I went in with my French bulldog and my rat terrier to have a pawdicure. Rapid and professional service. The lady who helped me was kind and friendly and did real good cutting the nails of my 2 furbabies. I highly recommend Bark Avenue West!.

We love Bark Ave West for grooming! We have taken our mini goldendoodle to other places in the area and he has been shaved, cut and looked like a completely different dog when we picked him up. At Bark Ave he always looks and smells so good (and doesn’t look like a different dog when we pick him up). The staff is always friendly and so good with our pup. Highly recommend if you have any sort of doodle and don’t want to lose that cute, fluffy look!

Recently started taking Ezio to Bark Ave. West. I am very happy with them so far, and so is he! He is very suspicious of strangers, but does well with a confident person when first meeting them. I have had a hard time with daycares in the past because employees were too scared to work with him and I was told to not bring him back again. This issue has been going on since he was 6 months old. It takes him a little bit to warm up to new people, but when he does he is your best friend! I'm so glad that Bark Avenue is working with him. Another issue that I have had with other daycares is that he is intact so not allowed to play with other dogs (which is fine). He did individual playtime at other places and he would come home as though he didn't play at all! I haven't had this issue with Bark Avenue, he comes home and sleeps for the rest of the evening. It shows that they really put in the time, even with dogs that are individual playtime only, and make sure they are tired too! He has a lot of energy so I can definitely tell if he was exercised or not. Thanks Bark Avenue!!!

We've been bringing our dog to daycare here for months and have had nothing but great experiences. He loves going and always comes home exhausted. Plus they often have 'parties' for the dogs and we get hilarious pictures out of it :)

I've taken my dogs here on and off over the last 5 years or so for the low shed bath package. I stopped for a little while because scheduling kept messing up, they scheduled my dog for the wrong grooming appointment (bath vs haircut) or in the wrong location etc. I started taking my dog back here because their low shed bath package truly cannot be beat. My dog sheds maybe half as much (if that) with consistent treatments and it's a fair price. I am also super happy to share that any scheduling issues I had before have also been resolved because I've made several appointments in the last year or two and have had zero issues. The staff is friendly and you can tell they truly care about dogs. Definitely a great place to take your dog!

Disappointing. I spent $83 for the seated treatment and it was worthless. I have had it done at other grooming places and it actually helped. Nail trim did not look like it had been done. I won’t be returning.

Our dog had an issue the first night in for boarding. The staff figured out a change to make and from then on his stay was great! So happy they were patient with him and worked to find a solution.

I was recommended by a friend to give Bark Ave a try after moving from Minneapolis and I am so happy I did! I love, LOVE Bark Ave. Whether it is just a day of daycare or boarding they give my pup, Theo so much love! When pulling up to Bark Ave Theo is beyond excited to spend time there, he comes home exercised and exhausted (my favorite type of night)! Highly recommend giving Bark Ave a try.

Professional staff taking care of your fur baby. You receive a "report card" each day even when your pet is visiting for daycare. The play groups are also smaller in size-approximately 15 pets with 2 staff I believe. They also separate large dogs from small dogs.

My dog had not been kenneled for years and had to board him for long weekend recently. They were awesome and he did great! What I liked was my dog had to evaluated before Bark Avenue West would commit to board him to make sure he would be okay with the staff there. I like that because then my dog was a little familiar with the staff and the place. If need to board a dog, I highly recommend Bark Avenue West!

Excellent pet care and reasonable prices (especially for first-timers). I balked at first at having to call to make a reservation instead of doing it online - but they are so above and beyond friendly and efficient, I didn't hesitate to call again when I needed pet boarding. They also do fun events for the dogs like a dinosaur party and other holidays 🤣 you can tell that they like what they do!

I’ve been working at bark avenue for awhile now, I love everyone I work with, everyone gets along so well. The management is amazing, always understanding and there if anything is needed. I really look up to my managers as well they work very hard to get us where we need to be. Everyone does their job well and goes over what is needed. All the dogs get the love they need plus more. We can’t help but love on them as we pass by their rooms/dc time. Thank you bark avenue for giving me the best job experience I’ve had, I never want to leave!

My dog was supposed to get a full groom on Monday, but all they did was cut the fur around her neck and chest. I have no idea why they didn't do a full groom. I left a message on Tuesday morning asking someone to call mr and now it is end of the day on Wednesday and no one has contacted me. Someone from Bark Avenue needs to contact me to fix the fact that I didn't get what I paid for, nor what I was expecting in a groom.

This was our first experience with boarding a dog overnight. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness we experienced from the staff. They were more than happy to give us a tour to assure that we were comfortable with where our pup was staying. I was also SUPER happy to get the report card that had pictures of him playing with the other dogs. That's such a unique touch that we really loved. We can tell they care a lot about our animals and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had to board our baby Jojo for the first time ever, for an entire week. It was just as stressful for us as it was for her, it's so hard to leave your fur babies behind. Bark Ave was absolutely amazing, I'm so happy we came here! They made us feel at ease that our pup would be treated like their family, and she really was. They accommodated us so much, because Jojo was so nervous, and even allowed us to cancel our last day of lodging so our friend could pick her up so she'd be home when we got home. Thank you everyone at Bark Ave, and especially Gracen, Jojo's new friend ❤️ She will be back for daycare soon!!

I would’ve given this place 4 stars due to the increase in socialization for my dog but unfortunately there were many red flags I should’ve paid attention to. For example, he was covered in feces when I picked him up from boarding. I was only given 4 out of 6 containers of food back. I had requested one report card and was never sent anything that weekend as well as, other times when he would go to daycare. Lastly, less than 24 hours from picking him up from boarding, he develops kennel cough. It’s cold so we don’t go to dog parks right now so Bark Ave. is the only place he would’ve gotten it. When I went to the vet, the vet strongly suggested I reconsider taking him back for daycare the following week because he had seen multiple kennel cough cases in the last week from this location. Aside from socialization and play time while I was at work, my dog’s health and the other dogs health and well-being should’ve been more important.

I love Bark Ave and they are so great with my 3 pups. Today was a less than perfect experience, not loving the new changes that are happening at Bark Ave. There are no longer confirmation of appointment texts, I wasn’t notified when my pups were done with their grooming and then was asked to pay daycare because they weren’t picked up when they were done. Management did let me have a pass on the daycare expense which I am thankful for because I wasn’t contacted about them being ready to know that I was able to come get them yet. Lastly they no longer give bandanas as part of the low shed grooming package? None of my pups got one this time which is something I really loved about Bark Ave and my pups love looking cute in new bandanas too! Hopefully the next appointment they have will be back to their normal amazing experience that I’m use to!

My two Australian Shepherds just left their first day there and are exhausted! The staff said my girls were very well behaved and played well with the big dogs. They came out happy and wagging their tails. Would definitely recommend!

I have heard great things about Bark Avenue, so when I got my doodle, I knew I wanted to have Bark Ave. be my groomer, however, I have called several times without a phone call back. Each time I call, I am directed to a recording. It concerns me that if they are unable to answer or return phone calls, then they are not worth my time or the hype.
