Great vet clinic with exceptional service! I am visiting my family, and my Bulldog slipped down a step and twisted her back leg. She was showing obvious signs of pain and not wanting to put much weight on it. I brought her here to see if they would help, even though im clearly not a local. They were unexpectedly fast and super friendly! They checked her out and gave her some meds for the swelling and pain. I am so happy my sister pointed me here. If I were local, I would definitely be bringing them a lot of business!!

Love this clinic My original vet she was my favorite! However Dr. Yonda has been fantastic he’s been there for us in the last year during the regular check ups and one big painful loss. Everyone there is kind and wonderful. I trust them with all our pets and don’t mind driving an hr just to see them. Best veterinarians! They care ☺️

We might win the award for most visits to Doc’s in a 1 year time period due to some of the ongoing health management our dog needed. Every time we had a concern it was met with a high level of care and options. Doc’s affiliation with ISU is also a huge benefit to receiving care in his office. When our dog needed surgery (non-life threatening), we were able to get in to ISU for our consult and surgery very quickly to help minimize our dogs discomfort. We also adopted our 2 kittens from the clinic and couldn’t be happier with them. We couldn’t be happier with the services we received - if you’re within a 50 miles radius of the clinic I recommend Dr. Yanda as your first and only call.

I can't begin to express how much i appreciate the staff and veterinarians there. They show genuine care for every animal and put me at ease with my cats medical issues. Absolutely recommend you take your pets here, they'll be treated like family

I had a kitten living in my back yard for a few days and my partner and I decided to take him to the vet for a injury on his underside and for shots. The vet decided that the best action for the 3 month old kitten was to put it down. I question their decision making now due to the conditions of my property that was returned. I left a bowl of wet cat food for the kitten to eat and after putting the cat down they did not toss it out. I almost puked to the horrendous smell that came from the maggot infested bowl. I was disappointed to find what looks like pee, hair, and maybe blood in my cats cage, when I did not give it to them in that condition. Over all my experience was horrible. I've grown very sad and refuse to take any of my pets here and I will always recommend another vet for your loved ones.

Took a cat in to get fixed. We discussed the price. $100 and I asked if he'll need shots. They said no, that's up to me. I said no. I was charged $145 when we brought him in. For shots. I called and said what I agreed to. It hasn't been long yet but they didn't sound like I was going to get my money back.

Our dog got sick and the people here got us right in and did all the tests to check him out. They were super comforting and very professional. The vet here even went above and beyond to get ahold of me about his blood test and check in on him. Every time I need a vet iowa does not disappoint!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This vet are in the pockets of Ames veterinary. My dog was withheld medication unless we were to go to Ames and spend $800-1K for an appointment. There is no care other than a referral bonus for their pockets. Shady vet. My dog and finances suffer over this place.

The docs and staff are wonderful and compassionate. We moved to Webster City 9 months ago. It's hard finding a new 1. Hairdresser 2. Auto mechanic 3. Veterinarian. The staff works hard to get your pet in for urgent appointments. We had to put down two senior dogs within one month of each other. They were so caring. I am so comfortable knowing they are there if we need them for our doggo. They don't cut hair or work on cars, tho.

I love my vet!! I grew up in WC and then moved to Chicago and now Denver. I still drive back with my cat to see Doc Yanda and his team. They also answer questions over the phone when I have issues with my pet. They’re the absolute best!

I called this morning as a new customer with a sick cat. She had me come in right away, they got me back with the veterinarian within a few moments of arriving, and he was kind and patient in dealing with my cranky sick cat.
