The employees are rude. They just shove the food at you through the window. No thanks, hey how are you doing or anything. I ordered some onion rings and you can tell from the smell of them that the frying oil hasn't been changed in awhile. 🤢🤮 I also ordered a milkshake, but i couldn't make myself even try it. That was money thrown away. You would think that the owner would want customers to return, but i guess they expect you to be a one time visitor.🤷‍♀️ I guess if you need your colon cleaned this place will do it for you. They also do not give you a receipt. If you are traveling just pass this place by.

I rarely give negative reviews but this place needs to be shut down and thoroughly cleaned! First off went through the drive thru and ordered had napkins crunched up thrown at me, drink spilling everywhere, ice cream was terrible.(I’ve been sick since) Got on the freeway to head home only to find out sandwich tenderloin was supposed to be plain was a loaded! Son is allergic so drove 30 miles backwards . Asked for a manager who didn’t seem to care about his rude window lady , or the fact I had to reverse 30 miles or that son who is 7 is allergic to onions.. He had nothing to say. Trash everywhere, food everywhere. Lady cleaning with a rag that was filthy didn’t wash hands made someone’s sundaes. Trash and whatever under on floor on counters and tables! just plain disgusting in here! Poor customer care and poor management!

Worse experience!!! Nastiest place inside and out.Anyone notice the full paper bag hanging above the drive through window? Strange! Asked about it, he said he didn’t know and no one would tell him what it was. Sign to stay away!!!Worse buster bar I have ever seen. They still make them theirselves? Half the size, nasty looking. Wish I would of taken a photo. Went inside to get another one, looked like the glass doors hadn’t ever been washed. Nasty dirty inside. Floor was sticky. If outward cleanliness is that bad. What about the stuff you don’t see???Second buster bar, just as bad as the first. This one the chocolate on the top was stuck to the paper, and had a melted refrozen look.For a good caring food business, cleanliness should be their #1 priority!!!!!They will NEVER see me again!

The blizzard and shake we got tasted fine but we were aliitle hesitant to try at first after seeing the inside of this place. I am surprised this place has not been shut down. I don't think it could pass an inspection due to how dirty the serving area was for sure among the rest of the place.The outside of the building looks like it's not even open. Never been in a DQ that looked this bad.

The guy at the counter was very nice and friendly. But my order was completely wrong. Ordered a plan, hamburger, and specifically asked for nothing on it. It came with everything (ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion) and barely cooked. This was for a child who doesn't even dip fries in Ketchup. Second order was a calif burger special and received chicken stripes. I could understand a mix-up if they were busy, but I was the only person ordering food.The establishment is old, run down, and kinda dirty. I would imagine the lack of restaurants in this town is why this place is still open.

I was the only person in the drive-through I ordered a pizza burger and a medium blizzard. I sat at the window for at least 15 minutes waiting to pay. I had the app for a rewards they said they didn’t participate in that. He handed me my blizzard it was not made the way I asked. My sandwich was literally cold and the bun was so old that it crunched. I used to love the store and always bragged about it. Very disappointed probably will not return. Couldn’t even finish my sandwich.

Long wait, and our order wasn't complete! We ordered a simple chicken strip basket... we didn't get the french fries or the texas toast, and the chicken strips were way over cooked. One good part was the person who took and gave us our order was very pleasant. Can't say we will be visiting that one again!!

This place is a bit run down on the inside and there has been times that I've came there and they tell me that they are out of chocolate ice cream. When it's open it can be a good place to eat lunch (especially for their lunch specials). Overall though I can say that I've not had the most satisfying of service and not the best quality of blizzards.

Be prepared for slow service & the chance that your order will be wrong in drive through (and outdated interior with poor ventilation). Customer service is better when adults are there but in the evenings when the younger staff are working, the chance of rude service is higher. As for the speed - I don’t mind it if I’m getting fresh, hot food but when the order is wrong & I've waited awhile for it, I have much less patience.

Decent food, well cooked online if you like medium heat up meat, after a one block walk. My dads friend don’t get much hours here, and it’s definitely not a decent building as, the new paint job only decreased some of the horrible aspects they have inside.

Food tasted good though they have poor sanation and unprofessional assosiates. I noticed in the kitchen they do not wash their hands and do not wear food service gloves when preparing food. Also the food took much longer to get than expected. And I waited at the counter for nearly 4 minutes before I was helped. The ladies were in the kitchen talking about their social life ignoring customers.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in Webster City (in here once a week or more). But their old manager (Suze) left. They got rid of their $5 all day special (is only 11-3). And the new night staff they have hired leave a lot to be desired. They have a hard time with orders (asked for no ice in drink, got ice. ordered a bacon double, no bacon. asked for only mustard onion, came with everything.) They are also somewhat rude, and don't listen well. Will not be coming back anytime soon, after tonight's experience...

I ordered 2 Buster bats, which were handed to me with no bag to keep in the cold. My 3 blizzards were served to me with no dome lid that could have helped contain the melting ice cream and stained my car seats, dripped all over my boots, car interior, and all the way up my carpeted stairs to my apartment. I am very disappointed in my experience at this location. DQ is usually one of the best fast food experiences out there. This location leaves a lot to be desired!

The roaches were the only friendly ones in this establishment. There were rats performing an exorcism in the corner, tap dancing termites, and spiders hosting a barmitzfa at table 3. Nah fr tho, the middle of the chicken tendies were raw, the ice cream was freezer burnt, the slushies were subpar and the pop was flat. I don't think the federal health department has been in here since 85.

Great place to grab a bite and talk with friends for a bit. Food is well prepared and prepared quickly. I especially recommend getting the fries. The fries are crunchy and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside.

Horribly slow, and they don't listen. While ordering our food, I stated 3 times that I wanted no cheese and just mustard on the burger. After waiting 20 min, we got our food, which was all cold, old fries, and low and behold, there was cheese on the burger, and no mustard. Definitely will just stick to getting ice cream and ice cream only from here.

The lady that took our order was unresponsive to every order we gave to the point that we didn't know if she got it or not. Waited 15-20 mins for for 2 sandwiches and she brought it out she literally shoved it through my window without a word. The fryer was obviously very dirty because the chicken sandwich and cheese balls were so hard you could hardly bite into them and they were flavorless. Never going back
