I'm very disappointed with how my cocker spaniel was groomed. I explained how I wanted her hair TRIMMED and where I wanted it trimmed. I picked her up and she was SHAVED everywhere head to toe! She even shaved the whiskers off her face! I will not be bringing my puppy back to this place ever again!

This was a 10/10 experience for us! I would recommend this facility to others, and I would utilize their services again.My partner and I just returned from a 17 day trip and decided to board our dogs for the first time for the duration. We live in Des Moines, but I’m from Webster City originally and had heard good recommendations about the Paw Print Pad. I was extremely nervous to give care of my 8 year old Great Dane and my 6 year old Aussie/Border Collie over to a facility because I had never done it before, despite the dogs being in excellent health. The service was phenomenal - they were exceptionally patient with my numerous emails with anxiety ridden questions beforehand, and texted me pictures of my dogs daily while I was gone! Both dogs returned home relaxed, calm, and happy, so I know they were given proper exercise and attention (if you have a herding breed, you get that a relaxed dog says a lot!). One of my dogs accidentally got dirty right before pick up, and they gave him a bath free of charge. Prices were fair. I am very happy with our experience!

I have a 1.5 year old standard poodle that I take here to get groomed. The groomer does an AMAZING job, she is super nice. Very quick as well! I’ve went to multiple places to get him groomed and majority of people don’t know how to groom him correctly or they charge a lot. Paw Print Pad has affordable prices for grooming, and they do such a great job. I won’t take my dog anywhere else! He loves going to see the groomer and he always looks so handsome when I pick him up! I love that they treat him like their own!

I had to be in town for a funeral on short notice. I called the Paw Print Pad the day before and they bent over backwards to accommodate me and my 1-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. Liz, at the front desk, and Sam, who provided the 'entertainment' and one-on-one play time were outstanding. It's comforting to know that a facility like Paw Print Pad exists in Webster City for my future visits.

I couldn’t recommend Justis and The Paw Print Pad more! We found ourselves in a tough situation with just a week left to find a place that would take all three of our dogs and they welcomed us with open arms. We’ve not been anywhere else since. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs! Justis is very communicative, she responds quickly and treats our dogs wonderfully!

Wonderful, wonderful!My dog has allergies and has special grooming that needs done. The groomer took time to talk with me about what to do to help my pup, and did everything breed specific for his grooming. Staff is friendly and transparent with information; flexible and trustworthy!

My dog, Max, loves going here. It helps him get exercise and socialization with other dogs. They truly care about your dogs. Max gets so excited in the car when he realizes that he is going to daycare and he can't wait to get inside to see his friends. They also offer grooming and getting it done while he is there is very convenient for me.

Brought in Wilber my sweet bull Mastiff, typically I wouldn’t take him to a place where he was unfamiliar. However, I took a shot on Paw Print Pad and boy I was not disappointed! I could tell he wanted to stay because he hesitated to even get in the car when I came to pick him up. He didn’t even want to leave! I could tell he had the time of his life. A big thanks for taking care of my baby boy!
