If I could give this store less then one I would! Do not go here! The staff are all incompetent especially the store managers Biz and Kelly. They hardly ever have food in the warmers, when they do good luck getting the thing you actually want because they’re all in random spots. I also can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten the premade salads and they’re either frozen or fuzzy and out of date. The store is always a mess. I feel bad for the employees who actually do their jobs properly. I never go to this store if I can help it.

Customer service is top notch, I wanted to get a fresh blend and the machine was out of fruit liquid and the amazing guy working noticed I was having trouble and came and switched out the empty bags for fresh full ones so I could get my smoothie and lemonade. 5/5 from me! I definitely appreciate the top notch service here at the Webster city Kwik Star

A very popular place that is busy most of the time but great food they have a lot to offer whether you want to take something home and cook it or you want to grab one of their warmer items or roller grill items. They always have fruit too. Their prices on stuff are very reasonable.

The cashiers were very friendly and the store was very clean. Gas prices were comparable to other stations near by and they had an amazing amount of choices for food.

What in the gas station is this? Being from out of state, this is the first time being in a Kwik Star and I’d add them to a preferred place to stop. Selection is great and staff were polite.

Glad we discovered this place! We make occasional trips to Ames and this is a good stopping point for food & fuel. There are LOTS of food choices. It is clean and the clerk who checked us out today was the friendliest of anywhere we've been in a long time. NICE! The only improvement I could suggest is that parking for trucks & trailers is limited If you want to park & go in to purchase food. We will definitely be back.

I am an OTR driver So I get to visit a lot of different places of this kind. I have to say that this is hands down one of the absolute best and most friendly places I have been to.Not only is the staff amazing but the selection of food and drinks etc is over the top. They have shopping carts as you walk in because this is very much like a small grocery store. The prices are extremely good for a convenience store. They are comparative to any grocery store I have visited which was a pleasant surprise due to the fact I needed provisions This is very much like a small grocery store. THANK YOU Kwik Star and keep up the good work. I hope to see you in more areas in the future because you have earned a loyal customer.

Disappointed. They advertise 5 parking spaces for trucks , which may be a stretch. It is 30 minute parking, no overnight parking. Wish they wouldn't even list themselves with trucking publications if they don't have overnight parking for trucks.They do get three stars for cleanliness and quality of the food they have. Kwik Star nationally has good food and are clean. Puts Casey's to shame.

Kwik Stars are my new favorite gas station/general store. They have it all from food and drinks to household products. Great selection of hot food and bakery items. Highly recommend!

Great addition to Webster City! Staff is friendly and helpful. Great food selection.Also grocery items. I always shop at Kwik Star for bread, bananas, milk, butter & eggs and more before I go to Fareway! The rewards card is well worth it. Discounts on gas and items in the store!

So far, so good. Just wish the staff were as good as they staff who opened this store. The staff happiness seems to have faded since their grand opening. Still a great place and always has fresh food. Also very clean.

Very sweet and attentive staff. I love that it's a mini Mart gas station..but it's truthfully so much more..with their delicious coffee machines and smoothie machines to their fresh food. They always have great deals going on. And its totally worth having a rewards card with them

Omg this is the best gas station I've been to. The prices on everything is incredible. It's literally a grocery store, restaurant of many varieties, pizza place, gas station, donut/pastry shop, smoothies & ice cream shop, liquor store, and do much more. All the food is fresh & the variety is incredible. The soup station is so yummy. There's a full condiment station to put anything and everything on your burgers, brats, hotdogs, etc. Friendly staff, clean place and prompt service. I'm very impressed by the 3x we stopped here in the past 2 weeks. Eggs are only $.49 a dozen & milk is cheaper than the grocery stores by $1!

Only issue I see at this location loud speak at fuel ⛽️, I understand some people are hard hearing. But dam now I have a huge headache 🤕 from this way to loudThe music in store was loud too.

It was very busy here and not many people had masks. We tried to get in and out quickly. The power went out several times during our restroom use.

Watch out Casey's. This place is going to steal your lunch money. Located near highway 20. Formerly, the nearest convenience shop was the fairly horrific Philips 66 across the highway. Smart move Kwik Star. Sorry Casey's, this could've been you!

I was looking forward for this new store for Webster City in hopes of cheaper fuel, but I was in fort dodge and there same fuel from the same tanker is .18 cents cheaper, was told it goes by the prices in that comunity. We have 7 gas stations and nobody has the backbone to have a lower price thats greed. For that reason two stars.

Only one of the best gas stations ever you can get anything there from fancy coffee drinks and you could literally do all your grocery shopping there they have fruit, vegetables and meat from hamburger to steaks not to mention an awesome bakery and hot food to go from Pizza, chicken, burger, burritos ect
