When I picked up my groceries I had a flat tire. The auto center brought an air compress out to my car to blow it up & then got me in right away to fix the flat. Great customer service! Well done Walmart Waverly team!

I purchased a pack of Great Value Hickory Smoke Bacon. I got home and thought it was a little light. So I weighed it. The weight should read 12oz. It read 7oz. Now I shop at Walmart almost daily. Now I may have to go to hyvee because I feel Walmart is stealing from me. Great Value is Walmarts product line. So I will now weigh everything I get from anyone. What happened to the American company that had actual morality in its daily business. Im so beside myself from finding this out

Once again I am pleased to tell you that the Walmart in Waverly Iowa is just amazing no I lied there’s nothing amazing about Walmart in Waverly they have poor customer service and it’s 10 o’clock in the morning there’s people all over and they have four self check out and one register running lines backed up and nobody’s even attempting to help check out or calling someone to check out it’s ridiculous. And at the self check out the person that’s just overseen the checkouts just is standing there he could be offering to check people out unless it’s a policy however if that’s policy then well there’s one more why I hate Walmart. But I have no other option in my town I live in so Walmart it is. But it doesn’t change the fact that Walmart is pour in it just about every aspect that you could possibly even think of except for the pharmacy of course the pharmacy is great the ladies and gentlemen that work in the pharmacy are great song there I’d probably suggest the pharmacy where there is great customer service they know you by name if you go there and they are willing to help and they always have a smile and not communicating and chatting amongst each other.

Staff is great. Local juvenile delinquents hassle customers and make shopping uncomfortable and a dread. Problem, this is the only big box store in town :-( I seriously doubt that WALMART CORPORATE will fix the problems I told them about 🤬

The motorized handicap baskets are in bad condition. One of these carts won't hold a charge On that one (somebody wrote the word "junk" on one of the signs facing the "driver" you can't go to the center of the store and back. There are problems with some of the others albeit less serious/inconvenient uthan the "junk" one previously mentioned.The employees were great. One even watched my cart (filled with groceries) for 20 - 30 minutes so I could meet my son outside of the store. Others were pleasant, kind, polite, and very helpful.

This place is a train wreck of an operation. They only have self-check, and you wait in a line of 15 people to be able to check yourself out.If self-check is the only solution then they can at least purchase more self check stations

Sat on the phone for 25 minutes and all the phone did is ring. 25 MINUTES. And then when I went to talk to management just to see what was going on and I got attitude. Like seriously.

Normal Walmart.. edited. Lately, they carry very few beer brands except Busch products. I like Heineken silver. They had 2- 12 packs a month ago and nothing since. Just an empty spot in the cooler.Seems it is getting harder and harder to find what we need there.If you like KETO bb bread (seeded) they only stock that once a week

I went to get a phone holder for my company truck. We asked for assistance since they keep them under lock and key. We waited for about 10 mins and found someone to get assistance. No luck after another 10 mins so we finished our shopping and left. I know people are busy but there were several employees hanging out and talking but they claimed they were not in that area. Weird to me!

Walmart was great. This one in particular is always clean and well kept. Walmart now carries (or I haven't been there in while) Reebok clothing, so that's cool. I had a great experience, will go back again.

HIRE more checkers or offer something in return for doing it ourselves though Walmart. Tired of people not knowing where stuff is in the store. Very tired of NO checkers at 730am. If I had a cart full I would of left it right there. Walmart is horrible for and type of customer service. Their website is also a disaster trying to find items. Grown to hate Walmart over the past 4 years.

To be honest as a transgender/Nonbinary person I was really scared to stay in Iowa let alone shop and eat here. BUT I was wrong. Waverly was kind to us, nice to us and welcoming. We felt more safe here than any other state we have traveled through. South Dakota needs to take a closer look at what they are doing and how they treat our community. We are all humans and honestly it shouldn't matter how anyone identifies we are all living creatures. This Walmart is by far mine, my wife's and our son favorite. We will be back. Oh also everyone was so sweet to my service dog. Thank you for what you do.

Automotive department sucks. Went in for an oil change. I waited an hour and a half. Turns out they took 3 people before me that came in after me. Apparently they missed me somehow. 1 of the people they put ahead of me needed a new tire and that was taking forever. I gave up and went home. I won't be taking my car back there again.

Well, what I can say that you already know. It's almost great all the way around. The only thing is if you order online, be sure to look at the small print because you actually pay more for ordering online. Won't do that again. 20 dollars is 20 dollars!!!

This store never has the sparkling water I am looking for otherwise it's ok. Went there a few weeks ago and it seemed like they had a lot of people working. There were store clerks everywhere except the cash register area where there were only 2 and the lines for those were backed up. it was nice to see people working. If only we didn't have to wait in line so long. This one was better than the Independence one at least went in there and there were no clerks at the registers and the only option was the temporary unpaid employ check out. luckily, I was only getting only a couple of items.

I am just so disappointed In coming to this store today. I checked the availability of an item and its says ready for pick up in the store. So I drove from Cedar Falls to this store and finally nothing is on the shelf. So I approached an associate working from OGP to just scan it on her handheld for their inventory but she refuses to help. It won’t take a minute to scan it if she has that customer service. I wish Waverly Walmart Management would do something about their associates about customer service. Thank you.

Staff are mostly unhelpful; they almost always are low on stock or more often than not, just don't carry popular items like other locations such as Jif Natural peanut butter. It's common for me to have to drive 20 minutes to the next location to get a third of the items on my grocery list.

I've avoided this review because I've worked retail so I know what it's like. After being treated so poorly, yet again, I am done. I don't like asking for help as a customer so I try to find everything on my own but when I do ask I am pleasant. Every single time I ask for help at this store, I am met with being cut off before finishing my inquiry and told in a rude tone "we don't have any." I have dealt with it and continued looking on my own and have been successful finding what I needed, despite being told there were none, more often than not. If the employees here don't want to provide customer service, they should not be working here because customer service is what retail is all about.
