I was just in the store tonight, as the cashier was ringing me up, he had his hand in his pants, adjusting himself. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times to address this issue, but as a young woman, I feel as though it was violating and made me uncomfortable to shop here, I normally use the self check out while I’m here at this location, but they were not open at the hour that I was there. Otherwise this wouldn’t have been an issue this creeps me out every time that I come in so I tend to avoid him and continue with my shopping , but this instance based on the product I bought this gentleman felt the need to put his hand in his pants and adjust himself while ringing me up and looking at me which didn’t make me very uncomfortable and I know I have probably said that before, but I feel this needs to be addressed This man was in his 30s late 40s based on his appearance thank you.

My kids love the toy isle and yes it seems endless! I hate the adult stuff. The kids clothes seem to run out quickly. And ya these are toys I found but kids insisted I pictured all of them. I say its a bit pricey and bathrooms could be cleaner. I wont be returning to this store as for the way they treated my children. They put on a good smile and have some decent people who help but management is a nightmare. People with disablities should never be treated as such.

2019 update:I feel compelled to remove a star (from 5 to 4) because they are almost always out of stock of Peet's Major Dickason's Blend coffee for the past two years of my visits to this location. Purchasing MDB is the primary reason why I shop here. They do carry it, but keeping sufficient stock seems to be an enormous challenge that should be simple to fix, yet here we are. Hoping that fix happens soon, for everyone's sake. (Plus, you'd think if you routinely sell out of something, due to apparent popularity, that you'd want to stock more - being in the business of sales.)Original review:As far as I am aware, Target is the only Burlington-area option for getting bags of Peet's Coffee - Major Dickason's Blend is NOT to be missed. On my scale, this *automatically* earns them five stars. Well done, Target!

Went to Target to specifically find a new television. The wall was loaded with choices in any size. Inventory appeared to be which made it difficult to decide what I might be able to get. They were short on help. I understand how that can happen. When we were able to get service, our questions were answered politely and efficiently. We selected a large TV and they helped load it. Target Beats Walmart any day. I'd rather pay more then go to Walmart

I really enjoy shopping at Target. They tend to have items you cannot find anywhere else in town and at a good price. Would be 5 stars if they would keep someone in electronics more often.

This Target is always so clean and organized, makes finding what I need quick and easy. The employees go out of their way to help out, or just provide a friendly interaction. Always an outstanding shopping experience.

I love Target and all of the brands it carries. But I also love that the store is typically clean and the customer service is exceptional. Recently, the teams at the checkout registers have been especially friendly and helpful at the Burlington, Iowa location.

as an ex employee of seven months, management is vile to their team members; employees are great people but the higher ups are an absolute nightmare who over schedule their workers but somehow always never have enough people working. starbucks team members are treated like trash by management who will talk badly about you to anyone who will listen. its awful trying to get ahold of corporate because HR is one of the women who talks behind your back. problems aren’t taken seriously when brought up and overall the worst place i’ve ever worked at by farxoxo abbee <3

Two store associates told us where to find the children's masks, but they were not where they said they would be. Other than that I was pleased with the prices and employees were friendly and tried to be helpful. We did not have to wait at checkout, but were helped immediately.

great selection of k-pop albums (which is the main reason i go to target!) the people were very nice and the lady at the checkout was nice (i went there on 1/27/22 at about 2pm) they even let me exchange the album when i dropped it putisde and broke it they still let me exchange it. if i ever come back in the area i am going to come back to this target!

When I make a purchase and throw all the packages away and two weeks later the product fails in one way or another, I can return it by looking on my app or using the card I paid with to exchange. This means A LOT! Thank you for making it easy or rather non manageable.

I am from Wisconsin but visiting family in IA. I had to go to the nearest Target for some meds that I forgot back home. I went to a self checkout and wanted to us a giftcard and one of the Target employees came by and helped me. I told him I will do the survey because I was impressed with him. Being very helpful, kind and patient. I looked at his name tag briefly, Dibi I believe is his name. I could be wrong. Anyways I finished the Target survey and it directed me here to write my experience and review so here it is. Hope it helps other shoppers in that area and that here are still good people out there.

One of the employees purposely pushed something in front of me to block my way. I’m legally blind and could have been seriously injured if I wasn’t paying close attention to my surroundings. I wouldn’t recommend any disabled person, especially one with any type of melanin, to shop here.

I love the experience and for the most part I find what i am looking for.. I would like to see good to go bars being stocked in my local Target. I am following a lower carb eating lifestyle and I would love to find more at my local Target.

Ordered nearly 300$ worth of merchandise for store pick up. An hour later I checked on the order and it had been cancelled. I contacted the store to find out that they cancelled the order and the money would be refunded in 3-5 days. You cannot take someone’s money before you verify the merchandise is in stock. Unacceptable.

I love this Target. It is much safer than other stores nearby, and it is across the road from Westland Mall so I often find myself going to the mall, and to Target. It is great fun to browse when you have time and, of course, I love spending money, so this store is a must in my life!

Groceries and essentials are a bit on the pricey side, however they have a huge selection of basically everything! Trendy, good quality women's/juniors clothes! Had overt 50 options and I found a swimsuit I wanted within 5 minutes!

Doug your salesperson in the cell phone and technology department. He was very enthusiastic and willing to help me with transitioning to a different phone and service provider. It might have been the end of his shift but he stated that was not an issue he was there to help!

I've always preferred Target over Wal-Mart but today really bumped that up. While checking my bank account I noticed that Target caught an error where I was charged twice on a purchase and they credited me back the error without any fuss and of their own accord. (I do admit I may have messed up the system when I tried to pull my chip card out too early).

I was at your store and asked for a rain check for the 6.99 lasagna that was on sale. After waiting for somebody to try and figure out your raincheck policy I was told they weren't available on this item. After looking at the sign in your cooler it never said subject to stock on hand and looking at your flyer of which it wasn't in I couldn't find anything saying you did not give rain checks. So I guess if I could of given you no stars I would of. But you don't even deserve the one star rating I gmhad to give you

Great place for browsing when you have time to kill. Lot's of items at your convenience. There are sign's everywhere telling you what products are in which aisle's which is very helpful when your in a hurry! Definitely coming back!

Best box store, worth the extra price to not go to Walmart. Sure you’d still need Hy-Vee to get the rest (if not most) of your food, but it’s worth the high quality going to more stores.

I had a return of an item that I had ordered online. The service desk employees had trouble locating the sale in the system even though I had the packing slip. The lady in charge was very rude, acting like it was my fault she couldn't find the information in their computer. It will be a long time before I return to this store.
