Service desk does not have a system in place to follow up with customers when a part has to be order. I called weekly for two weeks and no one was able to provide an update on when the part will arrive. I will order from Amazon and get it faster.

This is a cool store with very friendly staff. Prices are just above average. If you suffer from migraines, have ASD, or seizures there ARE parts of the store where the lights have like a strobe effect. But other than that, they're well stocked with tons of items.

Nice farm and home store. Not huge, but they have a good selection of a lot of things. The workers are friendly and nice and helpful. I would recommend going there if you need clothing, farm, garden, hunting supplies. It is a nice place.

Great local store, very helpful staff. You can get nearly anything you need here, I know there have been several times I have been about town looking for a certain piece of hardware and cant find it, always end up finding it here. Prices also seem to be a lot more fair than the exact same thing at farm king, when I was air compressor shopping I found the had the exact same make and model I had looked at, at farm king only it was $300 less, noticed the same trend with alot of their products. These guys definitely have my business

Friendly and helpful staff. And a surprisingly large selection of goods like Carhartt apperal, fishing and hunting supplies, lot of pet and farm stuff, boots, and household items. Not as visible from the street as some stores but better than the big box stores nearby.

They took me to the different depts to get me what I wanted to put this project together .I bought a spray wand for my pull behind sprayer I bought many years ago and wanted to install a shut off valve and they was able to help me.Great Service

Would give zero stars if I could, they need better employees. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Tried returning a part that was defective/may of been re-shelved. One of the employees instantly gave me an attitude. Afterwards, she slammed the part down, so hard that a piece flew out. Very immature! Basically, they said if any part is installed it can not be returned! What kind of business does that? My personal opinion is the employees were too lazy to do the paperwork to return it. The mechanic wasn’t there and didn’t know the whole situation. Glad he Googled it! 5 people witnessed what actually happened and instantly they knew it was a JUNK part! 3 of the men who determined the part was bad are more mechanically inclined then the so called mechanic I dealt with. I would never recommend anyone buying parts from them!

I have spent thousands of $ with them, most of the staff is good. But one woman in parts needs to be let go. Not friendly or helpful, down right rude and argumentative with customers plus didn’t know what she’s talking about.

Them ladies and gentlemen hooked us up with a new trager grill! They also informed me that everybody there has a Trager. We have a Trager and have had one through the last 5 or 6 years but the neighbors are complaining they smell that food and they want some so I had to get a bigger grill.

Went in looking for a snow shovel and came out surprised by their pet supply section. Worth the trip and still got what I needed at a great price.
