They got my dog fit into their schedule the day of when I was in a pinch, as a new doggy patient nonetheless. She had a little emergency situation with an ear hematoma that was causing her significant pain. The staff is SO nice and explanatory of procedures and cost potentials. The vet was thorough, kind, and explained our options very well, not to mention extremely efficient. We felt so well cared for and I was so appreciative of their willingness to go the extra mile for us even though it was our first visit. My dog healed wonderfully and is feeling much like herself again.

Our vet was out of town when we had a calving emergency. We called WBAC for help. Sean came with two helpers. He listened to what we'd done and tried, did a quick exam and recommended a C-section. They did a great job, and we have a live cow and calf! Thank you!

Excellent customer service from the moment on the telephone until the end. We have a potbelly pig and it's difficult to find a vet. One is because not many vets care for them and 2 they are extremely hard to move! I was over the moon when the vet said she would not only care for him but she came all the way to Iowa City. We can't thank you enough. Napoleon thanks you too!

My wife and I drive our dogs from Cedar Rapids to come here. They do great work and are very knowledgeable. Both of our dogs have come here for issues our oldest needed a cyst removed from his inner eyelid as it was rubbing against his eye and our youngest has allergies and has had some stomach issues and they did a great job with both of them.As a bonus their prices are so much more reasonable than what is around here in Cedar Rapids I feel like anytime we tried going somewhere local their pricing structure was designed to just get as much money as possible from you.

Love this clinic I recently took my pregnant pomeranian and everyone was very friendly and nice. I called often about my dogs labor and delivery process as this was her first litter. They were patient with me and provided me with helpful information. Their prices are very reasonable and I might go as far as saying that they were the best prices I found in the Ic/coralville/north liberty/Tiffin area. I will definitely be coming back for my puppies 8 week check up

At our last vet, our normally very agreeable and loving dog was so stressed out, he snapped at the vet. He had never done that or been known to get that stressed out. Here, he was so much more relaxed, the vet listened about what he liked/disliked and how best to do his exam, give vaccines, and do a blood draw without causing him stress.

My senior cat was losing weight and had discharge so I called one clinic in west branch who said I'd have to spend a few hundred dollars(exam, rabies shot, bloodwork and x-rays) I said I'm not sure I had enough for the x-rays and she said well it sounds like your cat has cancer. I was bawling. I called west branch animal clinic who got her in fast, and decided to try her on antibiotics for a possible uterine infection. If THAT doesn't work then I'll have to do all the diagnostic tests. So they saved me a bunch of money(only cost me 75 for the exam and medicine)because so far my cat is doing better. I don't mind getting diagnostics ran but I didn't appreciate the person from the other vet to use fear and emotion to try and get me to spend every penny I had on me. It still baffles me that she would say that. So I won't personally be going there. I'll keep going to west branch animal clinic.

They are wonderful! While I thought I couldn't get in for 5 days, they had a next day cancelation and offered me the spot. They were kind, courteous, thorough and gentle and very affordable! They are 3-4 times less expensive than our previous vet, so we will definitely be back! And of course, they saved my pet which makes their rating even higher!!

I adopted my first puppy in March and I contacted them. As a first time dog owner they were very helpful with telling me everything I needed to get my puppy and all the things I could expect. They are always very kind and made my puppy feel comfortable and now she actually gets excited to go to the vet. Great prices and great staff!

My great pyrenees Yeti loves this vet. They are great at getting you scheduled when your pet needs to be seen and take excellent care of them. Very much in tune with the animals they see and always seem happy to see the pup. On top of that, they are very affordable for the quality of care. I highly recommend them for all of your vet needs.

Dr. Samuelson has been out to see my horses and sheep several times and done excellent work. He floated my two mini’s teeth and recently gelded a colt for me.He’s very calm and gentle with them, even the angsty unhandled two year old that was trying to bite us.

What a great experience I had at West Branch veterinary clinic.The whole staff was very nice and polite. And they took care of my little dog and really made her calm down when she had her shots and nails done and examination. I'm definitely going back!

We started going there because they were much cheaper than any vet in Iowa City for a teeth cleaning for a dog. Our dog later had to be put down and Jessica Klein and the whole staff was so understanding and thoughtful we really appreciated it. We continue you to take our new puppy there and have been really happy with care received. Definitely recommend and worth the drive from Iowa City.

We had a great experience with Dr. Klein and our aging blue healer. She was efficient but took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. Her bedside manner was both frank and empathetic—exactly what we needed making some hard decisions about our dog’s health. We’ll definitely bring our pets to her again.

Clyde was past 16, suffering and his heart broken. His heart and lungs just wouldn't let him pass peacefully. We had to help him. The West Branch Animal Clinic helped us help him. It hurts to let go but Clyde, you are with Bob now. Bless you for your loyalty and help with healing when Bob passed.

I had a scare with my cat who suddenly started throwing up after eating, I called other vets in the Iowa City area due to this one being a little further out than I wanted to drive, none of which had any opening. West Branch Animal Clinic was able to get my kitty in to see a doctor within a couple of hours. They were so kind and made me feel like my baby was in good hands. Will definitely be using them as my vet, they're worth the drive! Thank you for taking such good care of Turbo!

This clinic is fantastic! They have VERY reasonable pricing and great care for your pet. My 5 month old puppy broke his toe and Dr. Klein did a great job getting me in on a very busy Saturday morning. Took xrays and spoke to an orthopedic surgeon on the phone to determine the best care for my boy. I've already recommended them to my coworkers who live in cedar rapids and they say with the more reasonable prices they were going to travel to the West Branch Animal Clinic from now on!
