Just was at this dollar tree that has a sign saying they are closing at 4pm but I got here at 3:15pm. Multiple people came by trying to get in. If you’re closing early maybe get the sign to represent the correct time.

Well I'm impressed by the customer service that the new guy Don did. Above and beyond he goes just to help others and he's putting smiles on everyone's face , I mean that alone brings me joy. Thank you for your time.

Love Dollar Tree, but I would like them to bring back Frozen Breakfast and i want Cooked but Frozen Shrimp back. They have both disappeared

Dollar Tree stores are always well stocked on the Westside/💵💵💵Or the better sides of town. I always stock up on my toiletries and personal hygiene stuff when I find it!

I don’t like to leave a review that’s negative because I know staffing shortages aren’t employees fault but this location is never up to date with their inventory, is not well stocked and is not well organized. It’s my least favorite DT in Des Moines. Employees are nice and friendly but they clearly need more staff at this location

This location is very well stocked & includes timely & extensive bargain Halloween & Fall items -- as well as freezer selections. Checker was very polite & efficient, nicely dressed. Great parking.

The staff here is typically very curtious and polite. This isn't my favorite dollar tree for items but the staff is faster and much more polite than at other local Dollar Trees. The store is kept picked up and is not chaotic. Lines are shorter here. Not as many products seem to be offered here as other Dollar Trees.

The “Manager” makes me feel like she doesn’t want to be there every time I’m there and she’s there. At least I think she’s the Manager? She is never wearing her mask correctly. She is always miserable. Never friendly. Seems to always be needing a cigarette or something maybe? The store is usually always trashed. Items everywhere. I try and avoid going in now. It’s just depressing.

Not a good time to judge this store. A third of the shelves were empty. A quarter of the inventory was scattered all over the store. I counted four employees working hard. The sign on the door made it clear that they are trying to hire more staff.First world problems.

They have a small refrigerated/frozen section which is nice because not all dollar trees have that. Other than that it's your typical dollar tree. Service was good, didn't have to wait long to check out.

Went here once and got stuck in the bathroom. I managed to get out by shoving a pen in the safety hole of the handle. I told an employee and she shrugged it off and mumbled something about how it does that and she needs to call a repair guy. Absolutely not.

When I visit Dollar Tree, it is clean, isles are clear and safe from clutter. All of the associates have been very nice, and very helpful. I love shopping there!!!!!!

Its a mess, even non holiday times. Only see cashier every time I go. Entrance unappealing set up, too much in middle. Convenience, its close.

The clerk just jammed all my things in one sack. Those sacks are not sturdy enough for a lot of things. They aren't open on Sundays anymore.

This store has only been open for a few months. I have stopped in 3 or 4 times now and many of the items I am in for I find empty shelves.

I was on the West side for a doctor appointment and stopped at this location. They were supposed to open at 9:00. Waited outside until 9:08. The lights were on but no one in sight inside.
