Had heard good things about this company and seems to be true! The offerings are much wider than a normal gas station, including lots of groceries and grab-and-go meals.Of particular note, the staff are a much higher standard it seems. Compare staff from McDonald's to Chick-fil-A and this is that similar increased level.

Love Kwik Stars. Such a great variety of options at great prices. Love that they have hot food options all night and that they are open 24 hours. Sometimes staff can seem annoyed or distant, but overall, happy customer!

First time in a Kwik Star. A customer told me they have good fried chicken. No they don't. The chicken is blend no seasoning and old too high for 2 piece. The fries are soggy. Noway will I be back. No hello or thank you. I'll keep going to Quick Trip. They do greet you and say thank you and you can place an order it's fresh and good.

Nearly like a mini grocery store. Food is awesome good prices, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Downside is that there is no 93 octane gas like my car requires but everything other than that is 5 stars. This is an awesome store!

This place is by far my favorite west coast gas station/travel stop. It's OCD clean and immaculate inside and out. This place has basic car needs essentials, a mini grocery store, beers, gas station essentials such as your condoms, Tylenol, gift cards, quick premade food, drinks, soft drinks hot and cold food choices etc. They have the coolest most chill staff I have ever seen at a gas station establishment. The bathrooms I would swear you can eat in are probably cleaned 12 times a day. Even the men's room stalls all have the whole baby car seat things so you can bring your child without having to leave them unattended which most bathrooms do not provide this in the male rest rooms. I would give this place a 10 star rating if I could. Great job guys keep up the great job you all deserve a raise.

Come here at 6 in the morning for a fountain drink before work. It’s empty. I sigh and walk over to get a latte instead. Empty. I sigh again and try a different flavor. Empty. Shouldn’t everything be ready by now for the morning commuters? I’m annoyed because I went out of my way to come here and skipped Caseys across the street from me to come here. Waste of time.

I was so hopeful in having a Kwik Star just a few blocks away from my home, but I continue to be let down by the staff. I always get the impression that they are bothered to deal with customers. To me it’s part of the experience. I wish the store the best, but I can no longer spend my money at this location.

Kwik Star is new to our neighborhood, and it is a welcome addition. For those who may not know this chain, they are an "enhanced" convenience store with the primary enhancement the food options. The in-house prep kitchen creates breakfast sandwiches and lunch (burgers, pizza, chicken) options. All are ready-to-go. Coffee and house-made donuts! The donuts are right up there with the best in DM. We've not tried the take-home prepared meals, but we will. Very good service. Clean, attractive and well-lighted. Kwik Star gives the other convenience chains a new competitor!

The store was new and full of all the good stuff. Almost like a grocery store. Lots of hot foods, lots of snacks, friendly service.Would have been a 5 star, but Tea selection was limited and they did not have 50 Oz cups. Also, you can't place the cup under the tea because they are to low to the counter.

Very busy place. We stopped to get a few things for picnic. Sandwiches, fruit, potato salad..all pretty good, but overpriced. One thing we were pleasantly surprised about is they had nightcrawlers for fishing! Their employees are very nice and helpful!

Other gas stations just don’t compete. I will say I prefer Casey’s pizza over Kwik Star’s but everything else is a clean sweep. Also, decent loyalty program with their app

Every time I go in my experience is better then the last!!! They have amazing staff. Chuck and everyone else is great and very helpful and friendly! Best customer service in town for sure! So clean and everything is yummy! Good job Kwik star keep at it! Fantastic staff and place

It's clean, it has snacks and drinks. Lots of raw uncooked things that need to be microwaved or stove top cooked. The gas pumps are confusing. Yellow is Diesel, blue is E85 and 87/E88 are black.All the other stations in Iowa have green diesel, blue E88, yellow E85. They also think that they need to lable the 91 as recreational fuel which there is no such thing.They also have a lot of open concrete area for no reason at all.

For a has station this is my #1 choice for my area. Gas is normally priced. The food and drink options are economical and ever changing. I'm becoming slightly addicted. Friday's fish sandwich is what I go for.

My kids and I just love stopping here for breakfast. They have a great selection and you can get an iced coffee just as good as the fancy places for a lower price!! Definitely are go too!!

The fuel pumps play loud commercials, but they're not as loud as the Fleet Farm pumps. There is a MUTE button near the screen that silences the commercial, a much appreciated option.
