Im delivering a load here agter the weekend. I parked here at the only truck stop in town that allows parking. Every fuel pump has a bag on it for diesel and gas. Restaurant closed since 2019. Small store. Clean restrooms and decent parking front and back. No hot food on the weekend. I was parked here over Easter weekend wasn't to bad till Sunday when they were closed. The kwik star truck stop has no parking and a 30 min time limit to be there for trucks. I asked about across the street from the kwik star and I kept getting mixed answers. A employee told me that the town voted against having trucks parked at the kwik star because how truckers leave trash everywhere. So not a trucker friendly town. Couldn't have been sent to a worse place to spend a weekend. Had I know the treatment I would recieve here i would have gone the extra time to the flying j on 35.

Rudest woman I have ever met.. Wish I could find the Manager.. She ABSOLUTLY NEEDS Fired.. Cost your company a $500. sale.. Rude and Mean and told me if I did not like it I can just leave... So I DID.. Funny part is I was the only customer in the place..I understand the whole country is desperate for workers however that does NOT give the worker the right to act like she is doing us a favor to wait on us.. Merchants that tolerate this kind of behavior are going to feel the sting sooner then they realize.. Customers do not need to come into their establishment... There are thousands of other merchants that will APPRECIATE the business

Wasn't sure what to expect coming here, with all the mixed reviews. Someone said they have great chili, so I figured I'd go in and find out. The cashier was friendly as he explained that they put away all the hot food at 8pm. Seems a bit early to me, but maybe some day I'll come back just to find out how good the chili really is.

Looks like it was once a great place to stop, showers game room laundry restaurant all closed permanently restroom was clean but they close at 10pm ,,good place if you just looking for spot to park

Bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking , theres potholes everywhere. Snacks were good and the guy was very nice.

Had what I needed (scale - the cashier was polite & helpful with that, coffee, & a decent quick to-go meal. Convenient access from highway. I'll stop here again.

Friendly, but if you're from anywhere south ,especially south and east of the Iowa line, dont mention it to the cashier in the morning.She will claim,,openly, that anyone from south of the Iowa line "isn't right" and infer anyone from the the SOUTH is ,,well,,let's just say I live in Louisiana and will NOT be stopping here ever again!!!

Plenty of truck parking and has scales, TV lounge and showers. Good stop if you're in need, but it's closed from midnight to 5am.

They make elders cry by accusing them of stealing. This establisment doesn't respect elders. I suggest you patronize a different business or completely bypass this rude town ;-)

They don't have a restaurant, but they have really good chili and goulash, friendly staff and clean store.

Scale apparently out of service. Diner has been closed since June 2019. Got typical small gas station snacks and such. Nothing special

I have to say this place has the worse showers I've ever seen , just gross I went to shower and walked back out it was that dirty . Half the fuel pumps work ..four were out of order .

Has showers and a laundry for truckers. Sadly the restaurant closed last June and no one has offered to open it back up.
