So since they have implemented the more than a $ prices, at least the staffing issues have improved. And hopefully they got new management since they where having problems having employees to even have the store open awhile back. And hopefully the company as a whole is paying their employees a fair wage and not just minimum wage 7.50$/hr.

Very messy, unorganized, plus the line to check out was clear to the back of the store, before anyone came up to help, after being bussed for help.

When I was working as a cashier at Walmart for 14 years I always greeted my customers and was always friendly and fast..I think they should have more cashier's on hand especially when it gets busy. I always go there for the low prices but they need more help! They also should be more friendlier, I think!

Love that I can get everything I need for household stuff for pretty cheap but usually only one or two people working register and they are a pretty busy place. Sometimes the cashiers are rude but I just put that more towards they are only making minimum wage. Will always shop here just hope that staff becomes a little more friendly.

I went to the DT on S.9th it was shut down for the day due to employee issues. I went over to the DT on Agency the place is a mess and alot of empty shelves. What is going on? I usually love dollar tree but was very disappointed. I would like to work there just to stock shelves and keep the place cleaned up.

Extremely rude employees. It is clearly stated on Dollar Tree’s corporate site that employees and customers must wear masks, but employees are not wearing them. An employee without a mask on yelled at me that she’s not sick so she doesn’t need to wear one and told me to get out.

My granddaughter was trying to get something out if the quarter machines and didn't realize she needed 2 quarters until after shr inserted one. I gave her another, but the cashier came back and made sure that she got her prize! She said she had been there for 9yrs and she always makes sure the kids get their prizes. It's that extra step that makes me love this location!

The employees at the register are friendly but ones walking around the store won't speak to you unless spoken too. They check people out kind of slow. I like how many options they have. I did just leave and was really shocked to see an employee with her stomach completely hanging out of her shirt. You could see everything, it was practically a crop top (it wasn't a crop top it was just way to small) She was obviously new but that is very unprofessional and clear that the shirt didn't fit her. If I was running the store I would have sent her home immediately. I don't know about everyone but I don't think most people want to see people's stomach hanging out like that, especially not as one of the employees of the establishment.

I love Dollar Tree. Now that they are carrying some craft things makes me happy. I buy ally water there and I never use tap water. I think I could go there everyday and find something to buy

Clean and organized, I like coming here for random items to do crafts. I like walking through the store with no particular list of things to buy and use what I see for craft ideas to do with my kids. And buying the items here is always cheaper than Hobby Lobby , of course you have to watch the quality of the items you are getting.

Went in tonight and only 1 cash register open. The poor cashier had a line very long and 2 other employees there which did not open another register while I was there, instead they both went into the office and decided to sit and talk for awhile instead of helping out the cashier or customers. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and treatment of their fellow employee.

Sign on door says " Mask required for entry", yet EVERY employee had no mask. Store looked like an F5 just blew through 5 minutes before I arrived.

It's a disaster in there. The cashier was yelling at top of his lungs to talk to someone. Then he was playing music on his phone and singing. The place literally looks like a tornado hit it.

Took my 6 yr. old granddaughter for arts products. She found exactly what she wanted even tho she didn't have any idea what she wanted upon entering.

I'm on crutches after having knee reconstruction. I limp in on them thinking oh they have a wheel chair my mom can push me in....nope nothing. Limped back out and left. Not going back until I can walk....3 months

Service was helpful. But sickly people coming as they please sneezing coughing so forth and they was not mandated to put a mask on.
