Rick was extremely helpful. We came in late in the day looking for bathroom fixtures for our flipping business and he showed us some great deals in the basement. He even made us a great deal on a vanity. Rick not only helped us package up everything, he even scooped the snow to make us a path for easy loading. I recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for something different than the big box stores and is looking for some great customer service.

Saw City Design on Google & stopped in for a look-see. Owner Rick had a fantastic selection of Unique designs & just what I wanted. Rick was so helpful In answering all our questions & looked up options so we could get just what we wanted. I ADORE my new beautiful jacuzzi tub, the melamine hanging vanity & frameless mirrored medicine cabinet. Rick called me numerous times while construction was going on to see how things were going & if we needed anything & it seemed like I always did which he immediately took care of. I had not asked him about doors for my existing built in cabinets so went through construction of two sets of doors that I was not happy with. He happened to call me four months after construction just to see how everything was going. I told him I wanted melamine doors with handles to match my vanity. He said oh Sure & he contacted the vanity company & I had my perfect doors installed within two weeks! I HIGHLY recommend Rick & City Design. Say Goodbye to Home Depot & hello to class!

I live in Minneapolis and wanted information on a Caroma toilet product. Rick tracked down the product and explained the challenges of getting this product to me. In the end, and after several calls, Rick suggested a different product that would apply for my toilet installation. This took Rick out of the sale, but his intent was to serve me instead of his profit margin. Thank you for your excellent service.

The service is WAYYYY above and beyond the local big box store. Rather than selling me something new to replace a leaky faucet I bought from them 20 YEARS AGO, I was provided with the part number to replace the aerator and guidance on how to swap it out. The new part solved my problem and I will continue to buy all my faucets and sinks from City Design. They sell quality and they back it up with service.

City Design has quite a few unique pieces in the showroom! I feel in love with three lighting fixtures, two vanity mirrors, and half a dozen bathroom basins. Lots of art glass, mixed metals. Very right NOW!!
