If you think they look burnt…you definitely don’t want to taste them…First, I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes as they were out…no problem, I said and paid for them.How disappointing-I came specifically for the hotdog pretzels and spent almost $20 for 2 items and 2 drinks. One drink was a cheep pure life water which cost $2. If your gonna charge me that mush for cheep water make it Disani water and charge me $3!Needless to say I wont ever be back!

This store is always consistent with their items they serve. We've never had a bad experience. It is a little pricey, but, hey, it is the mall after all. The cheese sauce is not good, however. I love all things cheese and this is the most processed cheese item I've ever consumed. Stay away, it's just bad.

They’re almost always low on variety. Pretzels are typically good. Very nice and friendly lady at the register during lunch time today but there was another gal with bright red hair that was preparing pretzels with one hand and was having a full on speaker phone conversation with the other right there in front of all the customers. Very strange!

I just want to shoutout the TWO employees working 12/23 at approximately 12PM. Customers were absolutely rude and impatient with your employees. They need to be paid more. If I were them, I would have walked out and quit on the spot. They deserve a holiday bonus for managing the huge lines from the holiday shopping and still keeping a good attitude! I told the guy merry Christmas afterwards and he was still kind and happy. Pretzels were still amazing and chewy. These employees deserve better. Extremely hard working and do well under pressure. BRAVO!! Shame on the franchise for paying so poorly.

We have been here a few times. It seems every time we come the pretzels have usually been over cooked or sitting out too long. This time though at 5:30 pm... with an obvious huge amount of guests at the mall, they decided to tell everyone that they are not making anymore pretzels for the evening. There was literally one pretzel left, a line of at least 20 people (holiday crowd) and easily 30 minutes left before closing. I used to love this place, but over the years it’s customer service and product has declined a lot.

Took an hour to get one pretzel. The workers seem careless and a girl kept whispering under her breath about how much she hated her job and kept complaining about the amount of costumers that kept coming. Wasn’t very sanitary a guy kept touching his phone while prepping and making the pretzels.

Unfortunately I was visiting DesMoines on Saturday August 20th and chose to eat at this location. Now I’m not in the restaurant business but I do know business very well. This particular day I notice all but one (1) employee working cussing, saying stuff under their breath, carelessly and not with effort completing task. I could tell that everyone working, was working because they had to and not because they want to. Even with that statement being said they barely acted like they had to have the job. No communication skills, no customer service skills, no organization to keep up with a (small) line. Excuses were made. I’m disappointed in the organization and service of this place. Many things I would change as well as set in place to make sure customers leave with the impression of coming back.

Closed literally an hour early.. waited in a long line just to find out they had one jalapeño pretzel because they chose to close early and I was in line for my daughter. Kids there literally said they decided to close an hour early. Shows the difference in worth ethic from when I was young.. SMH started snapping at a customer to get his attention instead of just saying here's your lemon aid sir.. really not impressed smh..

Very very disappointed. I went to the Jordan creek location 3 hours before supposed closing time and was told they only had two pretzels left of some weird variety. When I asked if they were making more because closing time isn't supposed to be for another 3 hours I was told no. Very disappointed that you don't have enough pretzels to even make it close to closing time or that your workers don't make more when they know they are running low and closing time is still several hours away.

Although they are supposed to close at 6pm, they stop making food around 5pm & they close whenever the foods gone. It's 5:30pm & the only things left are 6 salted pretzels & 4 cups of salted nuggets. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is good, when you can get it.

Kid working the register was rude. There were plenty of the cinnamon left and they had them in bags but said they only had the regular pretzels left.

If I could do less I would, took my order and money, told me it would be ready in 5 minutes, I came back and was told 3, I waited a total of 20 minutes to go back up and be told they weren’t making them and the kid was completely disrespectful when I asked for a refund and told him he could have let me know, in response he said “you saw the line, I was paying attention to customers” I am a customer that paid! Then didn’t want to give me a full refund because I had a drink. Never coming to this one again, a manager needs to get this store in line!!

4-5 employees sat in back room smoking e cigarette while one employee worked cash register. After waiting in line asked why 5 people in back smoking. Guy at register said we are closed. Only had selection in warmer, terribly unprofessional and unsanitary

Always get the pepperoni pretzel combo with cheese dip. It never disappoints me. Also, we always grab pretzel bites for the kiddos because it's convenient to feed them as we shop. Oh and I love their lemonade tea!

They are still open for 30 minutes, have nothing for sale aside from full size pretzel dogs and jalapeño cheese pretzels. There’s 4-5 people working, nobody doing anything and they aren’t making any more food today. What a joke

Never have mine dogs ready, you always need to wait 15-20min this is disgusting and the excuse is always the same, they sell fast, why aren’t you cooking more? Poor management!!!!

Can’t say I was ever really that impressed by this location but today topped it. Rude cashier and staff and the food was disgusting. Lemonade was good, but that’s a premium product now. Won’t be back again.
