I have bought 2 sheds from Kauffman's and I couldn't be happier, The first shed was a storage shed for over flow from moving into a house with less storage. It is the best built shed I have been in. we are on our second year with it and there are no issues what so ever. The second shed was built to be a chicken coop with a little storage for gardening stuff on the back side. I can't say enough about how great these folks are to work with, best of all, the take great pride in their products, which is something rare today. They will get my business and my referrals form here out. If you need a shed call them now.

Love my new shed. It looks like a little house rather than a typical shed. Curtis delivered the shed within the timeframe promised. He brought touch-up paint to fix anything that got dinged during transport. When he was done it was perfectly level. You can tell they pay attention to every little detail and build the best quality product.

Curtis delivered my beautiful High Barn with a loft in July 2016 to a spot I thought I would want to leave it in forever, but this year we decided to build a garage in that location so I asked Curtis if I could hire him to come back and move it to my new location. It's now in it's forever home and still as structurally sound and beautiful as the day he delivered it three years ago! I love the quality craftsmanship and I love Curtis' great customer service even more! He arrived on time and was finished in the exact amount of time he said he would be! Thank you, Curtis!

I can't be more happier with this whole process. Kauffman Structures has been wonderful working with to get a new (larger) shed for our place. They were done on schedule even though we still needed some time to prepare our area.The Day of the delivery, it was really amazing to watch how they transported and set the shed. Very professional service! They have the right equipment for the job and it made short work to get it moved to the backyard and set.Would absolutely use them to buy a new shed or even to move one.

I've ordered two sheds from Kauffman Structures and am very pleased with the quality of both and the customer service from the owner (Curtis). He delivered and installed a 10x18 gambrel barn shed and a matching red chicken coop; these two structures have helped transform my urban yard into a beautiful country garden. I've ordered two similar sheds from Tuff Sheds in the past and am much more satisfied with the quality and customer service from Kauffman Structures.

I just received my new shed from Kauffman Structures . It is absolutely beautiful, and so well built. Curtis, the owner, was so easy to deal with; he actually brought it 200 miles to deliver it ( not free delivery). I wanted a shed that had an Amish/ Mennonite background on the builders as my friend had bought one previously and I knew the quality was first class . Curtis proved my instinct correct. I love this shed. If I can I'll post a picture . Lastly, as you know building materials have skyrocketed but I didn't feel that in this buy.There were many build variations, to maneuver the cost. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend! I ordered our backyard shed by looking at their website and at talking to Curtis. I'm really happy with the results. He had it built quickly and then delivered it ready-to-use. I couldn't be more pleased with the delightful cat shed that Kauffman Structures custom built for me. I needed special attention to insulation and required a cat door also, which I had drop shipped directly to the company. Curtis checked in with me at several crucial stages to ensure that the window location and the pet door setting were approved prior to going forward.Curtis worked hard to get the structure completed and delivered in the time frame that I needed. It needs to be noted that the Company accommodated my delivery area in central Iowa, specifically Jasper county, which is adjacent to Polk/Des Moines area. Kauffman should have been the top of the Google search based on the quality reviews and customer satisfaction, but it required research on my part to find this great company. I initially contracted with a big brand T***Shed, which accepted my payment then proceeded to not contact me for any scheduling for more than 10 days before I cancelled it, and started looking for another company. There were pre-made sheds that I looked at from several companies in the Polk & Jasper County areas, but I really needed one with some robust insulation that I was unable to install myself.From the time that I submitted my tentative inquiry for a playhouse, (I ended up choosing a gable shed), Curtis communicated with me about adaptations that would better fit my requirements and also adjusted the costs more within my budget. Curtis typically replied to my emails at the end of the workday, and was unfailingly patient and kind.The cat-house, which I have outfitted with a Stiebel-Eltron wall heater and French provincial love seat for feline comfort, is now ready for an Iowa winter, and the ongoing seasons, for many moons going forward, thanks to the excellent and caring attentiveness from this fine company.Many thanks from a grateful customer. I intend to get that darling playhouse built by Kauffman, too, when I get grandkids!

I had two sheds from two different builders before an early winter storm with STRONG winds rolled through. After the storm, only one building was standing and it was the one built by Kauffman Structures. In a few weeks they were even able to replace the one that blew away AND helped me anchor it in the hard ground. If I ever need another shelter for my horses, no question I will call Kauffman Structures.
