Unfortunately not a great experience with the manager. Marilee is very rude, Condescending and talks down to you. She may keep properties nice, however she needs to take classes when dealing with people. I feel they take advantage of you. Received a little over $400 back for security deposit. It's a racket. The apartment was clean but she charged us $500 for cleaning charge. Said refrigerator and stove needed more cleaning. $500? Then a non refundable fee per lease charge? The place is nice however I would consider something not as expensive with weird fees and nicer manager.

Had a great experience with Marilee when moving in. Friendly and responsive service, private dog area garage access and pet friendly. As an added bonus my step daughters got a bunch of candy from Marilee. 5 stars easily

On several occasions I have dealt with Property Manager Marilee. She has always been courteous and friendly. She really cares about the occupants of the apartments and goes out of her way to help. She takes pride in keeping the public areas in the buildings clean. Marilee is an asset to the Allure Apartments.

Wonderful and safe place to live in! The property manager goes above and beyond to fix any issues and keeps the property looking nice. One example is during the summer, she puts planters full of flowers by the entrances. She also keeps the hallways and public areas clean and maintained.

I have lived in a lot of places some good and some not so good. This place in nice, well kept, and issues are addressed in a timely fashion. I really have no notes for the place, been here 6 months and glad to be a tenant.

They dont even deserve 1 star. No garages even though they promise. Claim to be pet friendly but your pet takes forever to be approved even though you pay immediately and u tell them from the start u have a pet .Also the older lady that handles everything is unprofessional and very disrespectful threatens with lease violations and fines she is the only one you deal with for complaints or anything. They moved our move in date four time because she didn't handle her work properly

After living here for a year I can say that I have had a great experience. The manager works incredibly hard to keep apartment building clean as well as addressing any problems that arise in a timely and professional manner.

I have multiple acquaintances that live here. To say the lady that works this place doesn’t have a heart or a sound is an understatement. Apparently if you like to be talked down upon this is where to live. Truly disappointed in the stories I have heard and first hand seen the way she text her tenants.

A bunch of liars that take advantage of you for your money plus nothing on their website is true. A year ago there was some one else working there that told us we would get 895 rent, ended up paying 930 every month regardless because we didnt move in in July when the coupon was valid because she gave our apartment to someone else. Then threatened to give our apartment away again after i already gave her a deposit because we didn't email her pictures of our ID's fast enough, which she never asked for so we didn't know. We also were without hot water for a week with no compensation because they forgot about it or something. Now a year later she knew we weren't resigning the lease but never emailed me a form to fill out so she is sticking me with paying 2 more months rent for leaving "without notice".

Over priced. A lot of the amenities on the website aren’t met. No private pet area, no garages (still aren’t even being built), not enough parking (we have came home and had no where to park). Hotel style ac/heating :/. Also in the winter the utilities will be $200+, so keep that in mind. There is also no onsite management anymore. We have emailed them about these issues and we’re told “well the only thing actually listed in the lease is onsite copy machine “.
