This store and pharmacy has been going down hill the last few years. Them getting stock and medications from other Hy Vee stores from other towns has made it bad by not having things in both pharmacy and grocery. Other wise having to wait for a day or more. Sad to see how it is today.

The customer service is good and there is a good amount of product variety. The biggest problem is if I only did my shopping here, I would end up spending more than my rent monthly to feed my family

It was a quick trip for breakfast. The store seemed well kept. The employees were kind and courteous. Would've given the 5* rating but some of these small towns lack in the treatment and interactive side of life when it concerns diversity and multiculturalism. I can shop at any store but being able to shop comfortably isn't possible when preconceived notions.

The employees are so helpful and kind. It's a rarity to find that in the service industry these days, so it makes it that much better to shop here. They have a great selection of items and the prices are low. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Overall Very typical Hy Vee which is a good thing. Good store. Well run as are most. Good meat dept plus pharmacy and all those nice people who will smile and help you.

I can’t rate this store at all because I’ve had so many bad experiences!!!! ESPECIALLY in the Bakery Department! I was made fun of when I told the lady I was allergic to an ingredient in the cake and then didn’t even bother to make my order!!!! The Bakery department has ruined a lot of our Birthdays! This is the worst place ever and the Bakery people are so rude!!!!! Never again will I give them my business!!!!

We stopped by for breakfast at the deli this morning. The two people working there not only got our orders wrong, they were slow getting it to us and it was cold. First time I have been disappointed at a HyVee breakfast.

I looked all over for scented markers for my grandson and Harvey was the only one that had them very pleased I didn't have to go out of town for them.

Hy-Vee in Webster City is HANDS DOWN the BEST! From handling our medications, to our groceries, the staff there is top notch. Always, HIGHLY recommend using Hy-Vee 😊

Overall it’s a good store. They have your typical groceries. They also have some hygiene stuff like shampoo and deodorant which is kind of nice. But the thing is, they might have something you want one time, and then the next time you go, they don’t have it. It’s really weird how inconstant they are with what they stock.

They don't seem to carry quite as much everytime i order something they always seem to be out of it, the app is garbage and when you try to use a gift card, they still try to charge your bank account so im not sure why gift card is even an option then? Ill make it a point to go to Fort Dodge from now on.

Poor service. Waited an hour and a half for prescriptions then they still weren't ready. Asked them to mail them out because we had to get back to work. This was noon. GUESS WHAT! ! They still did NOT come in the mail the next day. Also their were pharmacists or techs standing around in the back doing nothing. This is NOT the first time this has happened. If your that busy--- GET SOME MORE HELP!!!!

This store is always clean and organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've had a great experience with online shopping through this store and would highly recommend it. I can definitely say that HyVee makes my life easier!

It's my hometown Hyvee. I know where everything is everything is always fresh in the produce dept. Meats look so good. The bakery...dont get me started on drool.... Cydney is a great cake decorator and oh so yummy..the prepared food is always delicious. Staff? What can I say...great people. Love my hometown Hyvee

If I could give less than 1 star i would. Horrible service. Wait of 45 minutes for breakfast and then they brought me a plate of hashbrowns. Completely forgot my eggs! Last time I come here.

Hy Vee is convenient and has good variety of food. I like the deli and the fresh bread. Sometimes they have very good sale prices.

I was disappointed in the way my cake was package for me to bring it home. They put it in a cake container that was to big and say be careful caring that. By the time i got home there was frosting stuck to the side of the container and thw whole side of the cake had no frosting.

This store has gone WAY DOWN HILL.... It's Disgustingly dirty like the floor hasn't been swept and mopped in weeks... Several of the items I grabbed off of the shelf were past the expiration date by a full month or more... There was only one cashier and 6 people with carts in line (plus myself)... They didn't have several items that were advertised in the ad.... It's been a long time since I have been this disappointed in a large chaon store like this.....
