The staff was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt they treated us like old friends. They also have such a wonderful and unique selection of items — quality pieces you don’t see elsewhere. It was fun to look at everything — gnomes, gazing balls, pond supplies, wind chimes, koi, statuary and so much more — and I bought several beautiful ornaments. I also picked out what I’ll get on my next trip!

Bernd is an expert building ponds. He takes the time to explain what you need and why it’s beneficial. He uses quality materials and does not take short cuts. He doesn’t pressure you to add things you don’t need. He answers my questions even weeks after he completed our pond. So happy with his work!

I ordered a Helix Pond skimmer over 3 weeks ago and the owner has still not shipped but he charged me already. The few times I have gotten him to answer the phone he makes excuses and says he will ship it the next Monday. I believe he is a fraudulent seller online and is behaving in a criminal manner. Please do not order online from this guy, he will take your money and stop responding.Services: Garden landscaping, Pond maintenance

Went out of my way to shop here because of what people have said. When I walked in he was annoyed because I interrupted him talking about his movie. When I asked him about my pond he offered no help I left with nothing and will never return. Very disappointed in the service of the movie star!!!
