I was running out of time to finish my holiday shopping, so I randomly emailed Paws Up to see if they could help me. I sent them a little bit of info on each of my dogs (I have five) and my price point and asked if they could help me shop. They went above and beyond. I thought they would just throw a few things in the bag. Nope! They had labeled little goodie bags for each pup, filled with all kinds of fun things! My dogs were SO EXCITED! Best part- I just had to stop in and pay. It took me five minutes tops and I KNOW my pets are getting quality treats and toys. I would absolutely recommend this cute little shop, and so would all my dogs!

I visited paws up yesterday for the first time I was in town visiting family and they all were talking. About how great this store is. So I thought let’s go support it I have a dog I like to spoil lolAmazing does not even begin to describe this place.The woman working ( I assume the owner) was so kind and so helpful.I bought a couple premade gifts for the holidays and a few bones the woman gave me tips and suggestions on some of the products I purchased.I was more than impressed by the quality of the products and the customer service.

Wonderful store! Owner and employee helped me find so many different things to help my cat who just got surgery and needs to be syringe fed. Such amazing people and they care so much about their customers.

My friend and I stopped in today and the nice and friendly lady greeted us with a warm welcome. They care about all the different types of animals that come into there local shop. I would recommend this locally owned shop especially if they have dogs and cats.

Very unique store! So many you would not expect to find in Waukon. People refer to it as a fun store! Great selection of cat items.
