Recently bought a new TV for a home theater in my new house. For another $250 dollars, Geek Squad would do a house visit to mount for me. I scheduled the installation 4 days out based on their availability and received confirmation for my date and an estimated arrival time for 7:00am-7:00pm. The day of the appointment, I asked if Geek Squad could give me a more specific time range based on their schedule that day and they informed me they would have to cancel my appointment and couldn’t help me for another 7 days!I was refunded, but the customer service was certainly lacking given the situation. Likely won’t make purchases from this store again.

We came in to look at refrigerators, mostly to compare what they had to Lowe's, which is near by. The whole appliance area was completely empty and not a single sales person to ask anything. This was fine as we didn't have that many questions at this point. NFM is way better for someone that needs a little more assistance. Just easier to look at pricing online and skip the store.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have had nothing but terrible experiences here and using their total care. I’ve waited four weeks for them to tell me they can’t fix my laptop and that I need to take it to Apple. I’m a photographer and laptop is pretty much my life line. They didn’t even call us to let us know it was here let alone calling us to let us know they weren’t able to do anything. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

This experience relates to the call center techs at the Geek Squad, not this store location.I needed assistance in installing updates on my desktop. The first tech I spoke with was Hispanic. I had problems understanding his accent and his speech was too fast. More critically, the horrendous static and background noise from his location made it very difficult to understand anything. That needs resolution.He put me in touch with a Geek Squad member on chat--Shafi? He did OK at first, but when unsuccessful in installing updates on my Windows 10 OS, he immediately began installing Windows 11. I caught that before it finished and informed him--I assume the tech was male--that I did not want 11, I wanted to keep 10. Then he just disappeared--no further chat contact.I tried again thru chat with another tech--Farheen. He couldn't locate my account and was very slow with responses, usually answering only after I checked to see if he was still there. He, too, left without warning and without resolving my problem.I spent an hour in this fruitless endeavor. In the end, I had to have a family member resolve the issue for me.While the concept of call centers and virtual techs seems appealing, yours need better training in customer service, tech skills and communication.

Mark my words Best Buy is the new Radio Shack. Who is Radio Shack you say? Exactly my point...Skip the Best Buy Total tech membership or any in home service/repairs. We have not ever had our issues resolved if more complex than reprogramming our universal remote. We were stuck in a loop of frustration so we hired an independent AV guy, he diagnosed our issue in 10 min. Turns out Best Buy recommended and sold us an extender that did not have enough bandwidth from the start. I am stuck with $400 of worthless equipment now because it is too old to return. Go with a local independent AV option and save yourself the sadness and headache of any Best Buy services.

Usually get pretty great service each time. Employees seem to be well educated and always able to answer any questions I provide. Every so often when the employee doesn’t have the knowledge to provide me, they are respectful and try to find the information they find another employee for me that’s usually very well knowledgeable. The employees always use mannerisms, I never leave with questions unanswered or without the item I went searching for.

BestBuy has become such a joke and horrible location to shop. Stopped in today and prepared to drop some decent cash on a new lap top. Not one employee on the sales floor acknowledged my presence..rather, some dump placard wanted me to scan the QR code for service, while employees were stocking shelves...No wonder there were so few people in the store....Hello Amazon!

This is my go-to Best Buy store. Always super efficient whether it’s buying or exchanging an item it’s always done without any fuss. I even had my car stereo and speakers installed there and they did a great job, and fast. I will avoid the other stores in the area if I can. Like others have said though, the place feels dead

Best Buy is very different. The store has been reorganized and there are now fewer employees and the floor plan feels much more open. If you want help, you are to scan a QR code, wait, and then go to a desk for help. All this isn't all bad, just very different from the old Best Buy.

This is a very organized Best Buy with courteous staff that greet you when you walk in and ask how they can help you. They offer assistance on where services and items can be located in the store.I'm definitely a fan of the quality customer service!

Absolutely love this Best Buy at Jordan Creek! Staff is outstanding, extremely helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to be sure that you're happy with your visit. They are not pushy and even assist you in price matching if you're trying to do so through amazon or Newegg. Can't say enough about how great the staff is!!! The days of me shopping online to buy expensive electronics are finished. Best Buy has better rewards, a better experience, simple returns with the best price you will find.

I spent over 1000$ here to have a new radio,remote start and back up camera installed. I immediately had issues with the new equipment. Getting ahold of anyone to help was near impossible after many failed attempts with the national call center finally had Bill the stores GM call me. Bill got me into get the equipment fixed including new back speakers and camera plus a discount this place is the best.i highly recommend them.

Most of my electronics I bought it from best buy their customer service is so good and helpful also geek squad they try to help you as much they can, most of the items you are looking for you find it and what’s nice about it they do price matching, when I order items The packages was shipped carefully and came very quickly!

Multiple calls with the 800 number, more than 5 hang-ups. Multiple contacts with the store and no one knows how to fix the scheduling and delivery and installation issues for the $4000 in appliances. we ordered Memos on the order notated but apparently deleted or missing. Lots of promises made, and none kept.Very poor service on the part of 800 Best Buy and the corporate office support staff. The store seems to be at a loss, and the staff was generally nice (Dakota, Josh, the store manager) but either didn't have the authority, ability, or knowledge of how to fix the issues. With no support the store is a lone island that cannot assist their customers.Very poor experience all around.

In a world that has tipped too far toward Amazon, Best Buy is a beacon of hope. I really appreciate being able to order something and go pick it up so quickly. They've come in very handy and they offer many solid items. I love their 0% interest offering and it makes the purchasing of necessary technology upgrades very pleasant. I'm very happy they're around and I hope they stick around for many years to come.

We spend thousands of dollars at this location and have never had this many issues. Continuously, adding on to our theater room, we bought me Bose rear speakers for our system. They scheduled the time for install when it came time to install, they scheduled it wrong as a delivery and not an install, they said that they would deliver the product the same day and they never did. So not only did we get the speakers installed after waiting two weeks they didn’t even deliver them. We went to Best Buy the next day because we never heard from anybody and it was a total cluster F. Everything in their system was wrong by everybody that had their hands in the cookie jar. That was mid January here we are mid February. They show up today to install my theater speakers and did not have the right brackets to mount the speakers to the wall. Now it is our responsibility to take their wrong speaker mounts back and they had to schedule another date so now this is number three to come back out for two rear speakers and they can’t come for 10 days. I came into the theater room tonight to watch a show and none of the system works that they hooked up. What an absolute joke and we pay for total tech or whatever they call it every year. Super disappointed, absolute joke. Definitely do not recommend.

This looks like a gutted Office Max on antidepressants. The atmosphere here is death. There's no joy. There's nothing to encourage you to shop. Everyone's waiting for the inevitable... Permanent closure.
