Most employees here are super sweet but prices are honestly insane ($10 for used jeans; $5 for shirts; $7 for shoes) - I’ve started looking at prices online because sometimes it’s cheaper to buy new!The employees are super sweet but some employees also charge high prices for unmarked items. I’m really disappointed with Goodwill as a whole (they literally get these items for free- they just have to pay employees, rent, marketing and upkeep) so I don’t understand why it has to be so expensive (I know the CEO gets between $400,000 - $930,000 annually)I still come to hunt for treasure that might actually be worth it…

More fun than a box full of hammers (see pic). This location has a bit nicer selection than some other Goodwills and the people are always great.

Cashier was rude? And management don't want to answer to the interview that was on the 3rd she tells me talk to headquarters. I don't Even know why 'Emily' was in the interview but can't seem to answer a question! Seems like a joke place, I don't recommend anyone apply at this location!Good day🎉

They individually priced a 2 prong 2 slot power cord for $4! If you don’t know what that is, it is a power cord that comes with printers consoles TVs etc. $4? That should easily be a $1 at the most for a used power cord! Why is a 2nd hand store that gets free donations individually overpricing inventory? It makes no sense! $20 for a pair of beat up sneakers? Why even have the standard electronic sign prices? Why have any standard prices when you’re just gonna jack up the prices individually? Goodwill? What are you doing!

EXTREME price swapping going on here. Picked up a kitchen utensil, on the endcap where it states all kitchen utensils were 89 cents. Cashier rings it up as 3.99. Picked up 3 wooden christmas decorations. Sign on the shelf clearly stated "wooden decorations $5.99. She rang ONE up at 5.99 but the other two at 7.99. THEN she has the nerve to ask if I wanted to round up a dollar to support their mission..........1. I thought all thrift store sales were to support their mission, and 2. YOU already rounded up my total bill by 7 dollars on your own by price swapping. Always been an issue at this store but today it was just so much and so blatant. Goodwill has always been my last choice for thrift stores due to the rampant price swapping and exremely inflated prices in general. This gouging today though, I doubt I'll go back.

This new way of hanging pants by the side instead of by the top is really not helpful. Yes we can see that the waste is closer to the size we need, however some of us search for a certain style of pants such as cargo, etc. This makes it impossible to browse quickly, since we can't see the style of the pants instead we're just looking at the waist. I just went in there and bought nothing because I would have had to touch and turn every pair of pants in order to find out what they actually look like.
