For small town USA Elliott's treated me as though I was the only customer there. The store was very busy, however I was quickly greeted and helped. I had a small necklace and medallion I needed repaired. The polite young lady explained they would find a new ring to reattach the medallion and weld the ring closed to help reinforce the silver. The service was all in house, prompt, friendly, with small town talk about area towns, and events going on. We try to keep our business local, and the personal touch at Elliotts will definitely keep me coming back. Stop in and see what a real jeweler is like!

I had a ring that had a diamond come loose. I went to another jewelry shop in another town that tried to set it twice and ended up causing me to put a ring I had worn for 50 years in the drawer for the next two years. Ruined in my own eyes.At the urging of my wife I took it to Elliott. I explained my disappointment and the history and left it to them. When they were quickly done I was delighted. Looks wonderful!!! I couldn't be more pleased.What store, what a family, 3 generations determined to give quality at a fair price and a great smile, both yours and theirs.You will not go wrong trusting this family with your treasures. Trust them, they are great.

Visiting Elliott Jewelers is like coming home!I received an Elliott's ring for my 9th birthday (a solitaire birthstone) and have returned regularly in the 40 years since. Unbelievable selection for any budget at more-than-fair prices, but that's only half of the story. Theirs is a family-owned business (3 generations now, right?). They care. REALLY care.Recently my husband and I brought a modest heirloom ring to them with a vague idea of how it could be restyled. Elliott's staff worked patiently to help customize the design and John flawlessly created a beautiful piece that will be passed to future generations. Sounds simple, but there's more! Being mindful of our out-of-state drive and knowing Mother's Day was just around the corner, John and Shelly went out of their way to arrange a convenient delivery.You'll never find another jeweler who can make you feel like family, offers an amazing selection, including custom work with insanely fast turn-around and under-budget pricing. I had purchased "THE RING!" here as a secret. The second D left for work I jumped in my car and drove 6hr round trip to buy the ring she loved from the moment she saw it. They treated me really well and the ring and stone were incredible. She loves it!
