Do not shop here. Worst experience of my retail life. (I have worked in retail and customer service my whole life.) I returned my item a week later. With the tag on, receipt and bag. 2 employees said they could not process my return because the attached tag was not in the place that their tags "always is". They were accusing me of putting it back on myself. And I would have to own a tagger for that, it had the plastic tag in tact. They said their clothes always have the tags located in the seem. I said, well this one wasn't, it must have been a human or machine error. I told them it was like when I bought them and that my daughter tried them on and immediately took them off and put them back in the bag. I didn't yell, I was requesting that they still refund me. I talked to 3 people. The manager was SO rude. She said to me, "are you done yet?"Forever 21 must be a cheap broke company. To refuse to return an item with the tag, receipt and bag a week later is pathetic. And accusing the customer that they are a liar. I will never shop there agin, and neither should you.

If you were thinking of going to this Forever 21 location, think again! To start off my visit the store was in an unacceptable state for a place open to the public. Clothes, food/drink, and spills on floor? After picking out my purchases I walked to the register and was met with straight attitude. Alessandra was extremely disrespectful. On her phone and would not look up until I had put my items on the counter, with people waiting! 😡. She forgot to take off the security tag which resulted in a hour round trip back to get it taken off. I am exceedingly angry at this encounter. Hopefully this location can figure out a way to get better hires as it is a nice store and has good clothes for cheap! 😐

Fitting room closed and they wouldn’t open them so we could try on some outfits. Told the lady it would cost them a sale and she just shrugged.

I had a the cashier named Delaney. I just needed to return two shirts and a purse. She was SOO RUDE. I understood why the sale shirt couldn’t be returned. But the full price other shirt and purse could be. Nothing on the receipt said FINAL SALE for those items. And wasn’t against policy.Delaney was very disrespectful with an attitude towards me because I didn’t understand why they couldn’t return those two items. She just kept saying to me “we can’t. My computer says we can’t.”I asked for her manager, who was watching this all happen and didn’t do anything about her attitude.The RETURN POLICY is posted at the register. I told them to look at it, cause I should be able to have a refund. Manager was nice enough to give me a return on my shirt but said that the purse had to be store credit.Left and called corporate who confirmed that they should be able to return the purse to my credit card. They checked my receipt and nothing in the policy says they couldn’t. So called the store back and they talked to their store manager, and ended up saying they COULD fix it.Could have been an easy fix. Will shop at a different Forever 21 store now.Seriously they need to teach their workers better customer service. And the managers to not just let them be like that to customers.

Great customer service. Horrible policy’s. Heads up ladies and gents don’t take off your tags if you are wanting to return your items and be aware of wardrobe malfunctions some aka most of the outfits are cheaply made so just be aware.

Daughter and I came in from 2.5 hours away because our store closed. We were so excited and lived rhe merch. We spent alot of money on there. But, were treated very rudely like we were an imposition for shopping there. Got no assistance and we tried to interact with the cashier someone mentioned in another post and she hardly spoke and barely told us what we owed and was very unfriendly. Hated giving them my hard earned money. Nor.ally shop them online, bought thought itbwould be nice to see the items. Gave them a 2 because the store looked nice and loved the merch. The negative was the rude service.

Worst experience today. I went in this morning and bought a pair of sweatpants without trying on because the fitting rooms seemed to be closed. I checked out with a young girl who was very nice, which was great. I came back later because the pants fit weird so I was returning them. When I went to the register after browsing for a bit I said I'd like to return these. This girl (different girl) smaller girl with long brown hair was extremely effing rude. I said "hi! I just need to return or do an exchange, whichever's easier" (I was buying a different item). She spoke really quietly so I said "sorry what'd you say?" and she goes "I SAID I CAN RETURN IT". Like dude... I was being polite so i just kinda scoffed and said "um ok". So she did that. I was leaving and said "thank you, have a good day" & she just rolled her eyes at me and walked away. So rude for what.

Came to this store to get a birthday outfit. Checked out with 3 items, my mother said "hi how was your day" to one of the cashiers (a tall male), and he didn't respond, maybe he didn't hear her, so she repeated herself, and the cashier rolled his eyes and blew the question off and told us our total. He seemed a little off, and was very angry that we were in his presence. He never asked did we find everything or nothing. He seemed a little out of touch of reality. Told the manager about her employee and she didn't seem to really care she was very young too and it seems like they are just hiring anybody at this point. She told the employee to walk off and she will handle it. He helped out two costumers (they were not a minorities) with a big smile, and asked did they find everything, and seemed very happy to check them out, but it wasn't the same matched energy when he was checking out me and my mom. It's a shame because all was said to him was "hi, how was your day". I guess we were feared , and looked at less of a person because the color of our skin. This location is the worst and hires the worst employees. The store was super crowded with clothes on the floor, and it was just dirty. The fitting rooms are a mess. And the employees are even worse. Left the store with nothing, will not be shopping at this location again.

I didn't see a sales person the entire time I was there. Everything was a mess - trying to go through the jeans section was amazing; things had been folded and put away into stacks of randomly assorted cuts. I found a pair I liked and had no way of tracking down the rest to find my size, because there was no rest. The entire table was just "here are the jeans. All of them." The music was so loud it shook the floor a little where I was standing. Things weren't displayed, it was more like they were just... put places

No one helped us, but we found what we needed. The store was clean, and things were easy to find. The fitting room didn't have a long line, and my 5-year-old and I appreciated the seating available while we waited for her teenage sister.

I was looking for a staff member to point me in the direction of active wear clothes. I approached a worker ( asian girl) and she was extremely rude she looked annoyed the entire time I spoke to her. She then rung up my clothes and laughed at the items I bought, I asked her what was so funny and she said nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager . I was completely shocked. Not only is this a messy store but it's so unprofessional

Saw a really cool Reptar Christmas sweater as I was passing by and decided to go check it out. I asked where it was and was told the mannequin was the last one. See this is where I get upset because I've worked in retail 3+ years and it's always MAKE THE SALE! The manager who didnt even come out and just told the associate what to say refused to take it off the mannequin and sell it to me. They said it was something in their policy. That makes no sense! Don't display something if you won't sell it! I will say the associate who was trying her best to help me and she tried convincing her manager for me was amazing and I appreciate you trying.

Hello,In store customer service is fine, but online is a NIGHTMARE.I originally purchased an online forever21 order on Jan 12th and no one processed it for 15 days. I had to call and that's when it got processed! By that time, two of my items became out of stock. Not to mention, your customer reps kept hanging up on me and not giving me a solution to the problem. Never shopping at your establishment again, EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience they had 15 minutes until they closed and a worker rushed me out of the store saying they were closing up. Any other place sells until they are completely closed won’t be coming back here always have a terrible experience, store is messy and the clothes are always scrambled.

Extremely disappointed that the Plus Size section is only a small section of a wall and a couple clothing racks. It's also very disorganized and extremely messy. The plus size clothing is also lacking in variety. They have a huge selection online but only a couple of selections in store. I definitely won't bother returning there ever again.

I love this store! Awesome prices for clothes and jewelry... I just wish this one was bigger so we could get plus sizes and men's. Everyone I've talked to here has been friendly and helpful. It gets CRAZY on the weekends though! I think Sunday mornings and weekdays are the best times to go.

the store is ok, but their online service is ridiculous! I made 2 phone calls to CS only to be told to wait 24/48 hours for a prepaid return label, my package came with a hole in the inner wrapping, the snow and rain got into the coat I ordered that was 10 days ago! still no email and 2 phone calls to CS.! never again!

Today, 3 friends and I walked into forever 21 to try on outfits for a concert. The ladies in the dressing room were being very unprofessional! They asked us if we were “playing dress up” or if we were “actually” going to buy something. They ended up asking us to leave. I’m never shopping there again. So disrespectful!

Extremely racist staff! If you are a minority I advise you not to step foot in that store or in that mall. Worst experience ever... This is exactly why this store is going bankrupt. Also, this store was very messy with even more messy and dirty staff. If I can give this store a 0, I would.

Favorite shop in the mall for young women's clothing. The selection is large and the prices are always great. Great place to grab some items that are hot and trendy. The place can get messy fast with all the foot traffic but for the most part everything is easy to find and accessible.

One of my favorite place for shopping dresses and sandle I love this place... all the time you will get here huge sale. Discounted clothes and shoes. $5 to $50 you will get all varieties of dress shorts, shirt, jeans, and shoes. Love love love it.
