Staff here is hit or miss. Pricing, too. LIKE make sure the signs match the product. Then there's the security people that make shopping extremely uncomfortable. I avoid going to this location. Jason, the manager. Is cool. Just don't know why the rest of the staff is often times so impossible. The optometry department is the WORST!! Some of the workers in there are just down right out MEAN!!

Was shopping for clothes & an employee came up and asked me what I needed? I said I'm fine, but she insisted on re-organizing the clothing while I was making my decision, so she could pull from the stack for me! Sale lost - give people space! Re-organize after they make their selection.

This place is just depressing. After gathering everything on your list, feeling the inflation of everything, you then get to ring up your own order. The whole experience just leaves me hating Walmart.

1-11-24 at approximately 10:50 pm a check out associate named Deb was overly aggressive to me while checking out because I brought wine and I was with my teenage son. She would not let me purchase it and demanded to see my son’s ID when I clearly stated that he was my son and my purchase had nothing to do with him. It took for another associate named Gabe (which was very helpful and polite) to step in and help for me to be able to continue with my purchase. Deb was being very rude and even the customers in line commented on how aggressive she was being. This Walmart is definitely not family friendly so if you’re with your little ones I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Amazing service most of the time, except with pharmacy. There is one worker whose attitude brings me and my family down, by the name of Karen, usually working later in the day. Every time we have been at pharmacy she has been rude and downright ignores customers attempts at conversation.As someone who struggles with mental health issues, going to get a prescription for depression and being met with that attitude makes my experience at this Wal-Mart completely not worth it!!! She is a worker dealing with people with a whole spectrum of health problems. Being rude like that is completely inappropriate for the line of work she is in.

Always use grocery pick up here. Everything is picked correctly. They use too many bags but I've never done the job so maybe that's how's it's supposed to be.

There was only 2 out 8 lights working in the man's bathroom. Then it took close to 10 minutes in the customer service line to let someone know, but once I got a hold of the guy working the counter, he seemed like he was going to address the problem. I don't know, not really the right place for mood lighting

Stock doesn’t seem to be rotated correctly or they’ll have expired items. Like I’ve gone to get coffee creamer the past few weeks for four times within that time period, and I keep seeing these creamers that say expired in early Feb. why can’t they just throw them away?

I waited for 20 minutes For somebody to come with THE KEY For the accessories in the automotive area The store is always a mess I arrived 4 minutes past the cut off time for returnsWhich is fine but the nightmanager was rudeAs as I was leaving the young man that knew I needed the key Tracked me down so I went back in and got what I needed The young lady that worked in electronics that Went out of her way to help I appreciate that. Nightmanager Could you please try to manage your rudeness And maybe you could manage to pick up a few items off the floor. There's always plenty of it

Tae from the grocery delivery and pick up went above and beyond for me! My order was canceled but she took the time to find out what happened for me and even called me to let me know how to resolve my issue. Kudos girl

Well stocked, very clean. Helpful associates . Update 11/8/23Two lanes with very slow associates ringing up customers. Yet they have 10 self service lanes with three associates watching customers. Now they are going to start hitting self service customers with a convenience charge when you check yourself out. I will not be giving Walmart any free labor and then be charged for it.

Walmart is as always. Walmart. Lots of choices, lots of people. For Saturday before Christmas the store wasn't too crowded though the parking lot said otherwise. It is still offering a good selection of merchandise. Electronics had several empty spots where once there had been other choices. Personally I prefer the cedar falls store for some of the items I buy. You will find some differences in the two stores. As always you have choice and/or preference.

I was checking out at a self check out. I was purchasing a case of beer so I had my ID ready as I was buying it. The person checking my ID said she needs to see everyone's ID. I was the only one that had an ID. The walmart cashier said they have to check everyone in the group. So I was not able to purchase the case of beer. If you look up walmarts policy it stated that they only need to check the ID of the buyer. So even if I was with my kid I should still be able to purchase beer. The person I was with was older than me but by walmart policy that does not matter. The person said walmart is close to losing their liquor license and that is why they need to all of a sudden check everyone.

Just a quick trip in and out but everything was easy to find and staff was helpful for what I couldn't. Women's restroom was pretty dirty but other than that it was a decent stop.

Great store! Had a warmer dinner got my supplies and a good sleep in my RV. Thank you Walmart for letting me sleep on your property. The truck stops were plum full.

Personal experience today I asked for assistance in the front area where the can redemption is at and they did not not either neither did they show up but they both the front door guy and customer service brushed me off like I was nothing said that they would get somebody to come and help me and I stood there for 30 minutes more and then nobody has returned to help nobody ever showed up they have heat no more heat ventilations in that area anymore so my fingers I cannot feel right now they are frozen and they still did not stop an assist me at all never did I see anybody with a Walmart apron on come the whole hour I've been frozen.

I went to Walmart to look for gloves since the temperatures have been dropping below zero & got frost bite the other morning delivering newspapers. I was informed that they took their gloves off the shelf 2 weeks ago and they had these kinds of things on display instead. And here's a picture of the current conditions outside.

Can't do pick up because they take 1-2hrs to get it out! Can't do delivery because they take 3hrs in delay just to cancel your order! Can't go inside because no one ever works registers ! Walmart is a joke

Probably the worst Walmart I've visited yet this year!! Starting with the restroom; not even usable, and had freezing cold water. I literally just left the store, handing the worker molded food from the cooler... forget it, we'll go to the gas station... very disappointed to see soooooo many workers, yet a place run in this condition. Grounds for an inspection for sure. Not sanitary by any means. 😞

Stopping by Walmart I needed to pick up a few tools. The tools I needed was hanging up in a locked cabinet. What I likes was now Walmart has to seems to be a call button in front of the glass case which I of course hit the button and a employee showed and asked me what I needed in less than 30 seconds. Making it so so so much better than it was before. I use to have to search for someone and if couldn't find anyone I have to have someone page over the loud speaker for help and then I still had to wait at times to long and would be disappointed n some times wouldn't even get what I needed cause the wait was ridiculous. But this time was very quick and the person seemed very helpful and walked me over to find the other items I needed it was most definitely a better shopping experience that got me in and out and on my way two thumbs up Walmart keep up the customer friendly services

Curbside pick-up was new for me. Had an issue with the app, and one of the items purchased - but the young man who was running orders was extremely helpful, and was literally running back & forth to deliver goods to vehicles. He corrected my problem item issue, was fast, efficient, and very curteous and polite. I'll use curbside pick-up again in the future. It was very convenient.

I waited for at least half an hour total after TWO employees called for someone to unlock the locked liquor. I gave up & left. This store has the most unhelpful employees ever. They act inconvenienced when asked for help.

Absolutely slow experience for pick up, clearly taking too many orders that can't be filled in a timely manner. 10 car line tonight in addition to actually waiting in the designated parking location. I understand with CoVid people are trying new things, but their process needs serious reevaluation!

All those people standing around talking but not a single person can figure out how to answer a phone. Dont call store operator unless you want to let the phone ring all day. The only department that might answer is electronics and thats a huge MIGHT.

Usually a pretty friendly staff. Floor manager is incredibly patient and respectful. Handles unpleasant customers/situations in stride, which is very refreshing. Deducting a star for the parking lot. Setting the Customers lazily leaving carts and forgetting how “parking your car works” aside, the pavement is atrocious and desperately needs to be repaired.
