "we're not allowed to do that". Older cashier lady just looked down and said almost under her breath, "you have no idea, thats just the beginning". Kind of makes you wonder what else questionable is going on there.

I honestly come here ALL the time. One of the reasons I consistently go here is because of nicole. That lady is an absolute godsend. I wonder if she is ever gonna be manager.... I mean she's there enough and knows where everything is and how to do everything in there especially her customer service, and how she goes out of her way to make sure that not only me but everybody is taken care of. Thank you miss Nicole keep doing what it is that you always been doing. You're absolutely effin amazing

OK BIG OL' Shout out to that Nicole that's been working there for what seems like since it's been open! That woman there, she starts my day off with the most up beat spunkiest vibe EVER! I literally go in at least 3 times a day, the 5 days that she does work just so that I can grab some of her positivity to go. She is genuinely caring, and takes time to say HELLO to everyone. I hope yall keep her.

Monday through Thursday I stop here for a breakfast sandwich. I want to give Elsa (who works in the kitchen) a big shout out!! She consistently goes about and beyond and the breakfast I always get is delicious! She is friendly even while she is obviously busy. All the employees are friendly but efficient and the store always looks clean and well kept. Very impressed! Thank you all for starting my day off great!

Idk who is in charge of hiring but they made a bad call with Justin, I come in every morning since they’ve opened and since Justin has started the quality has nose dived. Whenever I come in he’s either talking someone’s ear off or too busy on his phone to actually work, meanwhile there’s no food in the warmer.

I just was at Casey's across the street and was treated so poorly by Brandon that I informed him I'm a corporate employee and he said okay...... he informed me if I didn't like his way of delivery I could go elsewhere. And so I did!Casey's you'll never see a dime from me other than my taxes you take oof my check. HyVee is top class citizens that work there.

Under qualified store manager Erika Flores is a liar. She seems cool at 1st, but that doesn't mean one is management material or has the neccessary interpersonal skills for such a task. She lies about which product to use in the kitchen. She lies about when and why staff is late. She lies about changing schedules. She even lies about instance that are caught on camera with multiple witnesses that would refute her blatant lies...but HyVee does nothing about it. She also uses the police department to intimidate, degrade, and humiliate minority employees. Then there's an HR lady that claims that one of her favorite employees, that does "...a great job and is an asset to the company", isn't good enough for her to have the guts to stand up on his behalf to her superiors about this liar, Erika Flores...aka Store #3's "Common Denominator" of firings and quitting issues with staff. Its clear this individual was wrongfully terminated. Without them two....(Erika and the Fake HR rep)...5 STARS!

5:00 June 28- Friendly service, however, the guy who cooked my burger couldn’t keep his hands off of his cellphone while preparing my food. The condiments were extremely dried out. Not much effort coming from the guy.
