My son's prescription was filled for his insulin. They are in a shortage so they were only able to give one of three vials. A day later I find out they gave his insulin away to someone else. This pharmacy is horrible. Their answer when they make mistakes is I can't tell you who was working that day so I don't know what happened. I've heard that more times than I can count over the last couple months. Get it together.

Theres a couple workers here at this location that really make me not wanna come back. Sarah and curt. Yall can't even answer a simple question about where products are located without these two ripping you a new one. Save yourself the hassle and just go to walmart

I had the doctor fax a prescription. Normally I did not go there but they told me they had the medication I needed in. Nobody called me ,nobody called me. I called at 7 o’clock at night needing the medication by tomorrow morning and they don’t have it on stock so he looked at the wrong medication told me yes it was in stock. then when they didn’t have it they never cared to even call me back to let me know.

Long time customer;Older, dark haired pharmacy tech so rude to everyone I know who uses their services. Im nervous to even pick up my prescriptions anymore here. Makes you feel like a bother for picking up YOUR prescriptions. Relays false info to the pharmacist when clearly is annoyed with end of shift duties. Seriously this technician can ruin someone's life over her annoyance with HER job. Trying to take my business else where.

Dannette and Valerie were so helpful to me. I had to get a time sensitive Covid test to attend an event. I entered my email incorrectly on my daughters test result was not coming back through email so I’d have proof of negative. The gals worked with it in the computers at the very end of what I’m sure was a long day and got it sent to me in time! Ian was also super helpful in administering the tests. Thanks guys! Will be back to Walgreens in Waverly for sure!

Usually a good pharmacy. There’s a lady there that gives off the impression she hates her life… not the greatest attitude of part of your job is to interact with consumers. Maybe stagger your lunches, instead of all of you taking them at the same time. You get to eat, people can get there meds and go about there business. Lady just didn’t seem to care.

waited 45 mins for my prescription. when i got it they had it under the wrong name. waited another 20 mins for them to correct it only to find out my insurance wont cover it because I can get it over the counter. could have been in and out in 10 mins. Will not use them again

Walgreens knowingly is allowing someone else to use my phone number on their account. I have asked that the phone number be removed. It is not ok for someone else to being using my information. I called the service line and was given the response that if it was reversed and I was using someone else's number, they couldn't delete me either. That is not an acceptable response. I canceled my account at Walgreens today. There response that its ok for someone else to use my number is unacceptable.

Good service, only giving 4 stars because prices are pretty high here because it's close to Wartburg so they jack up the price point for everything. Overall it is a clean store, friendly employees, and a good selection of things.
