Emma has been grooming my dogs for about a year now. She does a great job with both small and large dogs. One of my dogs has sensitive skin, and since having Emma groom him he has never came home with a rash or any issues, which was a constant problem before. She even does fun services like temporary pet safe hair dye and nail painting! I could not recommend her more!

We had the best experience at The Groom Station! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming to me and my wooly coat Siberian husky Nala! Lyssa was so knowledgeable about my girls coat and understood how to groom her, explained things about her skin that I’ve been looking for answers to for years and genuinely seemed to care. I’ve never experienced such good customer service at a groomer before. We are customers for life!

Hello, I came in to get my dog groomed or at least thought he was gonna get a makeover, and he came out looking terrified. My friends have complained about staff giving dogs weed to calm them down. This is highly unacceptable. They also mentioned that they have seen aggressive dogs here. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE.

Emma is the best! She knows exactly how you feel make my Sammi handsome. He comes home soft and fluffy. He also seems to love going; he hops out of the car with his tail wagging and can’t wait to say hi to all the cats!

My dog has had super dry skin this winter and after trying the hydration spray Emma recommended from the aesthetician there, my dog’s dandruff cleared up with just one use. I’ve used every few days for 3 weeks and her coat has never looked and felt more soft and healthy.

Although they did get me in that day and I was a new customer I feel their customer service was off. They acted like my business was at their pleasure. Quoted me a cost and then called and said had to do around ears which I had asked for in the first place and it cost me 20$ more. I showed up and they had 4 cats that live there with hair everywhere. I am extremely allergic to cats but made no attempt to help me away from cats. Won't be returning and going back to original groomer

Called to see about the soonest available service as our pup got matted with burrs beyond belief. We were thankful they took her on such short notice (less than 24 hours) and never having been a client before. We were expecting her to have to be nearly bare-shaven but to our amazement, we were returned a soft, perfectly trimmed pup that was as happy as could be. Can’t thank the Groom Station and Taylor enough! We will be clients again!

The staff are very friendly, professional and loves your pet almost as much as you do. They always ask your preference and carry out accordingly. Our golden retriever comes home just beautiful. I highly recommend these place and staff.

So, being pretty new to the grooming thing with a Maine Coone that bleeds me when I brush him and he had hair matts due to the struggle, vet said he would be good candidate for here. Trepidatious Lion cut later... Both our daily lives improved. So much so that my second Maine Coone went in to tame her oily coat for a long hair kitty bath and she is like a silkie seal! Boom. Come here!

Brought our long haired cat here for her first professional grooming. She gets mats in her fur frequently and needs her rear fur trimmed/washed periodically. They removed all of the mats and trimmed her fur as requested, and bathed her as well. The amount of time and pricing was reasonable. Cat came home happy and clean - they did a very nice job and I would certainly go again.

The groomers did an excellent job! I brought in my kitty Shasta who I just adopted from the shelter, and when I picked him up from his grooming appointment it was like getting a totally different cat! When I got him from the shelter his fur was dull and dry, he had really bad dry skin and dandruff, and he was shedding like crazy. Now after his appointment, his fur is SO soft, they helped with his dry skin, and he’s hardly shed at all. I will definitely be back!

Laura specifically was just amazing with my little girl and got her cleaned up, comfortable, and looking a million times better than when she was brought in. She did so well I could hardly recognize her! A very kind, friendly, and understanding office with fair pricing and diligent workers. Will not hesitate to bring my pup back in again, nor recommend to others. If you want great grooming care this is the place!

Took my dog in there after an altercation with a skunk. The ladies got Kyng all fixed up and smelling good. They trimmed his claws without me asking to do so which was great. The staff there are very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back again for my dogs grooming needs. Highly recommend these ladies. Neat little shop. Thank you so much.

The groomers did a great job of dremel my 2 dogs nails. The only thing I will say is that it’s very noisy at the front desk due to the grooming station right behind and very hard to hear at the front desk.

Great groom on my dog. Very poor customer relations. It is the most expensive place around, and you have to drive all the way out to West Branch, both of which I might be ok with IF they didn’t treat a person like giving them business is a burden. I won’t be returning after my last experience, which should free up some kennel space. Evidently that is a major problem and I’m happy to help make room.

I brought my dog here for the first time this weekend and I definitely will return! It took exactly two hours to finish a bath, hair cut, and nail trim for my medium size dog. You could tell she felt very comfortable there which she usually isn't very fond of new places. The price was great and she even got a treat :) 5 stars!

I found a dog that was likely abandoned and had been taking care of her for about 2 weeks. She was super matted and shaggy and needed a major trim. They quickly got us an appointment and cleaned her up so nicely, and they didn't even charge me the typical fee for badly matted fur. All of the staff were super friendly and thoughtful, and I could not be more impressed or pleased with my experience. I will definitely be coming back!

All of the women do an excellent job of grooming our little Charlie! He always comes away happy and walks right to the door when he arrives, so we know he is being treated well at all times. I like that we can get an appointment scheduled to meet our needs and they are all very flexible with timing of when we pick him up. It is a very clean and organized environment!

Super impressed with this place. I decided to give it a try because my because the place I used to go would muzzle and tie up my cat which stressed him out. Excellent service and grooming job. This is also the only groomer I have found that will do hand stripping. Laura does a great job on my dog. Most the other groomers in the area were short on the phone and not real friendly. This staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.
