The last 2 times I've gone through the drive thru, my order has been completely screwed up to the point of having to walk into the restaurant because the person handing me my food doesn't listen or understand when I try telling them something is wrong. I waited an extra 10 minutes and wasted my entire lunch waiting for them to get my order right because it couldn't be done the first time.Not sure why they ever ask for my name if they don't even have the decency to get that right either.

Their frozen custard concrete desserts are absolutely DELICIOUS !!! The main things I always have to get when we go there are: their French fries - they're crinkle cut & DELICIOUS, as well as a small raspberry/cheesecake concrete mixer !!! For me they are to die for !!! They have pieces of raspberries mixed in it, along with good sized pieces of actual cheesecake as well !!!YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY AT LEAST A concrete MIXER SOMETIME when YOU'RE OUT & NEAR ONE !!!

It wasn't to bad tonight or maybe I was just hungry hadn't eaten all day at it was after 6:00 pm. Got buttered bacon burger and it was covered in reallygood looking melted cheese. Add fries and vanillashake how can you go wrong. It was really fresh &hot. So maybe I think I enjoyed it tonight. Will have to visit at least one more time to make up my mind forsure

If you've been to one Culver's, then you know exactly what this one is like. Cookie cutter franchise burgers, fries and shakes. All measured up to what I expected from Culver's. The only thing on this visit, was an mystery object found in our fries, I'm guessing it's been floating in the oil for a few monthes. check out the pic. I didn't complain, as it didn't effect the taste of any of the fries, I'm just glad I wasn't eating in the dark.

Fresh fast and good tasting butter burger and shake. 1st time ordering and cashier was helpful in explaining the menu. Clean and friendly. Parked an F-350 w/5th wheel camper across the street at nearby business Park that had ample parking on a Friday afternoon. I'd recommend it.

Horrible service. Never give you the right orderUpdate: still the worst service. Asked for ketchup the last THREE times I’ve been here on my burger and they don’t give you anything on it. It’s like ketchup doesn’t exist in this location. Do y’all even know what ketchup is? Fr so dumb

My wife ordered a small chocolate malt via drive through when the restaurant wasn't busy . Waited 15 minutes without receiving the item. She then drove back through the drive through to kindly remind the attendant. After pulling up to the window, a staff member literally shoved the item through the window at her, so forcefully that it actually pushed her back and crushed the cup the malt was in. He then went on a verbal tirade about how we were hiding outside from him. What? It took everything in me not to go into the restaurant and call that individual out, face-to-face. Totally disrespected my wife, in front of both me and my kids nonetheless.Literally the worst expierence I've ever had at a restaurant...ever. We will never be back.

The food is fantastic. We all love the cheese curds and the custard. The atmosphere is good and tables were clean floor was clean.The one star for service is because the boy who helped us had no idea what to do with the food allergy. Food allergies are serious. I don't know what stage of training he was in or if he was in training but he had no idea how to handle an order with a food allergy.

Manager was nice but staff was awful. Cussing in the drive through and not taking our order correctly. Couldn’t understand us when we were yelling at the speaker, laughing at us and just being rude. Love Culver’s but not this unprofessional approach and atmosphere. Telling the manager in front of us that it was our fault our orders were wrong, unbelievable. I am paying to get what I want and not even that. I got no dressing or drink. I paid for a meal.

Culver's is always a good spot to stop. But when traveling with your finger-food eating, mess making baby it gets a little more stressful. Eddie came by and told us to not worry, that he would clean it up. We always appreciate the food, but the service is better than I have had in some top flight restaurants.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available AND clean!

First time eating here. They are little busy at dinner time. They are still faster than other places with it being fresh. The burgers, fries and shakes are good. I would eat here again. Friendly staff and order is correct.

Have not been to this Culver's location in a while. First thing, the staff was not friendly or fully able to understand my order as I clearly repeated it multiple times. Wife ordered the cod plate(comes with 2 sides), she wanted mash potatoes, the girl at the counter said they don't have mash potatoes, yet they do. Had to argue and prove it to her. They also said they were out of coleslaw, then I asked if we can have something else and she said no. She said the coleslaw was free. I said it was included with the meal so she never let us pick the second side. I ordered the 4 piece chicken basked, I told her multiple times to add the 3.30 to the bill. I order the kids cheese burger meal as well. She did not give me the cups had to ask and she only gave 2. I asked for the 3rd cup and she gave me a rude face and reluctantly gave it to me. I sat down and reviewed the receipt and noticed she never added the basked $3.30. I went back to the counter, the girl was gone and a lady was there and I told her I wanted to pay the 3.30 for the basked and she talked to the manager and he was going to give the fries and I did not have to pay. I never got the fries. Over all I don't recommend going here based on my experience based on the staff. Food tastes good.

I oredered 30 dollars worth of ice cream for myself and several of my friends and also ordered a large soft drink. Was given a number, sat down. The order came out, no cup for the soft drink. I politely ask for one, a second employee came and questioned me, left, a third employee came and asked for my receipt. I was not provided a receipt. Does it really have to be this difficult to get what I paid for? Other than that it was a good visit.

I ordered a kids' meal with corn dog and substitute cheese curds, and it cost me $10.26. I paid $11 and received pennies and dimes for change.ANGEL said no substitutions. When I received my meal, i asked the fella in the black shirt if this was correct, and he said no substitution. I looked in the bag and said if it's not substituted, why are there no fries?He said something, and I questioned if he was fluent in English by his response.Bad enough everyone behind the counter is speaking Spanish and laughing, and it's makes a guy question if they're making fun of me.As I walked out the door shaking my head, the fella waiting to order said it's this way all the time.This store gives Culver's a BAD NAME.I know I won't eat here again.

I visit this location every other Friday with my daughter and they never disappoint. Foods always fresh, fast and delicious.Dan that works here is always awesome and super friendly and you can tell he really loves his job. Give that man a raise.Always get the order of the cheese curds or you’ll regret it 😂
