Here for the first time Saturday, amazingly helpful and kind staff and really great selection of things. Will be back tomorrow to look at more, thought the prices were reasonable as well

Good working staff. Zero management control or regards for the store. It was brought up to management that an employee worked for multiple years with no raise at all. Fired within the week. An employee took their sweatshirt off in the start of their shift after it got dirty. Placed it in a bag and put it under the register. At the end of the day they took their sweatshirt home. Fired. Both were fired for theft. Shop somewhere where they treat employees beter. They replied: Goodwill reached out. You can read that below. They want me to contact Michelle. Michelle is part of the problem. Along with Crystal and Jeff. A woman worked 5 years with no raises. Supposed to be a raise every year. Brought up to management and she was fired for theft. Another worker was fired for theft for putting her on sweatshirt in a good will bag so it doesn't get dirty. I'm a veteran. This company claims they hire good working people. I will inform others and veterans. No phone call necessary.

I've not only seen but heard rather blatant discrimation towards one of the employees. I understand that whilst one may hold different values but for two people to be in the same situation and yet for only one to be complained about is downright terrible. Not only that, the fact that the complaint was so small. Essentially being the whole "I don't like that I saw this" and knowing full well that the complaint is about something that is of human anatomy

I I always find so many Webkinz here! Whenever I come to any thrift shop, I always look for Webkinz and buy all of the ones they have. This place is great in all selections and has some interesting stuff, too. Bathrooms are clean, which is an ultimate bonus since a lot of thrift stores have dirty restrooms. 😃

Always enjoy going into the Waverly goodwill, my favorite employee is Tom! He always treats the customers great! He deserves a raise for his amazing kindness and he never fails make everyone smile!

Seriously the best place to shop! Got my entire family’s fall picture outfits and a couch here for less than $50! Amazing selection and finds that are like new if not completely new. Best place to thrift shop Goodwill Waverly is just better than the other Goodwills.

We visit Goodwill often, and this location isn't terrible--it's also not great for the following reasons.While there's a great selection of surplus and donated household goods, this store is filled with surplus new goods at prices not typical of Goodwill. Prices here are just a bit higher than I'm used to in the Minnesota Goodwill stores. Probably the biggest gripe I have is that when I donated my daughter's cute little chair I didn't get a 25% discount coupon, as I am entitled to back home. That little incentive kinda puts the icing on Goodwill shopping. Without it, it's just another Dollar Tree--with some used stuff. I wish Goodwill would offer the discount for those who donate.

Not very friendly,ask lady workers if she had a cart she just said no like I was bothering her and went in the back room,ask the kid upfront ask him where the carts were just pointed.After he rang them just said 30 after paid no thank you didn't hold the door.I been to a lot of goodwill around 7 different states and this is the only one that made me not want come here again.

This 'New' store is filthy, stinks & I've Never Been in here and picked out an item of Clothing WITHOUT Stains!I suggest you go to the Waverly Goodwill!! Now That's a 10 Star in My Book!
