I’ve never felt so disrespected before. Literally all of workers were watching me in a very non discreet manner as if I was going to steal. It was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Teach them better. Understand if you have to deter people but I wasn’t even being “suspicious”.

I visited BoxLunch at the Jordan Creek Town Center and found several wonderful gifts, showcasing the store's great selection of unique and interesting items. However, my overall positive shopping experience was somewhat overshadowed by the checkout process.Firstly, the store appeared to be understaffed at the checkout counters. Despite there being a long line, only one cashier was actively checking out customers, while another employee was present at a second register but not assisting with the checkout process. This led to a longer waiting time than necessary, which could be frustrating for customers, especially during busy shopping periods.Additionally, when it was my turn to checkout, the cashier asked for my phone number without providing any context. When I inquired about the reason for this request, I didn't receive a clear answer. It seemed like it might have been related to a rewards program, but this wasn't communicated. A simple explanation or asking if I was a member of their rewards program, or if I'd like to join, would have made the request more understandable and less intrusive.In conclusion, while BoxLunch offers a fantastic range of products that are perfect for gifting, the checkout experience during my visit could have been more efficient and transparent. I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences for customers at this location.

I absolutely loved this store. My first time here I had to wait a little bit due to Covid-19 and the stores capacity limits. However, the wait wasn’t long and the staff was incredible! I felt safe while shopping and their selection of products was awesome!! If you’re a cartoon or comic fan this store is a must visit! 😍

This place is adorable! A great store to find unique gifts for friends and family. I always passed it up thinking I’d never find anything I’d like in there but I was proved wrong. They have a great Harry Potter collection of kitchen supplies that I just couldn’t pass up. If you’re even *thinking* about going here just do it. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this store, it's my favorite store in all Jordan creek mall actually, I love that u can find disney, harry potter, and a lot of different brands that are usually kinda tricky to find, customer service is always good, and I think they have reasonable prices in general, 5 starts for this super cool store♡

Unique, interesting finds for the whole family. A little pricey, but what isn't these days? They are willing to find things for you online if they don't have the item in stock. Some workers are super friendly and constantly check on you, while others say hi and let you do your thing.

Fun store and caring staff.I had the wrong item come in from an online order. The customer service phone number people were so unhelpful. I came into the store and the manager (Jennifer or Jessica maybe) was soooo helpful. She got the correct item ordered and returned the incorrect one, and told me to just come in to the store with any other issues.

This store isnsuper cute. They have so many different items from different shows, except How To Train Your Dragon, lol. But they said they were going to look into it. Seriously, check out this store. It's unlike any others we have around town. You won't be disappointed.

This is a store of collectible items and you can get lost in the store. You can find collectibles from every team text Rick and Morty or sailor Moon or whatever you can think of and you'll definitely find it here. I got exactly what I was looking for but you always Rick and Morty themed car shade for summertime and it is amazing. Now I'm just waiting for summer to arrive so that I can flaunt that shade. Warnings: you might end up spending more time here than you would have planned for so keep that in mind!

It took a long time in line, but was worth it. If your looking for stuff in a lower price range it's not a great pick, because the stuff is almost all over 20 dollars even for small stuff but will last long and good condition.

If you like hottopic I greatly recommend this store. They have a wide variety of merch just like hot topic. It’s not so much pop culture like hottopic, there a lot of Disney and Harry Potter merch!

It has great stuff! just not a large selection for each TV show or movie
