Always had a great experience with Town and Country. Needed to insure electric bikes. Our current insurance carrier did not insure bikes. Ashley went the extra mile to locate a carrier who did. The price was comparable to companies online that insured electric bikes though the coverage was much much better. Appreciate her going the extra mile.

My mom had gotten some damage to her home during this last storm so she called the Story City office to ask what her deductible was, (she spoke with Bill i believe) anyways.... he was very rude to her didnt even check on her deductible and told her it was $1000.00 and they wont cover more then that. So I called here in Webster City and spoke with Ashley she said she would look into it and get back to me. Ashley spoke with Morgan at the Webster City office and Morgan told her my moms deductible was $250.00. It wasn't even five mins later and Ashley had gotten back to us. Then within a half-hour Morgan had spoke with my mom and got things rolling. Thank you Ashley and Morgan for your kind, professional and prompt service. I think the Story City office could use some of your gals attitudes.

My husband and I have been insureds at Town and Country for many years. Sue and the rest of their team have always gone above and beyond to take care of us. We live over an hour from the agency and have many other choices closer, but have chosen to stay here, because of how we have been treated.

Had an insurance policy question as related to one of our T&C Insurance policies, our closest agency was the Story City location so stopped there for clarification. Unfortunately met agent Bill S. there in his office. We attempted to show him the policy no. paperwork, he briefly glances at it, then brashly tells us the policy is at the Webster City office and "go there!" Webster City is one way 45 miles away! So much for branch office services. If he treats existing T&C customers like this, one may wish to think twice about stopping to accept a beating of his customer courtesy in Story City.

They put me with selective and that place is a joke. Debted my bank account when the were not suppose too. Town and country was not upfront about cost. Things were not revealed at the time we got the policy. I don't understand why people think.they can do.this. at this point im.100 percent dissatisfied upset with town and country and selective

Ive had Town & Country for 11 years and this year after hail and rain my roof was leaking into my kitchen. I went to Town & Country and the agent said no problem you will be contacted in 2 days. Never got a called so I called my agent and she wont return my calls for help. RIP OFF
