Ordering through the app was easy. They had a pretty good special by one large get one 40% off. However usually Casey's does a good job with putting toppings and cheese all the way to the edge of the crust but they are starting to skimp like a lot of the other pizzerias.

Extremely rude and unprofessional kitchen staff. My boyfriend had a free pizza & breadsticks on caseys rewards for Veterans Day. The pizza came up as free with no issue but we were having trouble with the breadsticks and when I mentioned it the staff two of them immediately said “we don’t do military/veterans discounts I’m not sure how that’s even possible” extremely loud even after explaining the situation and showing them the phone. One worker even rolled her eyes and had the most visibly annoyed look on her face I’ve ever seen especially from a grown adult. At that point it wasn’t even about the stuff being free it was about how they handled the situation and how they have little to no respect for military/veterans. To top it off they didn’t read the ticket correctly and messed the pizza up (free or no). Not am I only embarrassed for them for way they acted but it’s also not hard to be respectful and do your job correctly.

They have clear DEF fluid next to gallons and bottles of water. This is a serious safety issue as it could be confused for water and someone get hurt or killed. Beyond the safety issue of mistaken identity is the safety issue of keeping chemicals next to food or water as there could be contamination. I have warned them of the dangers repeatedly but management seems to dissmiss the concerns.

We've been ordering from Casey's for years and since they closed the other one that was nearest we had it to use this Casey's come we were at Taco Pizza so bad you couldn't eat it the crust was horrible no tomatoes the lettuce was wilted just horrible. And their chicken wings don't ever try him ours have been there probably since 11:00 soggy as you cannot believe. I hope Casey spends just a little more time on getting good employees and keeping them because they're not giving their food away

I go to this Casey's a lot and while I don't write many reviews I wanted to write this one. There is a worker named Derek that is an incredible human. Every time I am in there I see him go above and beyond for his customers, making people laugh, and overall just making people feel welcomed. Today was no different as I saw him make sure a customer got their sauce packet that they left behind to go with their lunch. There have also been times where I have gone in for my daily coffee, super exhausted and run down from my day and he would do a little joke that just turned my whole day around and lifted me up. If ever there was an employee who deserves all the recognition it is him.

Extremely disappointed with the service we received from this Casey's. After working 12 hours for an event, we decided to order from this location. We ordered a half taco, half Canadian bacon and beef and a medium pepperoni since we had a group who wanted different things. The employee read back the order incorrectly and then reconfirmed when I corrected him, so the order was verified multiple times. When we got home with the pizza, however, we realized the large was a full taco, which was unfortunate since only one person in the group even liked it. We called and asked if we could have it corrected, only for a different employee to say "my paper said taco, so sorry but that's what you ordered." The person who took the order had left, so he said he couldn't confirm it. He said we could bring him the taco, wait for a new pizza, and switch them out. We hadn't eaten since breakfast and had been working on our feet all day, so everyone was hungry. Since the mistake was on their end, we did not want to make everyone wait another half hour for food so we could drive all the way back just to have them throw one pizza in the trash rather than just giving us the pizza we ordered. Having worked in food service, I don't believe the situation was handled very well at all. We really love Casey's pizza and will probably give the location another shot but I'm very disappointed in the service received.

The second I walked in I got a smile from someone sweeping, the pizza counter gave me my pizza right away, and then the guy at the front who rang me up was also super nice. I love this Casey’s! I know this sounds cheesy (I got a cheese pizza hehe. I’m punny.) but I literally walked out and was like, “Oh, wow, ok!”

Run! Do NOT order pizza delivery from these guys! Placed order at 7:30 PM. Called to check on the status 90 MINUTES later, and was asked, quote, "did you check your front step or driveway?" Whaat? Then she said "those crazy door dash guys...we can't count on em!" No kidding. Customer lost. Too bad, we liked the pizza.

Since my husband was going to Jordan Creek Mall, we ordered pizza from this location again. It will be our last. We realize it was a Friday, and they were busy with their new promotion. However, the pizza was not fully cooked. There was hardly any sauce and any cheese on the pizza two inches from the edge of the crust. We added more cheese when my husband came home and cooked it longer. We didn't want a Papa Murphy's pizza (baking it ourselves) or a Dominoes (with no cheese). We will go back to our normal Casey's location and get yummy pizza.

This location makes terrible pizza. I love Casey's pizza but the last 3 times I've ordered from this location was absolutely terrible. One time is excusable, 2 times is questionable, 3 times is poor standards.

Douglas was the cashier that greeted us as we came in, he was SUPER friendly. He also did an amazing job with their donut stand display. It was the most immaculate Casey's donut display we have ever seen. You can tell he takes pride in his work! Thank you!

Normally I love Casey’s breakfast pizza, but I will not be ordering Casey’s again.Three weeks ago, they gave us the wrong pizza and charged me an additional $3.50 because the pizza they gave me had additional toppings. I called them to explain the situation, and one of the kitchen crew said he was sorry and would write my name down to get a free pizza next time I ordered.Today, I called to order my free pizza. The kitchen crew takes my order and says that this will work just fine. I get a call back from the store 10 minutes later stating they have no record of the free pizza I was offered.I will not be getting ripped off by Casey’s again.

I stopped at Casey's for gas and breakfast. Upon walking in, I was happily greeted by Jack, the associate. He also was the cashier. After checking out, I had a problem at the pump and Jack actually came out to help. There was an error by me that he was able to fix quickly. I'm very impressed with Jack's customer service and I will certainly be going to Casey's again.

We had pizza delivered by Kennedy and he has great customer service! Very kind and friendly! I had dropped a rewards card/discount card in my driveway and he was honest enough to pick it and bring it to me! Plus, our pizza and breadsticks were delicious! :)

I'm giving this 2 stars because while the lady who helped me at the register was very friendly, however, I watched the 1st Assistant Manager (older guy) drop the donut tongs on the floor and then pick them up and place them back on the little counter for customers to use. While standing there in line, I then watched a woman grab donuts out of the cabinet with those same tongs that were just on the floor. I brought this to the customers attention and the lady working the counter and a few minutes later when I was leaving they were still out for customers to use. The lack of concern for sanitary utensils makes me think this is probably pretty standard practice there and I will not be eating anything made here from no on. Disgusting.

Its our favourite go to place. We love their pizzas, donuts and new salted caramel toffee coffee, mocha coffee. Food is always fresh, yummy and quick.

We live nearby and ordered quite a few pizzas from this location and never had a problem. In fact, we like getting Taco pizzas here because we’ve always gotten a ton of chips on top!

I saw a vendor park under the gas pumps on a rainy day. Mark the manger asked him if he was getting gas and he said no that he parked there to protect his product from getting wet. Mark made him move his truck when there was only two ppl getting gas anyways.
