I was told that my dogs would be done at 12-1230. At 2 o’clock I still had not received a call. I know that I have one dog that is very difficult to groom, but I called 7 times to check how they were doing with no answer. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour to make sure they were okay and eventually saw someone eating. I went in to pick up my dogs around 230 after they were not answering my calls. They were kept up against a wall with dog gates. They said they were just about ready to text me. I understand and things come up, but the lack of communication and how my dogs were kept while they were waiting for me was heart breaking. I have never seen them this stressed before. I will never take our dogs to this place ever again.

They are closed. I had an appointment made for our dog. Went there and they weren't open. I called the lady and she avoided me. Not a good place to go, but they aren't open now anyways.

I was very upset when arriving to pick up my puppy, she was running free up to the front window, I had to holler for someone to come ro front of place so i could pay and take my dog home, after about 5 min of yelling I finaly took my dog was about to leave when the lady came in the front door because she was next door at another place of business!
