Employees working 10-13-2023 are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional toward customers. Where is the quality leadership? Employees should not engage in an argument nor make smart remarks to a customer. The store is an absolute disaster with water leaking allover the store everytime it rains. Aisles are blocked by buckets to catch rain along with store merchandise that hasn't been put away on shelves. The doors in/out of the store are also in sad shape. One door has broken glass, and the other door is locked leaving the broken door as the only entrance/exit.

Employees are very personable and helpful but the store (property) are a disaster!! Have to move ladders and boxes out of the way to get thru the aisles or to get what you want off the shelves.

They have two young guys on second shift who still seems to be adjusting..But still are very Friendly with big smiles..And willing to a yard or two to help find things.. I think one of them is a outer Towner and the other I seen before working Hyvee

Not the cleanest store. The staff are friendly enough, but not enough to really stands out.It's not a bad place for a quick in and out if you know what you're looking for, but if you're going to spend a lot of time shopping, I'd consider going someplace else.My personal feelings... It's really the ONLY place in all of Webster City that makes me nervous that I could be mugged just leaving the place.

Always messy and aisles are often blocked with items to stock shelves. It's a little better lately but it's still not clean and disorganized. I even called their corporate to complain but nothing changed. It's a fire hazard in there with doors and aisles being blocked. I wish someone could go in there and clean it all up but I don't see that ever happening. Staff are nice which is reason for 2nd star.

They carry a wide array of items and can sometimes be my one stop for shopping. They have food, milk and bread, holiday decorations, health and beauty, clothes, otc medicines. As well as affordable housewares and items that make a great gifts.

Melissa great inspiration to Dollar General. She's nice, and professional. Webster city deserves a new store. The buildings old and decrepit. I can only imagine the heating bill for that place. I give the General 4 stars. Melissa rocks!

Ive become more fond of the dollar general since they have been doing a great job organizing there store now. And the service has been alot better than it has ever been in the past. I would defenitly recommend this store to friends and family now!

Store is always cluttered. Most the time the service sucks. I had this one lady get all snobby with me cuz i was paying for my toilet paper that was a dollar.... I had like 35 cents n change and 71 cents left on my card. So i told her i was paying with it that way so she was aware of it. Was waiting on more money to come but thats all i had at the time. So i tell the lady and she got all snobby with me bout it. I told her i gotta wipe my ass somehow. She calls another employee to help her handle this situation she could figure out how to do it on the computer. Dah it was a dollar she was handling and all i dis was swipe my card and and then pay what was left over.

Dollar General is looking good lately. The store was well-stocked and clean. The employees were helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the positive changes.

The aisles are hard to get down, nothings ever put away. Theres always a line to check out, and only one checker. But the prices cant be beat.

Need to get the parking lot lights working! Went there at 7:15 am and it was pitch black outside, and you have a young woman opening the store by herself in the dark: not safe.

The parking is horrible after you drive though the maze of cars parked everywhere you run the chance of getting blocked in while your in the store
