I’ve been going to this store for 3 years and have always had a good experience. The employees were always friendly and helpful. Today I brought a relative to see where I get so many of my home decor from and when we got to the register, I asked her if she can remove the tag for me because it was a gift. I’ve asked someone to do this for me before many times and have always had someone help me and they understood I didn’t want to ruin the wrapping. When I asked Heather, she told me she didn’t have time for that. I’ve worked in customer service for many many years and this is not an answer a customer wants to hear. Maybe Heather might be good at her job but she needs to be put somewhere she is not dealing with people because obviously customer service is not her greatest talent. There was no line behind me either so not sure what the rush was. Or maybe she was being racist.. no idea. Whatever it is, management needs to address this.

I LOVE this store, I feel like I could spend 12 hours in it. It is very comparable to Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx. The prices in this store are fantastic for anyone on a budget. So far I've bought home decor, kitchen utensils, and bakeware. The items seem high quality and I haven't had any issues with the items I've purchased. This location is the only one I have been too and for as busy as it was the store was well kept and ready to navigate, I hate when the aisles are too close together to move and that's not the case for this store.

Least friendly employees I've ever had the displeasure to meet. Employee sits our items aside and packages the rest then forgets to add the ones they set aside to the bag. We call the store to ask if they forgot to package the rest of our things once we get home. They tell us nothing is there, we go back only to find it sitting right there and they tell us that we forgot it. Even wrote a sticky note that says "Customer left this here". No, you didnt even package it up for us. Had to waste time and fuel just to go correct their mistake for them to then blame us. Very dissapointed.

Lots of selection, decent prices but it always looks so unorganized. Things are mixed up and out of place. I was looking for a table tray. They had a few in one area, then while walking around the store I found another mixed in with vases, one over by the pillows and another one by the furniture

I’ve only been to the store a couple times because a friend got me a gift card and I am so much more than impressed with the variety, the cleanliness, and the prices! The staff went over and above to help me find a certain item. Everybody was friendly and smiling and happy I was there!

Today I went into this store to buy a new rug along with some decor for our new home. We picked out the rug we wanted. It was hung up. Then as we looked for help one gentleman told us he was busy but another worked suggested he stop what he's doing to assist. He came over to the rugs pouting and not very eager to assist. Then made multiple remarks about how the hell we thought we were going to get it home. I assured him it would fit in our vehicle. He made fun of my fiance and said she was going to have to carry it home if she didn't tell him what make and model her car was. He then laughed in her face for not knowing the difference between a folded and rolled up rug. She was very upset. We returned the wall hangings we had picked out then left the store with no plans to return. Sad to see as the prices and merchandise were exactly what we were looking for.

If this is your first visit plan plenty of time. We found a lot of things to look at. They had some good deals. It was a bit worked over. First time so I can't say if it's ever better. The employees are nice and helpful. Enjoy your time.

First time shopping at this store and possibly the last. Your employees need a major attitude adjustment. They're not "special" just because they work in Jordan Creek because you aren't the only ones. I came in to see your store since my mother bragged so awesomely about it. Yes, you have great stuff, but you're a glorified T.J. Maxx at best tbh. When I came in your store your employees looked at me like I was POOR. FYI, but I make good money and I have money but your blonde employee with the 2 inches of makeup talked down to me when we did a price check. I was fn tired that day, but visiting your store was going to be my highlight because it was fresh and new and I just wanted to see it after my mother couldn't stop talking about it. Another thing--just because people dress ruddily (I came in my restaurant uniform), doesn't mean they don't have money. Adjust the attitude because working in Jordan Creek doesn't give you any kind of 'privelege' over everyone else. I spoke to the mgr who was willing to "make it right" and I appreciate her effort, but declined because it won't change a bad attitude. Maybe I might come back. MAYBE.

First time going there and really like the store. Had a lot of nice things and the prices were very reasonable. Just wish it closer to where I live...or maybe not..lol Would probably spend way to much 💰.

Got a few things here. Good deals can be had in the clearance area if you scrounge and dont mind some cosmetic damage. Put the protection plan on our couches which is awesome because they will cover all frame damage for 5 years!

Nice selection of home decor and furniture at reasonable prices. A little too tight for more than one cart to fit in the isles if it is busy. Would recommend they reconfigure the store to widen the isles.

This is the kind of store where you need at least 20 minutes to roam around. Sometimes the items are almost the same as when I last visited, and other times there are new things I'm excited to find. I've shopped from multiple departments here, and been satisfied with each purchase.

They had taken a picture for me of a pot in the backroom. But I needed a better one. They wouldn't let me walk 3 ft in the backroom . Not very customer friendly . Its not like this place is Fort Knox . I had to give them one star at least to post this
